My husband and I love Panera.... But this Panera is AWFUL. They have messed up our order every single time we have ate here. Even when we got a free meal because of it, they manager messed it up.

Overpriced and food doesn't taste fresh. If the prices were more reasonable, it would be okay. Some bagels are good but the rest of the food is not good.

This restaurant is usually pretty clean and pretty organized. The food tends to come out quickly. I like the fontina grilled cheese sandwiches. The soups are also delicious. The bakery items are fresh and very tasty as well

No tables are cleaned and the place isn't even packed. It's Fourth of July and my friend found a hair in her food..... Im disappointed because I have been here before and it was good. But like what the heck this place is so dirty today not happy!!! I'm considering never giving this panera another try. I'll stick to the one in laurelwood!

Stopped by on my way to work, excellent salad with a healthy menu. Service is quick and the cost is easy on your wallet. I will certain have lunch here again.

Terrible! Almost no kale or Chicken in the kale chicken salad and it's a very small salad for the bowl size. what is in it though is ice berg lettuce, a few small slivers of chicken, a couple of pieces of kale, croutons and Caesar dressing

Food OK. I found the chips stale and greasy even though they are in a dated bag. Pastries are good. Their combo system is a bit random. PD had a standard combo with an iced tea. I had a soup, a larger sandwich and a water. Hers cost 9.58, mine cost 11.88. She was offered a pastry for .99, but I couldn't have one because I had water ISO a drink. Seating is small and cramped. Area is generally somewhat messy.

Usually every time I come here I've had a pretty okay experience, but last time my food was very disappointing. I hate to say it, but the sandwich tastes like vomit. It was a spicy chicken panini. Other than that the deserts are delicious.

I like this place for lunch even though their system to place your order is not very efficient and lines sometimes become a problem. They have a wide variety of lunch choices and will make any special request. They breads are fantastic. This is the only Panera I have been to but as a chain I will try other locations.

Nice Saturday morning stop for my wife and I to greet the weekend, and decompress from the previous week. The store has wi-Fi and outdoor seating, two major pluses to other casual eating establishments. They have healthy choices to their bagels, including an egg white, spinach, and abaca do mix that is pretty good, accompanied with an ice coffee. Only drawback would be the food pagers that advise you your food is ready, seems to work about half the time

9 am and no bagels..comment from the clerk "I did not have time to make bagels this morning".

Great app that I was able to order from and go pickup. Had the classic salad - fresh ingredients. Warm bread and got a free cookie for signing up for their members reward program.

Breakfast - Not a long wait to order this morning but just a toasted bagel took 10 min coffee serving area - dark roast was dripping and empty... Ok its Friday....

I have not actually been in this location but I did use them for catering. They were extremely helpful I had a very complicated order with everyone ordering something different. I faxed them a list and all the orders came to us correct and on time. The catering staff called left a voicemail after the order was delivered to make sure everything was ok and called again to check before I could call them back. I have not used them before but definitely will in the future...excellent customer service and the food was great!

I always get the Pick Two...chicken noodle soup and the Smokehouse turkey panini. Never disappoints.

Love their broccoli and cheese bread bowl but my last time there the soup was flavorless and bread bowl was too hard to enjoy. :(

This is the spot of our family tradition; every Saturday morning after ballet we sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with our favorite pastry. It is extremely busy at the time but not once have we had to hunt for a praking spot or a place to sit. They have clean tables and everything on stock. Got to try the chocolate croissant. yum yum yum. They have pretty decent coffee as well.

Corporate needs to visit this location. Slow, surly, inaccurate staff really ruins the panera brand. I travel a lot and there are certain dependable hotels and restaurants I seek out - panera being one of them. If this were my first experience at panera it would be my last. Sales at this location are probably okay be ause of the lack of competition in the area-- but again-- this is NOT the brand experience. Won't go here again

Sadly, the service is sporadic at best and it never seems like there are enough staff members to handle the number of customers. The food IS quite good though and there are a few staff members that seem to genuinely care about the experience the customer has.
