My fav sub place. The brisket is the best. Love the soda machines pricey but worth it!

I've had firehouse twice. The same meal twice. Delicious BOTH time, fresh both times. Always busy when I go by. I have the turkey cranberry sandwich. It's just the right size and balance of the turkey with the cranberry quenches that Tday craving that I get sometimes before tday:)

What is the deal with the employees being forced to yell, "WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE SUBS!!!!!!!" every friggin time someone enters the store????? It was happening every 10-20 seconds. I feel sorry for the employees. I asked one employee, "Do they force you guys to do that?" She said, "Yeah. We don't have a choice. I don't like it but what can I do?" and after we complained TO THE OWNER, because they were shouting every 30 seconds... she started yelling to them, "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!" so they would shout it even louder. I said to my mother, "WTH!!! Is she doing that to spite us now??? The management seems like horrible psycho bosses from Hell. I'll never be back.

Subway has lost its appeal, now that I've tried Firehouse Subs. Their hot subs are really good. When we were there, they were featuring a Sweet Thai Chili Pork Sub that was simply awesome. It was very flavorful and very filling. It was a limited-time sandwich, so I'm interested in finding out what their next special will be.

I walk into the place and are met with 3 very smiling faces and 2 people with the look of, crap, we have to do it again. "1012, (unison) Welcome to Firehouse." Which at the time made me feel special and warm and fuzzy inside. That is untill the next people got the same welcome and I started to understand after 5 minutes of being in there why those other 2 people looked like they hated the thought of anyone else walking in. Now, we got past the welcome committee so let's get the on to the food. I know that a sandwich is just a sadwich but his my friends is a sub and it's a sub that's done well. I had the turkey and mushroom with everything except olives cause, i hate olives. This is way up on the fast food scale. As of right now I am hooked on this place. The wheat bread is awesome and the sandwich just has a flavor that's just freaking good. So all in all if you even remotely like subs give this place a chance. They will great in a chours of 3 part harmony and make you feel special and give you a great sub. All in all I higly reckomend this place, and let's face it. I'm always right about good food!

Firehouse, hands down, the best hot sandwiches known to man! I crave it so much, that it's a weekly routine to visit! (A healthy habit!)

Firehouse Subs is trying to break through as a legitimate competitor to Subway. They do a pretty good job, and they've got a good schtick, with decent sandwiches, a great soda choices, and a nice gimmick of lots of hot sauces. I've been, going to try their meatball sub, and in my own opinion, they oversold the darn thing. It wasn't bad; but it wasn't any kind of reincarnation of the standard meatball sub. It wasn't even very cheesy, and I like my red sauce sandwiches to have some cheesiness to them. I also found the service to be a little slow. I was almost the only person there, and I felt it was kind of slow. I like Firehouse, but I don't love it.

rude employees more concerned with talking than working. literally waiting more than 10 minutes for a sandwich when were the only people in there is ridiculous even more ridiculous is the fact that the genius made my sandwich wrong, then asked if I'm okay with it made the wrong way instead if just fixing it. and because I've been standing there being ignored and waiting for a meal that should take 3 minutes to make for almost 15 minutes now I say forget it don't even bother fixing it I'm sure they would have fixed it wrong anyways so 10$ 20 minutes and all my sanity later in going home with a sandwich that isn't even appetizing due to clerk error. the ONLY reason I will ever go back is to support the firemen owners but its gonna be a while before I trust my meal to the obviously unconcerned workers here. F'N awesome.
