This review is not for the beer -- which is decidedly not A-OK. But then again just look at their name: 'Granite City FOOD and Brewery'. The beer is definitely not the top priority here. If I had to grade the beer, it would get a single star. The food, thankfully, is pretty good. I won't say they blow me away, and the price to quality ratio is on the higher side of reasonable; I'm sure they use some of the better offerings from Sysco/US Foods, and the people they have preparing dishes aren't new to the food business, so everything comes out relatively quickly and is consistently prepared -- which is easier said than done. I will say they've won the annual free weekly paper's Reader's Choice awards for the best brunch in Franklin for several years running now. I will only dine here for lunch or dinner when it's convenient, but I do travel here purposefully for their brunch. It is the most reasonably priced buffet-style brunch in Franklin (and to my knowledge -- Nashville) that is of high enough quality you can take the whole family in their Sunday best and not either feel out of place or pay too much. Having said that -- you need to make a Sunday brunch reservation! Just trust me on this one, especially if you're new to the area and are unfamiliar with the ways of Middle Tennesseans and our affinity for Sunday brunch. To circle back on their beer, it's probably not so great considering it is brewed in two separate facilities. They make the wort (think of it as proto-beer) in a single Iowa facility. They then chill it, and ship it to individual restaurants across the country where it is fermented. I realize there are some cost savings benefits and better consistency in the brew by doing it this way, but it won't truly be 'craft', not at all local, and in my opinion, you can't really even call the restaurants 'breweries'. But hey, if you like that sort of thing, then by all means. At least their food is pretty good

Their blackened salmon caesar salad is amazing! The salmon is cooked perfectly and the lettuce is fresh..not too much dressing either.

Upscale with decent prices. They offer a pretty complete menu. Of course many brews. My wife was unsure of what beer she should order, the manager came over with a couple of samples. The decor is upscale, stonework and natural wood. Televisions all around. Real casual feel, we come again

Something unfortunate was going on back in the kitchen (low on staff, or something) with food taking a while to come out with mixed orders, but the manager was extremely apologetic and insisted on paying our bill (a group of 4). So kind! And the food was delicious.

Great service.... Great food.... The Benny brew also great! I come in often for the maple bacon pizza, the burgers, pasta, and the salads are fantastic everytime! Love this place!

The bruschetta salad was amazing! All the flavors were perfect and the bruschetta was the perfect compliment.

Not bad at all; I typically love restaurants with breweries and I wish Tennessee had more of them. I didn't sample their beer, but a coworker who did (who is a bonafide beer snob as well as home brewer) tried their double IPA and said it wasn't hoppy at all.. which pretty much goes against the very definition of IPA. On the plus side, they have really cool looking growlers for sale, I believe the menu said they were $30 when filled with beer. Even if the beer is lackluster, it might be worth it just for the awesome growler. I had the Grilled Chicken and Bruschetta Salad for lunch and it was very tasty, I definitely wouldn't mind having another sometime. The french onion soup I had as accompaniment was fantastic. Everyone I was having lunch with seemed quite pleased with their choices as well. The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of more is that their cocktails are very overpriced. $10 for a dirty martini is too much, even if it is a "Belvedere Dirty Martini". Belvedere is $30 for a whole bottle at retail. At least it comes with those delectable blue-cheese stuffed olives. It really should be a law that dirty martinis are served with only those.

I went here for a birthday with a large group of about 30 people. We did their brunch buffet. I'm not ashamed to admit that I scoffed a bit at the $17.95 price tag for a buffet. That being said, the buffet food was definitely higher quality than what you typically get at a buffet. They seemed to do a good job keeping everything fresh and didn't run out. The buffet set up was a little awkward and crammed between tables. I think typically you'd want more distance between the buffet and your other customers. It's a minor complaint but I just felt like the setup was a bit cramped. There also just weren't a lot of options. The selection (with the exception of salmon) was pretty basic. The atmosphere was very nice and clean, but this is a pretty new restaurant so that's exactly what I would expect, especially for the area. Our server(s) did a good job managing such a large table. Our drinks were kept full and empty plates were cleared quickly. However, our server did have an ever-so-slight attitude problem. A different server asked us for our drink orders to help out and when she found out someone else had taken our drink order she made it clear she did not approve of this and proceeded to somewhat give us (the customers) a slap on the wrist for ordering our drinks through the first employee that actually asked us what we would like. All in all I'd say I would be willing to try this place out again, though I'd like to see what their menu food is like.

