Favorite little hangout spot when I have a lot of work to get done! Very neat and cozy atmosphere. I love the service and the amazing seasonal drinks! If you are in the area and need to send out emails or do work stop by here and enjoy a coffee!

Where is the southern hospitality Starbucks?Hello? Good Morning? Mid morning coffee stop, two baristas, no lines, no greet, to smile. Don't typically expect this type of service at Starbucks... Review is basically for service as the latte was typical. Where are the local coffee shops in Germantown?!

We were staying with a friend for the weekend close by and I'm glad this place was open. Our friends coffee pot stopped working so we needed to get our morning fix of coffee and this was just the place. It's hard to beat Starbuck's because you know you're going to usually get a good consistent cup of coffee no matter where you are. This place was no exception. We got our coffee and it was fresh, hot and delicious. The staff seemed very attentive and friendly.

Super busy! - not quite big enough to accommodate the crowd (and it's the middle of the day in a weekday). Super efficient staff. The drinks were made quickly but with no particular attention to detail. The service was fine but not friendly No drive-thru.

I'm a Starbucks pro my issue with this location other than the parking issue is the lack of friendly service. I know my order bring my own cup with a smile and the cashier could not be more unfriendly she was scowling the entire time of our transaction. Did not give me cup discount but I did not ask her to fix it I will bring it up with my Order the next time. They did not call my name when the drink was ready either. The foam was excellent though and I enjoy the cozy seating and busy hustle of this location.

It's Starbucks... I like Starbucks, a lot. Anything ordered is always good. At this time, in June, I am kind of addicted to the Ice Coffee with Splenda and splash of 2% Milk. It's good, loaded with caffeine, and keeps me going! This particular location is my favorite... Baristas are very friendly and fast! Parking is not good immediately around the store but it is next to Saddle Creek which has plenty... And it will not hurt any of us to walk a few feet. This is a no fail coffee bar every time...

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? My review is based on location and service. Service - not friendly and there was no communication when our drinks were served and ready. Location - corner of Poplar and West Street/Farmington and crazy busy all the time! No drive through and it is very difficult to get in and out of their parking lot as it is so small. Minimal parking to boot! Additional parking is available at Saddle Creek.

Every time we go to this Starbucks, we are greeted by smiling, friendly faces. The staff is happy to explain how drinks are made and then help with tweaking to make your drink the BEST drink it can be!
