I'm here a few times a week. I would like to give it a higher star rating, but due to the service issues, I am giving it a two. The drinks here are always on point. The lines are long and they rarely are running both registers. On a regular basis there is something missing at the Customer Prep Bar: missing cream, sugar, stir sticks, stoppers.

You know what to expect when you walk into any Starbucks in a strip mall...a smallish store with decent seating and pleasant baristas. This one is exactly what you expect.

It is 7pm on a Saturday night. If you want a snack no pastry for u. They are open two more hours and food case is completely empty and set for tomorrow. Just see two ladies working. Pleasant service but nothing above and beyond. They proudly post their 100 on TN food visit. But store is not clean today. Pastry glass filthy and the front door windows look like cleaned with a dirty cloth. Oh well the one up the street across the highway was a better experience

This is my favorite starbucks. The staff is always friendly with me. They're knowledgable and the drinks are consistent. I work nearby and frequent this location. I've never had a bad experience.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. They always get the order right and they're very fast, even for the drive thru.

Every time I come to this Starbucks they always screw my order up and the funny thing is I'm there daily. My boyfriend goes in as well but they happen to always give it to him for free. I always order no whip somehow they always put whip. This last time they put soy milk and whip. There employees need to start repeating orders to there customers. Drive through is always busy around 7am-10pm so that could be why. I see it's a great place for meetings due to the business area

Stopped in for my morning earl gray latte. The store was clean and service was fast. They staff was taking care of the customers at a very good pace. It looked like the drive thru was moving at a good pace. My tea was made correctly and I was out the door in a few minutes. I will visit this store again because of the customer service and speed.

This place is your average Starbucks. They make all the drinks and microwave all the treats. It's conveniently located across the street from a Dunkin Donuts. So, if the line is crazy, then just jerk the wheel across four lanes of traffic and your problem is solved. There is a drive-through if you're lazy and it moves slowly. It does speed up the indoor process though. That's nice. Don't go on Friday. It will take you 20 minutes to get through the line. However, the rest of the time it's pleasant and very much a Starbucks. You have the super busy corporate types as well as the trend setters that sit in the leather chairs in the corner (and also probably arrived at opening that morning). There will also be a random newspaper strewn all over one of the tables. The Good: I like coffee and they are good at making it. They also understand how to use the Starbucks app and that is very helpful for those that use it. I'm generally in and out quickly. You can park in front of that stupid bank to the left too. Screw them. Don't be intimidated by their signs. The Bad: They consistently have a cap problem with the drinks. If I get an iced drink that isn't made in a blender, then I DON'T WANT THAT STUPID DOME CAP! I want the flat cap. I feel like a special needs kid with that other one.

Great place with amazing coffee! Great service and they always have a long line but get it moving fast. Plus, it's totally worth it to stand in line for 3 mins for great coffee and lattes.

Fast, efficient service. Tasty coffee. No complaints on my visit. I wouldn't want to be in the drive thru.... Must have been a line 15 cars long. Hello people! Walk your buns inside!

Okay so I have been ordering the same coffee the same way for years!!! So here we go folks: I go thru the drive thru, I place my order... And what do I get in return, a lecture on how I don't need to say this when I order it, and how I only have to order it this way...and on and on for 2 minutes to only confuse me...I was so irate and confused...I will NOT return here!!!. I think this guy working here either takes his job too serious or needs another job where he can tell people what to do. When I want my coffee, I want it with a total and a smile...no lecture on how to order a Starbucks coffee, when seriously dude, I come from Seattle where Starbucks was established!! Gezzzz...annoying!!!! FYI: a iced coffee means cold, not luke warm... That means you serve it cold, shall I lecture you on how to make a iced coffee???

Standard Starbucks. Has a drive thru that moves quickly, free wifi and outdoor patio. The drive thru line gets quite long in the morning rush.

I have been there several times, walk-in, ignored, drive thru, wrong order! I am a basic latte drinker, no funny order requests. Burned coffee I will not abide! Being ignored, no more! Get a dedicated cashier with no headset these folks can't multi-task!