Do NOT go to Sunday brunch unless you are the first to arrive. We visited for Mother's Day and did not feel like fighting for the last crumbs of food. They only serve omelettes and desserts until noon. Arrive after noon and you get to pick between potatoes, cold french toast or bacon. I like Bacon but not for $25. Management did say they would cook what you wanted special order but that is not especially how I would picture brunch.
Went for the first time for Sunday brunch with a group of 5. We got there early because I was anticipating a busy crowd but the church crowd hadn't arrived yet, so we got the first batch of hot food at the buffet. The choices were good, especially the omelettes and French toast The downside of the experience was the service when we first got there... It was a little slow, seemed like they should have been ready for their first customers of the day but they weren't. Coffee was also served lukewarm... So that was a negative. Not worth $20 per person, but Overall good experience though.

Great service, average food. We had a party of four at lunch (a little before noon) and were seated promptly in a comfortable booth. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal and provided excellent service. The manager, Omari Buncum, stopped by during our meal to see how things were and leave his card, which impressed us. The staff could not have been more pleasant. The food was good, but nothing overwhelming. I had the lunch portion of Grilled Asian Chicken salad that came with a soup (I chose french onion). It had a nice, crunchy texture with the cabbage and other vegetables and good flavor with cilantro, green onions, sesame-lime dressing and peanut sauce, however a bit more flavor would have been ideal. The chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. Although the wonton strips were delicious, there were far too many on the salad. It was extremely difficult to find good bites of salad without them. When I order a salad, I want the healthier parts of it (like the cabbage, cucumber, red peppers and carrots in this one) to be the dominant ingredient and something like wonton strips as a garnishment. The french onion soup was good - not the best I've had but certainly not the worst. Based upon our great service and other menu items I'd like to try, I'll likely be back.

Been a frequent customer almost weekly at one point. I always enjoyed the food. Although in the last 6 mo the service has been horrible. I have waited 3 or 4 mins just to be acknowledged at the bar multiple times. Trust me not even busy enough to be ignored. It is a Thursday night at 10 pm - 10:08 to be exact. They closed the kitchen by 10. Except for a handful of appetizers. Really! 10 pm when attached to a hotel! There are open till midnight they couldn't afford a cook for another hour. One more thing to add to the lack of service. Just disappointing that a great place can't be ran correctly. Cutting corners and poor service. Maybe they should take some advice. Waited 15 mins for my simple limited appetizers. That can be made by fast food cook.

This restaurant is attached to the Drury Plaza hotel, so it was conveniently located for dinner when you're not really familiar with the area. There were 20+ in our party each night and the service was pretty good. Only a few forgotten drinks, which was to be expected with such a large group. Portions are huge and food was good. I had the Cuban sandwich one night and it was massive but delicious. The shandy is good. The margaritas are not and I don't recommend their patron one. I forget the name but it wasn't that good. Their shrimp tacos have a kick but they're good too.

Still one of the best places to get soup and a sandwich in the area All the soups are very good and the sandwiches are very solid along with the shrimp tacos, prime rib sandwich and BTA. We have not ventured beyond this here but everything we have had the last three times have been consistently good The bartenders are very good also, good energy and always remember a name. We will give the dinner menu a try next

Went here for a coworkers birthday today for lunch. Loved the overall atmosphere and ambience. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and tomato basil soup (which was the soup of the day). The soup was excellent! Will definitely order again and I actually wished I had ordered the big bowl. On to the salad... Very good as well love the textures and flavors in it. Only problem was the chicken. I really cannot describe to you what was wrong with it because I cannot quite put my finger on it. I just found myself eating around it. Maybe mine was just a fluke I am not sure. If I decide to try it again I will just omit the chicken from the salad. And last but not least the reason I am writing this review... 2 of my coworkers ordered the Mediterranean flat bread pizza. AMAZING! I immediately regretted not ordering it. If you like veggie pizza you cannot go wrong (and for all you vegetarians it is one of the few options you have here). I liked it so much that I ordered one to go. I admit it did not taste as great the next day. I will be back but I will go for happy hour next time (my coworker raved about the mixed drinks so much that I have to see for myself!)

