Great lunch today during my first time at Pie5. Very cool selection of choices to either make your own custom pizza or go with one of their recommendations. I chose their Chicken Carnonara and it was excellent, and tried their Ginger Peach tea. Everything was clean fast and fun, the staff was great, friendly and prompt, no issues at all. I'll be back with the family soon, great lunch :)!

I have to say this is place I most likely will NOT revisit. Tried their "Bundle" meal. Side salad (I had the Ceasar) a pizza (made my own) and a 22 oz. drink. Making it known I had never been there, when making the pizza I asked for the spicy sauce - note to self it is pretty much all sriracha sauce. I like spicy but this was ridiculous in spicy. Then the help pulls the pizza from the oven and places it on a tin that still has water standing on it from (I assume from washing it). Who wants soggy pizza, then has no real concern I asked about it. Salad was ok in taste but size is way to small. Pizza was ok, but way to much spicy to enjoy it. Then hearing another patron complain and then ask for the GM info so they can call to complain. Seems this place needs some training given to th whelp staff of this place will doubtfully be here long. For me, I am done with them. To many other good places to pay this much and get this bad of a product.

Not a pizza to write home about, but building your own personal sized pizza for $6.99 is a pretty sweet deal. The first time I went I tried their spicy marinara. Beware: it tastes like it's 75% Cholula; 25% marinara. I like spice, but the Cholula flavor overpowered everything else on the pizza. I went with regular marinara on my second visit and was much happier. Overall ingredients are nothing special, but it's not bad. Staff is nice and pizza's are prepared quickly. Set-up is similar to a Chipotle or Subway so no tip required. I would eat here again, but it won't ever be something I crave.

Ok so I had the Chicken Pesto Alfredo which I got with no mushrooms, peppers or onions just the Alfredo sauce, chicken, Parmesan cheese and "magic dust" I chose the brownie slice and orange drink. When I got there it was empty.. Which was fine, bathroom was clean, lobby was clean. The pizza was actually delicious (I got extra pesto on top) what annoyed me were the flies.. Having to try and eat and swat flies Is not the business.. So I had to have my food put in a box so it would be safe. The employees weren't overly friendly or rude they were just.. there.. I think if they were in a better location, no flies & warmer employees they may get some business.. I would definitely go back for the pizza! TO Go

This is like Subway for pizza. I had the Athenian pizza on thin whole wheat crust and really enjoyed it. Don't go there if you're looking for a peaceful place to enjoy dinner...it's loud and chaotic. The people working the line there can barely hear you and vice versa because the pizza oven is loud. But, if you're looking for a quick, very reasonably priced pizza it will fit the bill. And I don't have a clue if it's NY, Chicago or Paducah style pizza or pretending to be any of those things. It's just pretty good. Hubby and I got out of there for $20...impressive.

Decided to stop off near my office and try this new 5 Pie Place that opened up in my favorite old McDougals location in Cool Springs. They kept the outside patio which was a great feature of the location and added lots of seating inside the restaurant both short tables and high bars. You have several pizzas to choose from that are made while you order & takes about five minutes. They have a small selection of beers and the cool thing is you can bring your own wine. I ordered a Greek inspired personal pizza, the Athenian pizza and was pleasantly surprised with the taste. Feta cheese fresh basil chicken red onions and banana peppers. I will most likely try this place again and encourage you to check it out as well.

I give star ratings based upon experience. My experience with this place is great for the budget, quality, and customization. Basically, you approach the counter and choose your bread, toppings and even condiments and they bake the pizza in 5 minutes or less. I chose the Thin Crust with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, onions, and peppers. The toppings were fresh, tasty, and the pizza was cooked just right. The thin crust doesn't distract from the flavor of the toppings. For condiments, I took the advice of the cashier and had the Magic Dust. I found this experience to be a good deal and, well, kind of fun. I know, I need to get a life. Ha! No matter which pizza you choose, the price is $6.99.

Cool concept, good price, flavor not so great.

Simple idea with good enough results. It's the Chipotle of pizza restaurants; you point at the toppings you want on your little personal pizza and you get it handed to you in like 5 minutes. The quality of the toppings are ok, and it's easy to accidentally overdo it and realize that artichoke, peppers, and bbq sauce may not be a great combination afterall (no judgement). But what brings me back is the crust: I love it. The combination of the good flavor and how recently it was baked really makes for a good meal. Plus it's a pretty reasonable price for your own personal pizza with whatever toppings you want.

