Yes a great local deli. Made to order and sandwiches are steamed not microwaved. Potato salad, devil eggs, slaw and pound cake all homemade.

Great deli next to Hillbilly Golf. Great sandwiches, steamed so cheese is melty...different but very good. Awesome Ruben! All fresh sides, potato salad, coleslaw and great deviled eggs. Lemon pound cake was good for a buck. Nice $1.50 hot dogs for kids

Don't let the appearance fool you. The whole family LOVED the food. I had a hoagie. Kids had ham and turkey. Wife had a Reuben. Lemon pound cake was great. Before we were done eating the kids were already asking when we were coming back. Great sandwiches, and very friendly personal service.

We really could go on and on about Dennis and Parton's Deli. What a genuine kind heart, good business man, and hard worker. We placed a large order for our office and were more than pleased with how accommodating Dennis was with our team's order. The simple yet classic deli takes you back to simpler time before computers took over the world. Have CASH handy for your purchase and your stomach ready for a TASTY sandwich. We will post another tip soon for businesses who are looking for a quick list of what is available for your sandwich choices since there is not an online menu that we have found. Also, be ready to keep your eye out for the parking lot. It is tight and a hard area to turn around in if you miss it, but this place is definitely worth the effort! Look for a small strip of businesses. (We hope our pictures help.) After meeting Dennis, we hope to see him in business for years to come! To us, he is the definition of the American Dream. Thank you Parton's Deli for adding that extra something special to our office training weekend!

Great place to run by and grab a quick lunch before your daily activities. It is down the road from the busy side of Gatlinburg so there is no crowd at all. The food was great and the service was amazing. Was able to strike up a nice conversation with the owner while he made our sandwiches. I would skip subway for this great little place any day.

Parton's Deli is an amazing find! It's located on the slower, less busy side of Gatlinburg. It seems to be a favorite for the locals as they don't get any foot traffic and there's no parking. You can sneak a spot at the Hillbilly Golf parking lot if you plan on eating elsewhere. But don't let them catch you! They are funny about their lot, even when it's empty. It just might fill up in the 10 minutes it takes to get your sandwich! Parton's is in my opinion, an old fashioned deli. Meats and cheeses are sliced and sandwiches are steamed, not toasted. The owners are extremely friendly and strike up interesting conversations with patrons. Homemade potato salad, deviled eggs and lemon cake, made by the owners' wife, are offered daily and go quickly. Service is friendly and relaxed. During the lunch rush, you might find yourself having to wait. But it's worth waiting for.

This was a fun little find when the boyfriend and I just wanted a quick sandwich before hitting the aquarium. Very laid-back, old-school atmosphere; clearly a favorite of locals and not touristy AT ALL. Yummy sandwiches, VERY yummy homemade deviled eggs, inexpensive prices - give it a try before you hit up some chain for lunch.

We were looking for a place for a quick, inexpensive lunch while on vacation. With our large group of 17 we filled the seating to capacity. This is a little deli shop with the owner working the counter making the sandwiches and taking money. So, the process was a little slow but worth it. Many in our group had the homemade pumpernickel bread and said it was great. My father raved about the Reuben sandwich. All of the sandwiches are steamed and made to order. Two in our group requested no bread and he quickly accommodated steaming our meat, cheese and veggies on aluminum foil. The homemade sides of potato salad or deviled eggs are unique and wonderful. The overall cost for our family of 5 was just over $40 and that was with sides and drinks for everyone. Definitely worth a trip in if you are in the area.

Our first stop on our Gatlinburg trip was Parton's Deli. The only 5 star Yelp reviewed place in the area. Was not disappointed. Parton's is a piece of local history and has been open 40 years now. The owner's secret weapon is an old fashioned sandwich steamer. The chili dog was very good, although I'm not used to chili with beans in it on a dog. The reuben was much better and was served on a hoagie style pumpernickel roll. The homemade sides of potato salad and devilied eggs came in little paper cartons and were the perfect size. Prices are inexpensive but be prepared to wait. I'm not sure about during the week, but it was a one man show today and the line was long. A neat deli with good food and lots of history off the main drag.

We passed this store on our way home from dinner an decided that being it so close by our B&B it would be very convenient to pick up some sandwiches for our hike the next day. So glad we did! As planned we returned the next day. A little unsure where to park, but we took a change by parking at the neigbours propertity. Turned out fine for us. But maybe not for you. So be careful. In the shop we were welcomed by the owner with such a warmth. You'll instantly love him. Inside it looks like a real 'mom and pop' store where time stood still. No fancy stuff. Just plain, excellent sandwiches. Go there, buy something, tip him, keep these kinds of businesses alive! Sandwiches were excellent and we even thought they were a little cheap. And excuse any grammar and spelling mistakes. English is not my first language. And if that isn't bad enough, my Apple device keeps changing words into 'proper Dutch'. Yes, you've guessed right, my first language.

Great comfort food at fair prices. This place has not changed much since it opened in the 70s.

Best deli in the area. Sandwiches are loaded with meats and veggies. Meat is always fresh. Cold cuts are always cold and the hot sandwiches are also served hot and tasty. This place is great.

Was closed when we went. Not sure if it's even in business any longer?
