Having an office above this Starbucks has been good and bad. Good in the sense that I get to enjoy it every day if I like. All of the employees know me by name and the service is great. Since it is in downtown Franklin, it CAN get a bit busy, but that's normal. On the bad side... I've spent a lot of money here... And while I DO love coffee and their bakery items... It gets expensive very quickly. So... Unfortunately, for the sake of my wallet, I've had to cut back. But if money wasn't an issue, I'd be going there all the time.

Friendly staff and a tremendous caramel flavored frozen drink! Located right in the middle of downtown Franklin, and they do a great job of managing orders, keeping up with the population, and blending in with Franklin's atmosphere.

A genuine little piece of Seattle right in downtown Franklin -- What a beautiful addition to historic West Main St.! Now we're talking civilization. The only espresso shot in middle Tennessee poured in less than ten minutes! A WARNING however: This starbucks *is* a bit of a surprise. I mean, yes they do have the wonderful digital wall prints and tacky art-glass lampshades and cartoonish overstuffed furniture-- don't worry about that. But, there is a long hallway to get to the bathrooms in the back. TIP: If you just want to go to the bathroom and don't care for the "icky bitter coffee junk", go through the back door (adjacent to rear parking lot) and duck in unnoticed! I think this is a great place to stumble over from Mccreary's to and cover up your drunken stupor by doming a venti quad bullseye in one gulp, getting in your car and careening through the baby strollers as you make your getaway!

It's Starbucks. Pretty standard when it comes to the food/drink. This location is always packed full since it's part of downtown Franklin. Parking can be tricky. Not a lot of area to stand and wait for your drink, and rarely there is a place to sit and wait for your drink. However, it's the closest to my house so I'll continue to frequent it. I do prefer the one across town with the drive-thru.

Weston and Laura at this Starbucks were absolutely AMAZING. Super friendly and very helpful. My friend and I were on spring break (from Michigan) and our car broke down. They lent us a charger and let us sit and charge our phones for as long as we needed. When their shift was over they gave us a ride back to our car, which was about two miles away. They pointed us in the direction of towing companies/auto shops and said if we needed anything tomorrow to give them a call or that we were welcome to come back to the Starbucks shop the next day of we needed to. Aside from being helpful to us the two seemed to run their shop very well. People were constantly in and out of there and the place was very clean, they were super friendly to customers and quick to whip up their orders. I would recommend this Starbucks any day!

Vanilla Rooibus Tea Latte** I recently tried this for an afternoon delight, and was delight-ed. Such a friendly staff. quick and accurate. Quite the hang out spot for tweens and can be a prime spot for hilarious eavesdropping.

It's Starbucks, you know what you are going to get when you walk in. Apparently this is THE place to hang in Franklin. If you are there long enough you are likely to a celebrity here or there. And if you are in Christan Music, it appears to be a must that you sit here and converse and write songs. (not that I am complaining, I actually like secretly listing to your conversations) The staff is really nice, and quick at their work. I sort of feel like you have to be promoted to work in this location, you never seem to see people here brand new off the street. They have never yelled at me because my daughter was running around so my hat's off to them.

This is my spot! I find myself at this Starbucks location many times a day! Coffee is one of my biggest passions and I love the environment this location offers. This coffee shop is located in the heart of downtown Franklin. Right of the corner were you can sit and people watch all day long... Its very relaxing I must say. I am all about hanging out with my iced coffee, and friends on the corner watching life happen all around us. Wonderful Starbucks! Wonderful people! Its all good!

Yeah, so I bet Seattle is thrilled to hear we all equate a Starbucks with their fine, rainy city. With Xoconocho two doors down, and the Listening Room across the street, I'm not sure how this Starbucks gets any business. Even Merridee's down the street offers free wi-fi. Enough ranting. The coffee here is identical to all the other Starbuck's coffee I have ever tried. If it were not for the urge of people to give me Starbucks gift cards and holidays and birthdays, I would not be here.
