Not impressed. Bloody Mary's were awful. Service was slow. They should keep kitchen door closed on way to bathroom. Bathroom seemed cleaner than kitchen and that's not saying much. Mistake not eating at chain but we listened to the 'carnival barker' outside that talked us into it. Our table was inside so no comment on outside by creek. When we got the check we asked about the alcohol tax and nobody had an answer. Would not go back or recommend

Waited ten minutes while five servers walked by. Zero service. We went in to order our own drinks and carried them out to our table from the bar. Cold beer, but only three choices. We quickly drank our beverages and moved on.

1st night in Gatlinburg. Resort recommended. Great start to our week. Started with fried mushrooms. They were amazing. More than enough for 4 of us to share. Big and fresh. Jalapeño poppers were also excellent. We then had the ribeye. Great flavor. Loved sitting on the deck. Perfect night for it. Brenda was our server. Very personable and attentive. All around great experience!!

My husband & I visited this restaurant while vacationing in the Smoky Mountains. We each had a cheeseburger and thought they were very good. The burgers were large (too big for me to finish!) and fresh. The onions rings were delicious and worth the extra buck to order in place of fries. The fries are okay, nothing special. And the vegetable soup was delicious!
(4)Scott B.
Kind of a tourist trap. I felt the service was pretty slow, but we did like our waiter. He gave our kids such a hard time and he was friendly. The food was meh. Nothing to write home about, but not horrible, either. There are other good places to eat in Gatlinburg. Try this one after those. Also, sit outside because the inside feels like you're in a hole.

Eww. And gross. And no, just no. Lamenting about how few local places there are in Gatlinburg, a group of girlfriends and I decided to give this place a try. Dare I say we should have stuck with a chain restaurant? The interior was disgusting, service abysmal and burgers even worse. I'm not even sure why they asked me for a temperature on my burger as it tasted like it had been done for days... And then cooked again on top of that to warm it up somewhat. Note, none of my girlfriends were happy with their meals either. The sodas were flat, the French fries lukewarm at best and the other burgers ordered were as lousy as mine. The ONLY good thing about this place was the fact that we were able to eat outside by the water. Even though I generally avoid fast food at all costs, McDonald's next to a pool would have been preferable to this experience.
(1)Cindy H.
Not impressed with the service, the food, or the price. Food was mediocre at best, my husband's ribs were drowned in dry rub Cajun spices, my fish was obviously pre-breaded frozen fillet, and my potato was old, We waited 10 minutes for our server to get our drink order and throughout the service, she constantly forgot to bring things we requested. After a $50 tab for one appetizer and 2 meals, we were not impressed and won't be coming back,
(2)Christine S.
Yum yum yum! The ribeye steak was done perfectly and served with au jus and horseradish sauces. We sat on the pleasant outdoor patio and still got plenty of wait staff attention. Everyone was polite and welcoming. We were seated quickly on a Friday evening and drinks brought promptly. It was a really good dining experience and the price was right for a tourist town. Will definitely return next trip to Gatlinburg.
(4)Mike T.
Had a delightful creek side lunch off the beaten path. Connie was our server and very attentive and friendly. I had the rib eye sandwich - delicious! Hubs had the English burger made from steak trimmings - amazing! Much more relaxing option than the chain restaurants on the strip that are packed and over priced!

Worst burgers in Gatlinburg. Ordered medium, both came well done and dry as a bone. Took 15-30 minutes to have server to first visit our table, 45 minutes for food to arrive, had our drinks refilled one time in the hour and a half we were there. Waitress was less than pleasant. Two nearby tables were left dirty the whole time we ate. "Homemade" ranch dressing was excellent. 1/10 would not give a second chance.
(1)Michael E.
Just left Howard's. My wife had the filet and I had the bone in filet with baked potato and mixed sautéed veggies. Both our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were impressive. We ended with a turtle pie that had something for chocolate, caramel and pecan lovers in equal measure. Our waitress Angel was professional and delightful. The manager came to our table to introduce himself. It's the only steakhouse on Gatlinburg that serves porterhouse steaks, so ... it's the only steakhouse.

