What a Gem stopped in and had a old fashioned root beer float. It was fantastic!! I love the feeling you get when you walk in. It's like stepping back in time. They use mayfield ice cream a local creamery and it is a tasty product. You must try if your in the Arts and Crafts Community!!

Very Customer Friendly. I had never been to an old fashioned Soda Fountain like this before, but it gave me a great first impression. The drinks were on point, as they were made from great tasting syrup. Delicious! Glad that I made a stop at Glade's! The Soda Jerk was very friendly!

This is a nice little place to get ice cream. They have great milkshakes and great service. It's a little pricey, but it's a nice place to go if you like old fashioned ice cream.

Stopped in for a couple of milkshakes. Not the best I've ever had but they were tasty and the atmosphere was nice.

The guy here is a jerk... a soda jerk! That's what they used to call employees at soda fountains back in the day. Located in Gatlinburg's Arts & Crafts Community, Glades Soda Fountain makes soda, sundaes, and shakes the old fashioned way. They use syrups, real ice cream, and real whip cream. The place is appropriately deocrated to look retro -- But in a very authentic way. Not sure about the pretzels or hot dogs. I think you may want to get food elsewhere, but for drinks and ice cream this is a pleasant stop while in Gatlinburg.

If you are in the arts and craft community of Gatlinburg, you should definitely stop in here for a shake. Don't plan to get any substantial or decent food there - just nachos and hot dogs and pretzels. But the shakes are great. I would go again for that. I had the vanilla malt (my standard). Wife had chocolate malt. Kids had mint chocolate chip shakes. All great. Decor was cool. And the cash machine was too.

A great place to stop near the arts an crafts community of Pitman Center. We drove out of the way to come back here after a break of close to 10 years. The soda fountain was a great experience for the kids. We got a root beer and a strawberry cream soda before heading on our way. Some nice ice cream and snacks options too.

It's a great old fashioned soda counter complete with soda jerks. We had a peanut butter soda with chocolate ice cream, peanut butter malt and the brownie delight. Everyone loved it. The ice cream is phenomenal. It is a great stop while on the Art and Crafts Loop.