I wanted to give this one star for the beer. I'm moving it up to two stars because of the food. The food was acceptable, nothing special, but not bad. The beer however, was terrible and expensive. The IPA was surprisingly not very hoppy. The hops it did have in it tasted old and gave off a taste of rotting hops. This was my second attempt at trying this place. The first time I tried the sampler of beers and discovered all of the beers to be bland and boring, but I thought I would give it another shot in case it was just a bad day. This is the kind of brewery a lover of Bud Light might appreciate. The beers here have a similar lack of character and taste. There are several places, including breweries, to enjoy good quality beer in the Cool Springs area, I would suggest you go to one of those over this.

Brunch today was outstanding. The selection was not that large, but each one was very good. The casual brunch atmosphere was not too loud. The omelet station was very good, and the guy making the omelets (William) was very friendly and made the wait entertaining. I did see someone ask for some steamed veggies that were not out, or part of the selection and they were given a large plate of steamed veggies ( nice touch ) Tomato soup was very good. Can't wait to go back for another meal

I have been to this Granite City location a couple of times, and it seems to get worse each time I go. I met a group of friends there for Happy Hour 3 or 4 Fridays ago. A friend I was with did the best job describing their 'Craft Beer' when he said it tasted "Corporate". That is a really good way to put it. The beer is simply bland. I ordered an IPA and thought the server must have made a mistake. There wasn't any Hop flavor that signifies that it is an IPA that I was drinking. The brown ale is better than the IPA but it was still very average. If you are looking for an average beer without much taste then give this place a shot. If you want good craft beer in Franklin, you are better off going to Cool Springs Brewery. Also this place is crazy loud and it is really hard to find a table. .

Great atmosphere. A little loud but crowded. Pecan Crusted Pork Chop was very moist with slight sweetness. Perfect combo with sweet potatoe fries. Beer selection covers everything from stoughts to lights. Liked the "Bennie" so much, I bought a Growler to take home.

Very nice atmosphere and good beer selection, so if you just want a beer at a good bar, this is for you. After that the rest is hit or miss. While they have some great tasting appetizers/ small plates, as well as main dishes, the service is terrible. Wrong orders and long waits is what you can expect.

Cool brewery right down the road from my house! I was excited to see this place go in as one of the first restaurants on McEwen. I was impressed on my first visit. The beer was great and the food was excellent. It also has a very nice look on the inside. It's a bit dressy, but you can get away with dressing casual. It is a bit pricey, however. It's certainly too much to be a regular place for my wife and I. However, I have been a few times and I've enjoyed everything I've tried on the menu--from pasta to steak. They have a quality menu. The beer is better than I expected. I'm a bit of a sucker for browns and they have some excellent selections in this category. They have an rich taste and are very well crafted. The beer here is top notch, especially for a micro-brew. For me, Granite City is a nice spot. It isn't a place where I would just stop in after having the "Where do you want to go for dinner?" conversation. You can certainly get away with going casual, but it is a bit nicer than the average restaurant. I am interested to see how their beer selection evolves. I think they're off to a great start!

It's ok. Staff was friendly. Nice, but not that nice -- kind of like an upscale Chili's or Applebee's. Standard American food. Lots of burgers, fries, etc. No vegetarian options. There are better places is you want something upscale and better places if you want something inexpensive and quick. This place is caught in the middle and isn't really memorable because of it.

First time at Granite City and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. The food was great, the beer was awesome, and our Server, Nikia, went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
The decor is beautiful, the brewery is impressive, the food is bad. Our service was bad also, our server came back and told us our card was declined... we freaked out (knowing there was more than enough money) and gave her a credit card, also declined. The situation was not handled gracefully, she then left us because she had to go check on her other tables. The manager came over and apologized for all the confusion, apparently their credit card machine was down? We were really embarrassed though, people were looking at us like we had done something wrong. Bad experience all around.