This seems to be a love it or hate it place reading the reviews. We tried it anyway after my wife recommended it from a previous encounter. It was good, but not great. Basically the food is good, but not awesome. I enjoyed my trout more than anyone enjoyed their meal at the table. I sampled a chopped steak that was nothing special and a filet that was a bit dry from being over done. I would really recommend ordering one level less done than normal to ensure your steak is not overdone. It was very nice to sit out on the patio by the stream and the environment was very enjoyable. Our waitress did an excellent job of taking care of us. I think overall I like it, but it is just a bit overpriced for the food quality.
(4)Jacki O.
When we were driving down the street we could smell the aroma from this restaurant. Oh My!!! We went in, ordered, steak for two. $52.99. Cooked to perfection. Ours is medium rare. Salad, baked potato and steamed vegetables. We ate it all.
(5)Jerry H.
Went there January 10th. Good food. Large amount of fried mushrooms. Burgers were great. A lot better than the one we went to earlier.
(4)Edie Z.
Although the waiter was nice, the service was very slow, with no one checking on us while we just sat and waited. The hostess outside convinced us that their food was the BEST....my burger was passable and my husband's $30.00 steak was small and tough. To top it off, they charged us for WATER!!! When we asked why, they said we should've seen that on the menu. Had we seen it, we would not have eaten there!!! It was the worst dining experience we had in Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge.

This place needs more than 3.5 stars. After spending the day in the Smoky Mountains, my family and I decided on Howard's for dinner. You can park in a parking lot across the street; it's free if you dine at Howard's. Ask the host or hostess inside for details since I don't specifically remember which parking lot it was other than that the ticket box was white and had tree beside it. My family and I ordered: (1) Cajun Smoky Mountain rainbow trout (wild caught, local) with grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. (2) Cajun catfish with grilled veggies, hush puppies, and baked potato (3) Swiss chicken with mushroom sandwich and fries. Both fish dishes were absolutely delicious, and each came with a plate of salad. The fish themselves were tender and very well seasoned. While the fish dishes were around $18, the portion size was large, and since they turned out to be so well made, I think it was worth the price. The fries that came with the sandwich were great. The skin was crispy and flakey, and there was plenty of potato flavor. Our waitress was also very friendly. When we weren't sure what kind of dressing we wanted on our salad, she brought us a cup full of each dressing they had. The decor was a little dated, but the restaurant was clean, so I have no complaints.

This was a good spot for dinner in Gatlinburg if you're looking for a burger or sandwich. We came here late around 10 but there was no wait. The ribeye sandwich was tasty and filling. I added on grilled onions and blue cheese to top it off. Service was okay. I would eat here again upon visiting the area again.
(3)Greg C.
I went to Howard's twice during my visit to Gatlinburg. The first was on the patio by the creek. The second was in a booth inside. Both times the servers were excellent. Food was good for my whole family of four both times. Burgers are really tasty and cooked to what your ordered. Would visit again.

This restaurant totally fit the bill for what we wanted. My sister and I chose Gatlinburg as a destination for two reasons, 1- I have never been, 2 - we wanted to bring our dogs. Enter Howard's Restaurant. We had Joy as our server and she is great. Friendly and knowledgable, she steered us to try the massive appetizer platter and then we said if we were still hungry we could order more. I loved the catfish bites, I am pretty sure my sister loved the potato skins best. The dogs were welcome and they loved nature watching with the creek. Will try and post a photo but if you are in the mood to be treated well, head to Howard's.
(4)Jim H.
Quick service, polite CASSIDY was our sever. Party of 4. We all got burgers... tasty hit the spot . Wings were Really GOOD. I would recommend this place for lunch. We ate inside.
(4)T S.
Stopped in for drinks and burgers and was happy with the food and service. The burgers were filling and we also had a great view of the creek from our table.
(4)Daniel L.
My wife and I were hungry for steak for we decided to give Howard's a shot. Sometimes you find the best food in a place where you do not expect it. I was hopeful for a good steak at a fair price but what we got was neither. We selected their "Steak for Two" which at $52 for a Filet and Ribeye looked like a decent value. She ordered the filet medium well with broccoli and cheese, baked potato and house salad and I ordered the ribeye medium rare with Onion Rings, baked potato and a salad. Lets start with the salad. They had no cheese or croutons and instead had celery and olives. They were okay, but nothing special here. The potatoes were not seasoned on the outside, but were well cooked and came with ample butter. My onion rings were terrible. The breading was grainy and falling off and was not crispy. There was also no seasoning. The broccoli was odd where they melted a jack cheese blend on top instead of a good cheddar sauce. The filet was good size and even though overcooked a bit for medium well, was good. A little under seasoned but overall not bad. The first ribeye was over cooked and very thin for a 10oz ribeye. Looked like a cut I could buy at save-a-lot. Sent it back, second one came out pretty fast and was a better cut, but was far too rare. Sent it back for some more cooking. After that it was edible but also under seasoned and not a premium piece of meat that I would expect at this price. On other notes I will add that that the server was really nice and super responsive. The decor was as expected given the outside. Dated but clean. Bottom line - I will not visit nor recommend this place for any dining in the future. They are selling average quality ingredients at an exorbitant price. Save your money and go to Texas roadhouse across the street.

