Wife and I stopped there for first time on way home from office. We were greeted kindly by cash register attendant. Service was timely and personable. Wife purchased 7.5" Italian and I the 10 " buffalo chicken. Bread was soft and fresh. Toppings were heaping. Great value. Will be back!

So I was in the Germantown area and craving a sandwich, and Lenny's just happen to be in the same lot as Dollar Tree. As I walked in, I was greeted by all the staff and was promptly asked what I wanted to order. Being that I've never had Lenny's before, the staff member recommended some of the top sandwiches and showed me the different bread sizes. I placed a to go order and watched as my deli meat was sliced. After the deli meat was sliced, it was put on the bread and given to the next staff member. The next staff member asked what toppings I wanted. Compared to other sub shops liked Subway for example, I found their toppings to be limited. After he added the toppings, he wrapped the sandwich and I paid. Overall, the Sub shop was clean and everyone was really nice. However, the sandwich was just okay. Nothing special, I've had way better. If I had to get another sandwich, I wouldn't go to Lenny's.

I can't complaint about my lunch today at Lenny's. The restaurant appeared clean. I did not see anyone drop cheese or meat and pick same up without washing their hands. The bread was soft, the toppings were cool, and the employees were all generally pleasant. But I could never give a Lenny's more than three stars because it's a Lenny's sandwich shop. That all said, this was a good lunch and I would stop here again. Open 7 days a week, 10.30am to 9.00pm. Kids eat free every Monday as of this writing from 4-close, one kids meal for every adult sub combo purchased.

I have always loved this Lenny's it is the best one in the area. All the staff here are super nice; I have even used them for catering meetings...they never get anything wrong. The place is always clean...only down fall is about 12:30 or so this placed can get packed...I had to just leave the other day line was out the door.

SO gross. I LITERALLY vomited about an hour after I ate a sub from here. The lady who made it was REALLY nice and that was cool- friendly service. But it was a low quality sandwich from the bread to the meats. Kinda like going to the grocery store and buying white bread, iceberg lettuce and some bologna. It sucked, and I barfed. This was in the middle of the afternoon and I had not been drinking! (Actually I don't drink at all, but just clarifying that this wasn't after a night of bar-hopping or anything!)

I was fortunately at the end of a long line at the counter and was able to witness a somewhat disturbing event: The slicer dropped the deli cheese, along with a kaiser sub bun, on the floor. After a few moments, another worker picked both up and placed them on the bread-cutting table. Interesting to watch. Minutes pass. Now the slicer picks up the grimy cheese and casually takes it into the grill area, out of view. Why not throw it into the trash? Then he returns and resumes his slicing duties, hands all over the food. Did he change his gloves? I would not bet on it. Hope you didn't go there today. Zero stars. The dirty bun was still sitting on the table along with fresh bread as I walked out. Do you feel lucky? This used to be a great place.