Went in to have a beer and food. Computer system was down so no food could be ordered. I asked the waitress if she could just write down my order and walk it back to the kitchen. She looked at me like I was talking Chinese and rolled her eyes and said ummmm no. So I left.

Love this place. Been 3 times now always great service and great atmosphere. I had the vodka mussels, best mussels I've ever had!! Sauce is amazing! Our servers name was Megan, she was great, positive, very informative and knowledgable! Will continue to eat here.

Love the setup! Granite City has a wide selection of alcoholic beverages as well as their own brewed one. Customer service was a little lacking being that it took us a while to flag down the waitress regarding a dirty cup we had but once we did it took no time correcting the issue! Looking forward to a return visit...

Sooo good! Prices are decent too. Great service! We had these amazing waffle fry nachos for our appetizer that tasted like loaded baked potatoes. I had the Bison burger which was sooo good. My family had fish and chips, the kettle chips were nice and vinegary. Great find! And let me say we are from an area near chicago where food options are endless! And this place is really really good. Wish we had this back home! And they were even open late on Jan 1st!

Great food and beer next door to a awesome hotel (The Drury). Tried the beer sampler and was very impressed. All of the beers were flavorful and presented in 8 four oz sample glasses. The food was excellent, as well. If you're a traveling "beer" person, this is a good spot!

This is the second location of this chain I have been to. (I also went to the one in Indianapolis a few times) They are consistent. it's an Applebee's / O'Charlies type place that makes their own beer and has a pretty decent Sunday Brunch buffet. The Sunday brunch buffet is pretty awesome. Eggs bendict, prime rib, made to order omelets and waffles and all kinds of other goodies. Fruit, bacon, sausage, harshbrown, pasteries, french toast, Smoked Salmon, and some type of Chefs special. Plus a whole lot more. A little pricy for what you get, but it's decent.

Great food as always. Service wasn't the best, but that is most likely due to an influx for Valentine's day. It was a good time, will go back! We recommend the salads!

In a world of gluten free, low carb blah blah blah.. sometimes you just want the perfect cheeseburger. angus beef, perfectly cooked, with american cheese on a toasted bun. Coleslaw so good you can put it right on your burger .. my preferred method. Whoever is making burgers over at Granite City is a cheeseburger god.

Just left brunch at Granite City and couldn't be more satisfied. They had an awesome spread- including eggs benedict, an omelet station, prime rib, and any breakfast item you could think of. It was reasonably priced for what you got ($18) and kids under 7 are free. I will definitely be back!

Love the atmosphere and the food is phenomenal. The beer is like no other. The staff is very friendly. I'm covered in tattoos and I get judged wherever I go, but the staff was not part of that group, though I did catch wind of some conversations and dirty looks from the guests (that has nothing to do with granite city) I highly reccomend the BLA and add a fried egg to it. It's delicious. Also join the mug club if you do want to frequent granite city to save you money.

Came here one night while I was in TN for a cocktail. There were 3 of us and 2 of our 3 drinks were incorrect. I ordered a Manhattan up.......got it in an old fashioned glass on the rocks. Friend ordered Belvedere martini extra dirty with extra olives.......perfectly clear cocktail arrived with one olive. When the waiter that took our order finally returned LONG after our drinks were finished I pointed this out to him and his response was that it wasn't his fault and he wanted to prove this by showing us the ticket that had been put in and the ticket had been put in correctly the bartender had made them wrong and his excuse for this is that she is new. I wasn't looking to have my drink comped but I would have been happy with an apology about my 10 dollar cocktail being wrong.

Mediocre at best...so much promise, location, decor...great craft beers, but the food both times I've been here at this location is like a Shoneys, only not as cheap. It's sad, I've been to the one in Carmel, IN and it is amazing...the kitchen here is cracking out greasy, tasteless, overcooked food. Signature sweet-spicy Asian sauced shrimp was cooked to the consistency of jerky. Not coming back...this was a second chance and they don't get a third...send your chef to Carmel folks...or fire them...either way...nor the same experience which is too bad.