Howard's has been a part of Gatlinburg forever. Their claim to fame is hand made everything, from the steaks to the mushrooms that are breaded to order. We have been there twice and have had nothing but positive experiences. We like to sit on the patio by the creek, but the indoor seating looks just as pleasant. The staff is.... well, eclectic is the word that comes to mind. Incredibly friendly, though a little older and rough around the edges, they do attend to your needs with a smile like a Jersey diner waitress. Our server on the most recent trip looked like an over the hill Hell's Angel but was as friendly as a long lost relative. We were also greeted warmly by the waitress from our last trip who remembered us like we were regulars. The atmosphere alone is enough to get us to keep going back. The bloody mary was perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of horseradish and pepper. We ordered burgers and they came out quickly, cooked properly, and full of flavor. If you are gluten free, avoid the fries - I'm not sure what is in the seasoning but something set off a moderate reaction. I questioned our server, and she had no idea what it could have been; then again, she seemed confused by the whole GF thing so I'm not sure if she understood the question. (That is the reason for 4 stars - the staff is not particularly educated in food allergies, something that should be corrected to avoid making patrons ill.) The only other thing I would note is that it is not horribly expensive. Two bloodies, an unsweet tea, 6 wings as an app and two burgers came to about $50 before tip. Not horrible for a town known as one big tourist trap. If you stop in before you park, you get a voucher for the lot across the street that lets you park for free for the day (a savings of $5). So go in for lunch and spend the day wandering around.

Unfortunately, this place may have a past of being great, but they do not deliver what I was expecting. The food is not bad, but very overpriced. The steak was "handcut" but who cares, it was very lacking in flavor and tenderness. The service left quite a bit to be desired. I'm sure there are better places in Gatlinburg you could try out.
(2)Robert C.
The service and the food was good. We ordered some of their steaks and you get enough food for your money. You can see the menu with prices before you go in.
(3)ge c.
I have eaten here twice this week. Each meal was excellent, both the service and the food. There was always a server nearby offering refills of our drinks and offering assistance. From the moment we walked in we were treated with kindness by all. Highly recommend as the place to eat in Gatlinburg
(5)John F.
Not the Howard's of yesteryear. Visited 9/20/14 and had the steak for two. Long wait for the food. Potatoes were wrong so just the steaks came out. Burned flavor even though they seemed to be cooked properly, the filet was a little dry and tough. When the potatoes did finally come out they were the best part of the meal. Veggies were overcooked but OK. Howard's really needs new management and staff. Overpriced poorly prepared food.

