I am not usually a fan of this style restaurant, and my recent visit seemed at first to confirm my reasons. Although my wife and child and I were seated quickly, it took a long time for us to be served. It was a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was only half full. The floor was dirty and employees seemed oblivious to it. However, once our server did engage, he did a nice job. He was unusually polite, using the language you'd normally associate with Chik-Fil-a, saying "My pleasure" when we would thank him for delivering a drink or appetizer. The fried pickles were great, as were the hamburger I ordered and the chicken fingers with loaded baked potato my wife ordered. By the end of our visit, I noticed the carpet had been cleaned up, and all of the food and drinks we'd ordered were exactly to our expectations. What you want when you come to a chain restaurant is a certain experience-one that should be identical for any store in the chain, and in this case, the service was good and the food was good. I'm more inclined to try this location again than I was before this visit.

If I could give less than a star I would. No one was in the restaurant. Yet we were told there was a 15-20 minute wait. When we asked why, we were told that most employees were off like she would like to be. The tone suggested we should be thankful anyone was there. The manager was more concerned with setting all of the bar televisions to a baseball game with a very LOUD volume. I love baseball and love watching a game at restaurants. But when many people are waiting and employees are missing perhaps you could wait on customers. The volume was so loud we could hear the commentators from the waiting area. Poor customer service. Called next door, no wait at Longhorn. Immediately seated. Skip o Charley's.

Autumn, our waitress, was wonderful. She kept our drinks full and our table cluter-free. Very friendly staff and the xleanliness was good. The food was cooked just like I wanted it. Fast too.

Disappointed with the service. How can you serve a salad that is turning brown and then turn around and bring me another one just like it. Not good at all.

Southern fried chicken salad is great. I ordered it with buffalo chicken. And free pie on Wednesdays. Who can beat that

We had a great time. Sat at the bar on a busy Friday night. The bartenders we very nice and patient! And the food was excellent and so fast!

I am letting my 11 yr old grand daughter write the review as she has a LOT to say about it. As for me I wont go back there. This is her perception of our lunch: We sat at a round table (which made our legs numb because our feet were falling asleep while dangling) for an hour before we actually got moved over to a booth table right after we ordered. ( we requested to move). The room where the booth area was completely vacant except for a table of two older women who were forgotten as well. They had to ask for their food, we noticed. They didn't seem too busy at the time, so we expected we would get our food quicker than at least a half an hour later. We got one basket of rolls while we were waiting. Once we got our food, I looked at my hamburger. It had nothing on it, not even cheese, just a charred patty (I ordered a cheese burger) It tasted burnt, the waitress came by, and my mom told her that my hamburger looked burnt. My fries also had no side with them, which both my sister and I ordered as well ( ranch dressing) Fifteen minutes later, I got a new hamburger. It had cheese on it this time, but still looked charred. The waitress told me that the person who made this said it was the 'color of the grill'. Well, the color of the grill tastes burnt. We ordered some pie and then left. Even getting our bill to us took long (for a place that wasn't too busy). Honestly, I wouldn't go there again either. ....Kenzie

This may be long but worth the read... Tonight my husband and I chose O'Charley's for our usual Sunday night family dinner. When we were being directed to our table the host had us wait while he wiped off our table. Which he rushed and did not complete so I had to get my own napkins and finish wiping down the tables. We then had about and 8-10minute greet time. We ordered drinks and dinner at the same time; my husband and I each ordered salads. It took another 5 or 6 minutes to get our waters, about 8 minutes after that we received our entrees and my entree was missing the side item. NO BREAD, NO SALADS had been delivered. During all of this time we notice she has about 7 or 8 tables and all of them seem to be frustrated one way or another. She did not seem to care at all the everyone was in need of many things. She had absolutely no sense of urgency. I witnessed her rolling her eyes at one guest while making excuses at another. However, she looked fairly young and was good and kind to us and my son when she was at the table, which was brief. There were many other servers nonchalantly going about their jobs. Not one person including the manager saw or even noticed that her entire section was suffering. As soon as our entrees were delivered we got up and walked out without a word to anyone. The manager who had greeted us at the door when we arrived told us to have a good evening on our way out the door. We have NEVER done this before. We in fact met at this very restaurant over 10 years ago. We love this place for that. My husband and I are in this business and have worked our way through the ranks to upper management careers. We know how tough this job can be but this was simply unacceptable. The entire system failed. To be honest we will probably be back; I was quite angry when we left but honestly a little embarrassed to go back any time in the near future.

I really wish I could give negative stars because this place offers the worst service I have ever seen and I work in retail. This is the last time I eat here.

Service is not too good. People aren't friendly. I counted 7 empty tables and they told me it would be a 35 minute wait.

Poor service, and the food was mediocre at best, it looked as I it were placed in a pile to hide something. On the upside the manager took off one of the sides because burnt black. This is my 4th and final trip to the Gallatin location

I have never been a fan. The food is subpar compared to their competitors. The service was okay and the restaurant appeared to be very dirty. Will not go back.

Painful, as usual, which is a shame. My wife likes the joint and I don't always want to drive to Nashville. They always make me wish I did. Senior management should review yesterdays performance around 3:00. Wound up grabbing a big mac after we had to bail.

Had a Sunday brunch here. I had the chicken and waffles, this is not something I would normally get but I wanted to give it a try. The food was bland. My wife had a club sandwich, with old cheese that was hard on the edges. The French fries were soggy and sad. We probably won't be back. We felt rushed out also, we kept being asked to remove our plates while we were eating.

Lunch time here and it was great!! I got my food fast and it was great. Sat at the bar for lunch the bartender even though she was busy didn't leave me. Over all just your average Ocharlies lunch!!

Want to give this place a big fat zero. We waited at a table in the bar for 15 min then was told it was a "dead" table. Obviously this table that had 4 chairs rolled silverware and the small folded appetizer menu set up was a table that is not used and you can not get service at. When does any restaurant have a table that you can not receive service? There was a whole section that was empty. We were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar or wait for another table. We sat in the car and left.