When this place first opened, I loved it. The food was fresh and good, the service was even pretty good, considering that they had just opened. I've been a few times since, and never had a problem. But I kept thinking, it was going to tank at some point, because every-time I went, it was as if the entire staff had rotated out. Well folks, put a fork in it, this place is DONE! Lets start from the top: 1) The happy hour 'rules' have changed more times than the menu, and it's changed about every two months. If you'd ask me what's on the happy hour, I'd have to say: "Who the hell knows." 2) Sat at the bar. They had to clean off a table for us, and it wasn't busy. In other words, of 8 empty tables, not a single one had been cleaned. 3) After debating an appetizer and finding out that it was no longer a happy hour item, we decided to get the full plate anyways. It never arrived. 4) Our server was anywhere except waiting on our table. She may have been the only person working the bar. Not her fault perhaps, but missing part of our order (see above) was her fault. 5) "Prime Rib Sandwich". This one may be on me. I'm not sure I should have trusted the "wisdom" of accepting that a prime rib sandwich really NEEDS sauteed peppers and onions to make it taste good. The prime rib should stand on its own. Clearly, there was a reason they put all the other crap on it. Insipid is about the only way to describe it: gnarly meat that was overcooked (ever had a prime rib sandwich that was "well-done"?), onion skins sauteed into the sandwich, stale bread, and the most disgusting au-jus I've ever tasted. 6) The GF got the Buffalo "Chicken" sandwich. I use the quotation marks, because I'm not sure there was any actual chicken in it. Think of sliced deli chicken, breaded in 1 inch of batter, and then deep fried, and then re-fried to a toffee-like consistency. The shit was fucking gross. At best, there was 1 ounce of actual meat on the sandwich. This used to be a go-to sandwich. 7) Sat and waited 10 minutes to get a refill on the beer. Here's the best part: the "manager?" came by and asked about the food, but didn't ask if we needed anything. Oh, by the way, the same "manager" screwed up the order for the folks sitting next to us. 8) Only when we were getting ready to leave was our waitress actually helpful. On the plus side, the beer was good. Do yourself a favor. If you like the beer, get a growler and take it home. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed by crappy food.

.I am a mug club member and have been a regular. Tonight when I arrived they told me a 30 minute wait. As I sat and watched two different groups come in that weren't already waiting and were seated before me, I was very upset. Twice I asked for a manager and no one ever came to speak to me. After an hour waiting, them resetting the wait board each time they seated someone who wasn't on the board, and then telling us it would be another 20 to 30 minutes and still no manager, we walked out and won't go back

I've been going here while in town working since they opened. When they first opened the food seemed to be pretty good and the beer better. This establishment has gone down hill quickly in my opinion. The food is somewhat bland and uninteresting now. Because I stay next door it's convenient but every time I go back I regret it. I'm here now and not this time!

Very plain. It's a shame it's attached to such a nice hotel. The atmosphere and decor was cool. The floor seemed slippery. The menu looked very good, but the food was just plain, not good not bad just plain and my sweet potatoes fries were very burnt (inedible). Waiter was friendly but I was out of water for most of the meal.

It's okay, with a couple of problems. Here's my take on it: General: - It's a nice looking building, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Looks upscale casual. - We were efficiently greeted and seated. Service: - Average. - Our server was friendly, but untrained, not a seasoned waiter. Food: - Cheddar Ale soup was great. - My salad (Chicken Brochette) was okay, greens a little limp, dressing somewhat bland, and chicken a bit squishy, but it was not as bad as this description sounds. Just okay. - My wife liked her burger. Fail: My lovely wife and I split a desert (a rarity for us) and chose key-lime pie. It was pretty good. However, the coffee I ordered with it was super weak! I complained, and the server said he would brew a fresh pot... 15 minutes later, my replacement was piping hot (probably because they really just brewed some), but STILL very weak, and just not good. A decent, casual restaurant MUST offer a decent cup of coffee. I know Granite City would rather pour me a beer or some wine, but that's not an option for many during the business day. It is no exaggeration to describe their coffee as institutional office coffee. Really, McDonald's base coffee is better. I will probably try them again, because there is potential here, it's just a bit off. If I do, I will update my review accordingly.