Ended up here on Christmas day so choices of restaurants were very limited. Decided to try Howards because they boasted of having the best steak in town. Boy were we disappointed. Overcooked, bland and over priced. We order the porterhouse and it was charred on the outside and not medium like we asked on the inside. The only good thing about the meal was the salad at the beginning. My girlfriend ordered a Coke and complained of the taste. When we went to send it back the waiter apologized and said that they ran out of Coke and we serving the "cheap" kind as he put it. But you all aren't charging cheap kind prices. Anyway even though service was slow I am giving this restaurant 3 stars because the server we had was very nice.
(3)Christy M.
The host was nice and I want to give him credit for trying, caring about us, and his friendliness before I bring up the food! The food was terrible. I ordered the 18$ ribs and got the driest meat, I've eaten at a restaurant, and my 12 year old who usually will gobble up a pork sandwich, barely touched it because he said the pork was chewy. They did replace my ribs with a pork sandwich but I was not impressed with the pork either and there were ants crawling all over the indoor table. This was a waste of 57$. Maybe it was just the day? or Possibly a very unlucky evening meal? I don't know, but we will never eat there again.
(1)Mark L.
GROSS! Dirty! Windows at my table had handprints all over them with snot! While walking out I noticed all the windows looked like that. Smells nasty. Had to leave.
(1)Lisa T.
Best valentine's day dinner ever!!. Decor was a little dated but we went for the food and it by far succeeded our expectations! Will definitely make it a point to eat here when we travel to Gatlinburg!
(5)Courtnee T.
This wasn't a good experience, service was slow, none of the servers wanted to wait on our group of 10 black men. All of us are perfessional but was made feel as if we where thugs. Just not a good experience.
(1)Tara E.
First off i have never left a bad review for anyone so this is a first. But it was a experience I wouldn't want anyone else to have. We were in town for the Christmas parade since we were staying close by we decided to eat there big mistake. Even though it was half empty the service was slow and the tea was terrible it was like water when we left we said something about it to the host/doorman an he was really nasty and rude. We will not be back .
(1)Jeramie I.
Food was better than average. BBQ sandwich was good. Potato skins were excellent. Wait staff were nice and timely
(3)E Y.
Ordered 2 burgers, sweet tea, plus 1 kids meal that was also a burger. They were huge and served with kaiser buns, decent tomatoes, white onions and lettuce. However, I was surprised to have been charged $0.70 for tap water.
(3)Derek J.
So many bad things, I don't know where to start. One good thing, the host was friendly and gave us a free parking pass (which they give to anyone who eats at Howard's) and our waitress was extremely friendly. That is the only nice thing I have to say. We were seated on the patio after a five minute wait, but we were given the smallest table for four people (2 adults and 2 kids under age 3). Our drinks arrived quickly but the sodas were flat and tasted horrible. Our orders were taken immediately. Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. A family of three arrived after we had been there for over a hour. They had to go inside and get their own drinks. Our kids were hungry and cranky. By this time, there weren't many people left inside or out. Finally, a hour and a half after placing our order, our food finally arrived. The quality was mediocre at best. The fries were soggy and the burgers crumbled and fell apart as we ate. I haven't even gotten to the worst part yet. The owner and his wife/girlfriend got into a VERY heated argument on their private balcony that overlooked the customers. The woman was screaming every profanity in the book and breaking glasses on the table. My children heard every word and we had a lot of explaining to do. It really bother me that the owner made no attempt to settle her down or at least take it elsewhere. After 15 minutes of that nonsense, she finally stormed off. After all of the waiting and complaining we did, we were never offer any apologies or discount. What an expensive disappointment.
(1)Rick G.
Great place to sit outside beside LeConte Creek and enjoy lunch or dinner. I think they serve the best grilled burger in Gatlinburg. Really nice folks working there.
(4)Michelle C.
Not a big fan of this place....took forever to get our food that was mediocre at best that ultimately gave 2 of us ....Food Poisoning!!! Other than that the raccoon that comes up to eat was cute
(1)Ava Y.
Worst steak ever. Highly not recommend, expensive and disgusting. The chief probably escaped from the jail in India. Horrible service and the food certainly is not cooked for human beings. You would rather take your poop instead of going here.
(1)HOLLY d.
We shared a steak and a burger, Steak was nasty, but my hamburger was really good. Homemade dressings we're really good. Enjoyable live entertainment. The atmosphere was great.
(4)Jason S.
It's not bad. Very cool to eat out back by the creek. Food is kinda meh but cooked well. Very friendly people and great atmosphere. Good drinks too.
(4)Megan Z.