You know what? I liked this place. I went here on my lunch break today and ordered the High Five pizza with a side salad and drink = $10. My friend told me about this place after coming at a busy time and the line was backed up (it takes approximately 5 minutes to bake each pie), but I came in later in the afternoon and I was in and out. The pizza was a decent personal size and the toppings were fresh. The salad was fresh as well, but the crust bowl it comes in was kind of weird. Not complaining, but I'd rather just have a bigger salad then more crust. Regardless, Pie Five is a welcome new lunch spot in Cool Springs! Tip: unlimited toppings! Go get 'em.

Nothing to write home about but decent gluten free pizza. Very skimpy on toppings and not overly friendly help. All in all not a bad pick for a quick lunch but nothing special.

  • Johnny G.

Very boring. Nothing appears fresh and nothing had much taste. I live across the street but won't go back.

  • Ali S.

Absolutely love this concept of making your own customized fresh pizzas. The pies are just the right size and they have plenty of topping to choose from. They have a thin wheat and gluten free option for more the more healthy folks. They have a cool reward system that allows you to score free pizzas. Also they have an excellent outdoor seating. I highly recommend this spot if You are craving pizza in the cool springs area!

Quick, so so, pizza. Staff of 4, 3 customers, but a dirty dinning room. Probably won't last long on this very competitive, upscale community.

  • Kelly F.

Great place for individual pizzas. $6,99 pretty much gets you anything you want on your pizza. You select your toppings as they make it. Counter service so no tio required.

I've been here 4 or 5 times now (family wanted to go) and I've had decent service only once. The staff makes it feel like it's an inconvenience to serve you. The pizza is mediocre, crust has good taste, they're skimpy on the toppings so you have to ask for extra a lot. It's a quick place to grab food though so that's an plus.. Nowhere near the best pizza in the area but probably the quickest. Neat atmosphere, ALWAYS a great playlist playing! Giving two stars for atmosphere and speed. -2 for poor staff -1 for mediocre pizza

  • Megan M.

Delicious pizza, however you want. Perfect crust and fresh toppings. Staff is helpful and can handle a dairy allergy, some need more guidance than others. Our favorite is the spicy marinara and we always add 'magic dust.'

  • Todd L.

Not bad, but not great. It worked for what we wanted, cheap and quick. I would eat here again, but not go out of my way. The pizza was decent and the staff was ok. As others have said, it's like the subway of pizza places. You go up to the counter, pick your crust, sauce toppings, etc and then watch it get made. Overall, the experience was fine.

  • Ken J.

I've always had great service from the prep people and this is a great alternative for the family. Really like the Athenian pizza. It's always clean when I've been there. Not a five star place, but good especially with the kids.

LOVE IT! Pie Five just opened in Cool Springs at the site of the old McDougalls near PF Chang's. I took my boys today and they were thrilled. I hate to say describe it this way but the experience is like "Subway for pizza" but MUCH better and not at all in a fast food way. You go in, select your crust, sauce and the any toppings you want for your pizza or you can choose a pizza from the favorites list and it is ready in 5 minutes. I had the Chicken Carbonara on thin crust with the alfredo sauce. It was very, very good! I had planned to take half of it home but it was so good that I did not want to stop eating. My son had the thick crust and marinara and and he thought it was delicious. I am so happy to see a restaurant go back into this spot. The patio is wonderful and I can tell this will become one of our regular spots. They sell beer and you can Bring Your Own Wine. Pan crust, Thin, Gluten-Free crust. Pizza, salad, and drink under $10. Awesome!!!

So you go into this place and the menu is presented on the wall in a massive display that shouts out what you can order and all the recommended toppings and you are like, awsome, can't wait. Then you realize that you are staring at the menu with a total of about 3 feet of clearance till you hit a wall partioning the room off from where you order. It was tough to not be overwhelmed. So I fianly choose the one that has tons of meat on it and get to the counter, awaiting service from the 3 girls that were trying to figure out who was going to ask me for my order. They pile the cheese and meat on a slightly curved pin tin pizza shell, run it through some kind of pizza oven and then cut it for you. My issue was the pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. The top was hot, the center was cold, and the bottom of the pizza seemed cold and raw. Overlap, not a place I will return to when I can just go across the parking lot to Moes and get something better for cheaper. To bad to because I was really hoping for some good pizza.

Went there for the first time last nite. The waiters were distracted...Brownies were dry and tasteless. My Farmer's pizza. however, was delicious! Will get a to-go order next time and skip the dining in and the brownie.

If you want something equivalent to a store bought pizza without having to heat it up, this is the place to go. Probably great for a cheese pizza for the kids if you are going out. But for adults looking for a quality pizza, can not recommend. We got 2 Tuscan Chicken pizzas. My wife counted the ingredients on each slice. One little piece of spinach. One sun dried tomato. 1 to 2 small pieces of diced chicken. We added artichoke which provided a couple of shredded pieces of artichoke. So it did come with the advertised ingredients but at the least amount of toppings as possible.