I have eaten here many times. The location is very convenient but parking is a challenge because of the restaurant business and/or the hotel business. The beers are good but not great. The happy hour is excellent and the food is really good. The mug club is a great deal.

After trying quite unsuccessfully to find a place to dine with no notice on July 4, I happened upon Granite City, and was able to get right in! The staff was friendly, the ambiance was nice, and I really appreciate the extensive menu and drink selection! My friends and I are suckers for a beer sampler, so we were pretty jazzed about the sampler which included eight tastings for only $5.00. Everything we ate was really good. I was thrilled to find a healthy, but filling, choice in the Mediterranean Chicken. My dining companions said the burger and Asian Chicken Salad were also really good. We tried the wings, pretzels, and shrimp-all were great! There was one little mix-up that resulted in the waitress not bringing us the appetizers until after our entrees were served. Otherwise, the experience was great! i look forward to returning!

This place is just about a year old now, and they haven't seemed to put it all together yet. When they first opened, the service lacked a bit but the food was OK. And over time they've ping-ponged between food and service issues. Our last visit we had great service but the food didn't come out of the kitchen very well. The management went out of its way to make apologies, but we just can't seem to have a full-circle positive experience -- and there are lots of great choices within a short radius of there.

Less than impressed... I will say that it's a convenient location with a nice atmosphere, although a bit loud. This was my first visit, and unless something happens to change my mind, it will be my last. We were a party of twelve there to celebrate a friend's birthday, there specifically because he had been happy enough with prior visits to have requested this location for the evening. Things didn't exactly go the way we thought. He actually sent his food back to the kitchen because it was cold. Another friend required his food cooks again because he had requested medium-rare and received a charred chunk of meat. My partner ordered the bleu cheese peppercorn burger, and it was such a sloppy mess, once assembled, that it was difficult for him to eat. My Alfredo pasta with chicken was tasty but arrived cold. Because all of the types of beer I like were not "in season", I drank soda, at least when my glass actually had soda in it. For several minutes mid-meal, I was left to slurp at melting ice water. After dinner, my partner and I asked for coffee. What we received arrived in a clear glass mug and could be seen through. It was a mildly warm, amber, translucent substance with flavor that hinted that it may have been derived from the remnants of the coffee brewing process at some point in the recent past. We paid our tabs and said our good nights. The only redemption for this meal was the company present.

Great service. The food was excellent - this was a great place for a burger or flatbread. Everyone in our party of seven enjoyed their dish. TV's in the bar area to watch sporting events. Sleek modern decor - nice stonework.

Great spot! I am a huge beer fan so I was excited to try their variety of beers. The Beannie was my favorite, but you can try different tastes like the 3 Headed Monster which is a mix of 3 beers. Really cool atmosphere! We will be back soon!

Definitely will be back. Beer & Food are great! Service was very good, too. I would recommend ordering the Maple Pepper Bacon & Tomato Flatbread Pizza. Also, the Beer Sampler is very good, too! Really like most of the beer they brewed. Awesome place and great atmosphere.

So - update on my experiences at Granite City. After my review - I was still so upset over my experience I decided to send a note to the manager there and let him know about my experience. A day or two later I receive and e-mail from him apologizing and offering to have me back in on their dollar at my convenience. I agreed to his offer. I came back in over this past weekend to eat. I ordered the same exact meal I ordered when I had the bad experience. I had a 10 oz. garlic butter steak, smashed potatoes and a caesar salad. And, guess what? The food came out hot and fresh (well, except the salad - lol) and it came out rather quickly. I also ordered some soft pretzel appetizers that came with this homemade cheese sauce which were great. I was trying to lap up the last bit of cheese in the bowl. SO GOOD! The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. I am going to chalk up my last experience at Granite City as an anomaly. I guess what made my last experience so unforgivable to me was the fact that not only was the service bad - but I didn't get my food. And, not only that - they still charged me for my drink. LOL. It was like - sorry we screwed everything up for you tonight and made you wait forever for cold food - but, you still owe us for that drink. It was like a slap in the face. I just had so many good experiences there and was so disappointed because I really wanted to show this place off and I just left feeling deflated, embarrassed and - most of all - hungry. But again - this past time and all the times other than on my birthday - were great. I guess everyone has an off night. But, they have redeemed themselves in my eyes.