Gatlinburg is one of my favorite places because I love being in the mountains. When I go, I pretty much only venture into Gatlinburg when I want to eat. I am a newlywed and I no longer live near Gatlinburg but we were in the area so we stayed a few nights. We just happened to be looking for a place to eat several years ago and the person outside the restaurant convinced us to eat there. We both had the Old Mountain Cheeseburger, medium rare, and after the first bite, we were hooked. The cheeseburger is easily in the top three of best burgers we have ever had and we've tried a lot of burgers. They grind their meat fresh for the burgers and the flavor is amazing. The first time we ate there, the burger came with steak fries which were also good, but now the steak fries are extra and you get curly fries which are still good. We have never eaten dinner there and have only ever eaten the cheeseburger. We have been to Gatlinburg at least once a year in the past 4 years and every time the burger tastes the same. We figure why try something else when what we love is always so good. We've always had good servers who are very personable and cheerful. We ate there two days in a row last week because we live thousands of miles away now and knew it would be a while before we get to go back. Our waitress did mention that she thinks the company will be sold next year and will be turned into a Wild horse Saloon or something like that. They've been around since 1946 and I can't believe they may not be around the next time we are in the area. I can't speak to the rest of their menu, but if you are in Gatlinburg looking for a good burger, go to Howard's. I wish I had one right now!
(5)Rose P.
Bartender horribly slow - food was good though. I am dehydrated while writing this. Service got better after people got up and left
(1)Chuck C.
It's been here forever and I have never had a bad meal here.
(5)Dena A.
Had great experience, sat on patio by creek, had our little dog with us, waitress brought water bowl - wonderful atmosphere - fun and romantic. Awesome cheeseburger and ice cold beer! My husband had the lunch special - 1/2 chicken and it was really, really good. Highly recommend for most anyone for any occasion!
(4)Dawn D.
We went there after numerous attempts to find a decent place to eat in Gatlinburg. We asked to be seated outside in the back by the creek. The waitress 'honeyed' me the whole time, but she was sweet and helpful. The prices are a bit high, but you realize it is TOTALLY WORTH IT when they bring you your food! I ordered a chicken sandwich, and he ordered a classic hamburger, both with curly fries. We also ordered baby back ribs as an appetizer. Plating was lovely for this kind of food, servings are enormous, curly fries were very good. Both the hamburger and the chicken sandwich were juicy, full of flavor, excellent and very well grilled! The only thing I got disappointed with were the baby back ribs. They were bland and tasteless, that's not how BBQ should be.
(4)Paul S.
THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! BUT NOW, BACK TO MY REVIEW... Beautiful to sit in back next to the stream. That's what caught our attention as the huckster at the front door told us that is what it looked like in the back of the restaurant. We went for it hook, line and sinker. The restaurant only had a couple of tables filled out back by the stream. So they pulled together several groupings of tables to accommodate our group of 18 (6 adults and 12 kids). So far - so good - right! The time is about 1:15 p.m. The server had a good attitude and brought our drinks out relatively promptly. My Pepsi was flat but no one else said anything. Our server took our order and then we waited, and waited, and waited. The kids were good but very hungry. Then the food started to come in about an hour after we ordered it. Mistake here and mistake there. Four food items missing - I'll be right back. 15 minutes later here comes more components of our lunch. Finally we were all served after about 1 1/2 hours of "relaxing" by the stream. I gave our server a coupon for 15% off that we got out of one of those coupon books plastered all over town. It was only good from noon to 3 p.m. The server did give us the discount but tells us that the manager said not to apply it was now after 3 p.m. All I can say is that they got some nerve there. Seated and suffering for as long as we did and then to say - "Oh, it's after 3 - too bad!" Let me finish by saying that even with the discount this was our most expensive lunch of the week. And it proudly ranks as the slowest service and gets the award for the worse food!!!! Double congratulations to Howard's restaurant on those two distinctions! To summarize - DON'T GO TO HOWARD'S!!!! Not even if they give it to you for free - it isn't worth it!!!
(1)Brandon M.
Howard's is a great place. We sat on the patio right next to the stream. I had the grilled trout with a twice baked potato and vegetable soup. Everything tasted great! Overall we had a great time at Howard's.
(5)Suzie L.
we went there on the way to see fireflies this weekend. I and one friend were lucky. we got really good steak. But two other friends ordered an 20 oz. for 2 combos. and they wanted well done. But that steak is little coal. not even looks like coal. it tasted discussing. i guess they just were not lucky enough. so maybe we will suggest people to get medium cook if u mean well done.
(3)Steve M.
no. just no. friendly yet terrible service. just an awful steak - tough, thin. no one at the table thought the meal was edible. Waitress took my order for iced tea 3 times, not once actually bringing a glass of iced tea. would not eat there again for free.
(1)Jason D.
In a sea of tourist hell, Howard's Restaurant was a nice place to stop for lunch in Gatlinburg. I would give the food 3 stars; the fried trout was fresh and nicely cooked, but nothing super standout or out of this world. The meatloaf was also very nice and enjoyable. I would give the atmosphere 4 stars; sitting out back on the creek was a very nice place to eat! Prices were also VERY moderate for Gatlinburg; all three entrees were under $10 on the "Blue Plate Special" page. Great time!
(4)Kristin B.
Food took forever to get, steak was way overcooked, didn't taste good & was WAY overpriced.
(1)Neil H.
Maybe it was because it was a Tuesday...maybe it was because it was November...but, good Lord, this place sucked. I don't make it a habit of disparaging other reviews...but 4 or 5 stars? seriously? let's start with the salad: watery iceberg with some mealy tomatoes(I'll cut them a break on these, it is November) red onion and croutons. Had blue cheese dressing, it lacked flavor. Steak Oscar: this thing was too fatty, i had to work my way through it. It had absolutely no crust on it whatsoever. the Bearnaise was really thick and flavorless. the baked potato was fine, as were the steamed veggies, very basic. i went with 6 business associates and felt like a fool. 'Don't worry guys, i found this place on yelp'. it was one of those meals where everyone gets their food and doesn't comment on it...they just eat it and are too polite to say 'this sucks' since i picked it. After we left, i finally said 'that wasn't very good' and the flood gates opened! 0 for 7 on the people who enjoyed their meals. all the steaks were tough and the two people who had burgers said they were dry. What a disappointment! The lonestar across the street would have been a much better choice.
(1)Susanne S.
Glad we found this place! We sat outside in the back patio by the creek with our dog. The server brought ice water in a doggie bowl for her. Food was ok, and service was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we lingered after dinner, enjoying the live music. Will definitely go back.
(4)Shelby J.
We decided to bring our dogs to Gatlinburg and were disappointed at how the area was far from dog friendly. But, we found this restaurant and they allow your furry friends on their back patio. It was a beautiful day and we were there last Sunday to enjoy the brunch menu. The staff was very friendly (although they did get pretty busy and we waited for our check for some time) and so accommodating to our dogs. They brought out dog bowls with ice water which was a nice touch on a hot day. The food wasn't the best thing ever but it was still very good. I had French Toast and it was cooked perfectly. All in all, our visit was great and we will be back. There is a good parking garage right across the street a bit. Parking in Gatlinburg is not widely available.
(4)Rachel R.
The servers were extremely nice. However, the food was all extremely overcooked and bland.
(2)Claire B.
We went to Gatlinburg for five days and discovered Howard's on our fourth day. Our greatest regret of the holiday was not finding it on our first. Our whole time there, we were looking for a place just like this. Howard's has been in Gatlinburg since the 1940s and it looks like it hasn't changed since then. It's perfect that way; they shouldn't change anything. Everything in this town is so new and tacky and flashy that it's so good to find something so solidly Gatlinburg. Inside, it's a bar and restaurant, with a classic wood bar and the friendliest staff we met. Our bartender remembered us when we came in for our second day in a row. She spent ages telling us about growing up in the area and asking us about Nashville. They had great afternoon drink specials, which were a relief after being ripped off everywhere else. The menu is classic southern steakhouse -nothing fancy, but as Gordon Ramsey would say "clean, rustic, simple."
(5)Christopher T.
Howard's breakfast 2 days in a row in Gatlinburg. So good the first day we had to go back for seconds. The first day was rainy but round 2 had us out back next to the stream. The main thing we went back for was our server, Candy, super friendly and sure not to "double bump" you. We did blow the fact they offer free parking for meals and parked across the street in the garage both days, figured that out while walkingout on visit number 2. I got the corned beef hash and scrambled eggs both mornings, each with a side of biscuits and gravy. Their bloody mary's were pretty popular among our group as well. You can order anything , anytime of day which is nice if you are craving a bacon double cheeseburger with a short stack of pancakes on the side, for breakfast. We had a bit of trouble with an order on round 2 but Candy was able to get it back to the kitchen an fixed right away. Really nice sitting out back by the water. The owner even stopped by to say heloo to the table, commenting on our visiting team gear before the UT game. Cheap food as well, breakfast, with bloody mary's, less than $15/person. If I'm ever in Gatlinburg I'd hit this place up again. Just ask for Candy, you can;t forget that.

Love Howard's...it is a must do when we are in Gatlinburg. The burgers are awesome. So, of course it makes me very happy. They used to have hand cut fries, but did away with them last year (Unfortunately), and switched to steak fries...also very good, but nothing can top a hand cut fry in my professional opinion (I am a burger and fry fanatic). Good food, friendly people, outside seating by the creek...great!