Well, I can't tell you how the food is, because I never got any. I can tell you that at between 9 and 10pm on a Wednesday night the service should be excellent because almost no one will be there. Yeah, it should be. Instead, we sat there for 20 minutes without even an acknowledgement. We left. We might come back. I actually wanted to try the food.

First off to all reviewers, sauces and flavors have to appeal to a wide variety of people, so giving a poor review based on your individual taste buds is wrong. Now, basing a review based on ambiance, price, quality of food and service is reasonable. After hearing people discuss GCFB I visited three times and on each visit this is what I found typical, 1. The servers were rushed and forgetful yet tried to be pleasant 2. The cheese and ale soup was very good and the apps as a whole were tasty and unique enough for everyone 3. The price was too much for what you get and the quality of the food. It is just a typical chain regardless of what you may think and the main courses reflect tha 4. The beer selection was good and if you enjoy a unique experience for beer then you will be pleased 5. Ambiance was loud yes, but what do you expect from a chain AND a brewery with a giant bar. People can complain, but seriously, not about a loud bar!!

We had high hopes for a place connected to a beautiful hotel. Sadly, nothing about Granite was anything over mediocre. If you like good food, and I mean freshly cooked food, this is not the place for you. If you like good beer, this is not the place for you. They have a mission statement regarding their freshly made food but much of it was frozen. Their fish is farmed and their beef is from the factory. They had only 1 vegetarian item available which was pizza. It wasn't bad but definitely would not be my first, second or third choice. We tried a flight of their brews and I wouldn't rate any over 3 stars. Some staff were nice but our waiter wasn't great at all. A different waitress actually came over to wait on us after we had been sitting for 15 mins with no sign of our waiter. He wasn't very helpful and he didn't really seem to care about our needs. We tried this place since we were staying in the hotel but with downtown Franklin full of great restaurants, we will surely recommend downtown instead.

Service is standard for the zip code and highly dependent on your luck of the draw. We've been here three times since February 2013 and the service was excellent. The food is very well prepared and presented. The mussels are excellent, the Chicken Marsala very good, and the Spinach Artichoke Dip is the best we've ever had. Decor is above average for the area and niche. You'd have to be in a really bad mood not to enjoy this place.

I really wanted to like this place. Really I did. And overall, I can't really complain. A lot of previous reviews complained about service, but we had great service, given we arrived at 11:01 on a Saturday morning. We weren't exactly competing for a table. Our server was attentive. We had the Idaho Nachos and Summer Wheat beer while we waited for our food. The nachos were disappointed. A little too bland. If we find these on our table in the future, we'll add jalapenos and extra onion. Just needed more flavor. The beers were pretty good. The server said she thought they were better than Blue Moon, but I'll have to disagree with her there. However, I've never dined at a brewery that crafted their own summer wheat, which is a warm weather favorite in our house, so I have to commend them for trying. Probably a 6 out of 10. My husband and I split the Greek Pizza. This was the star of the show. It was really good. Upon my first bite, I thought, "I could get this to-go another time." Which pretty much sums up the experience - not awesome enough to return. We tend to get on a regular rotation for restaurants, and this isn't going to land on our list. That being said, for after work drinks or a night out with the guys or girlfriends, I think this is a place that most people could find something to enjoy.

This place is just awful. Great atmosphere, but food is just plain bad. I've given it too many tries. Done.

First let me say, I had high hopes for this place. I lived in MN for 11 years so was happy to see this business come to TN. So we went soon after the place opened. Beer The beer is good. I had the sampler and liked all the offerings. Atmosphere It is connected to the Drurys Plaza Hotel so it is easy to find. It is clean and has a MN style decor. We were seated at our table and it was awful. The only way I can describe it is, have you ever sat at one of those little two person tables at McDonalds, a bench on one side and swinging chair on the other? That is where we were sitting, we got to have an intimate conversation with the unknown couple sitting at the table next to us, 1 foot apart. I would rather to have waited for an hour. Service Took a while to get our meal, I suspect that is more new restaurant syndrome than anything else, but could also be that the kitchen was overwhelmed by all of sardines that were packed in there. Food The food was OK had the chicken and asparagus linguini. The Key lime pie pie was very good (hence the two stars). I will likely try them again after their honeymoon period.

Went their for their opening night and have been back multiple times. Don't forget to join their Mug Club if you like beer. Food is always fresh and we somehow end up sharing our food every time.

In my previous review (11 months ago) this restaurant had only recently opened. Servers were new and the crowd was overwhelming, a great problem to have for a brand new restaurant. After nearly a year, the food is still excellent, but the staff are the most aloof of any establishment I've ever experienced. They've taken a step backward for one less star. Management: you have a problem!

Went to this place during Scorecon 3 since I was staying in the Drury Plaza that weekend. I couldn't believe that I could get their Pepper Bacon and Tomato Flatbread dish for less that 8 bucks with it also being delicious! I can't comment on the booze but I did find it cool that you could see the brewery machines while sitting at your table. I'll definitely re-visit this place soon whenever I'm out in the area.

Excellent food and service, atmosphere is great and even better when you join the beer club. The Cajun shrimp is delish. Parking is easy and the tables and seats are comfortable. Worth a visit :))

I've eaten here twice now. Once was for brunch, on a holiday (can't remember which), and the place was swarming with people. It was a buffet, which maybe is offered every Sunday, and when fresh food came out people bounced on it like starving lions. The food was good, not great. But, the biggest issue was just the logistics and set-up of it all. Too many people and just one area for the buffet, and it was right smack in the middle of a seating area. Maybe smaller set-ups in each seating section would work better? The second meal I had here was a x-mas, celebratory ladies lunch - the one time a year we see one another! The waiter was patient as we trickled in at various times, and was quick to make menu suggestions, etc which was appreciated. What seriously bothered me was his extremely casual, 'one of the girls/guys' attitude/comments, etc. he started out as our server and ended up literally sitting at the table next to me...!?!?! What the....? Um, that was weird. As far as the food, I think we all enjoyed our meals. Two ladies had soups that they really enjoyed. Several had an Asian salad that they devoured, so it was obviously very good. I ordered a sandwich that had avocado on it and it was delicious. I was hoping to have a small salad and half of the sandwich I had, but I was unable to do that. Several salads sounded good, but I was only offered a choice of a house salad or Caesar. The house, he said, was basically only lettuce. Hhhmmm, no thanks. I wasn't really wanting Caesar, but of the two I chose that. It was a bit overpowering, and I swear my breath must've reeked for a week afterwards. All in all, I haven't had any horrible experiences here. I haven't had any of the opposite either. Beautiful building. Good, to 'quite good' food. Overly-friendly wait staff. Dangerous floors (extremely slippery...not sure how they haven't had a lawsuit/injury yet!). It might be worth you trying it out for yourself!

Chicken Marsala was flavorful & asparagus is delicious. But the burger was a disaster. When you say fresh ground beef pattie, a piece of meat that looks like a frozen Wal-Mart pattie doesn't cut it. Good beer.

The food and drinks are good and the patio is nice. I've been twice and each time the service has been unbelievably slow. I'm talking 40 minutes to get a cup of soup long...worse...20 minutes to get a cocktail slow.

The good: The French Onion soup! Flatbreads weren't bad either. There's nothing overly unique or different on the menu, but most of our lunch was tasty and the service was good. Booths are large and comfortable. The bad: The beer/cheese soup. It was bland and flavorless. (Insert sad Debbie Downer music: Wah waaaah.) Be prepared to wait a bit: We went for lunch on a Saturday and it was super crowded.

Excellent food. Excellent drinks. Great for a meal or just catching a few drinks. Attached the the beautiful Drury Plaza Hotel right off Hwy 65 in the Franklin/Cool Springs area. Must try!
Revisited yesterday. Had the lunch portion Bedda Chedda Burger which was nicely done with crispy bacon. Service was attentive and helpful. Fireplace was nice and warm after a cold day on the A Game fields.

I love it here. It's fun during the day with the kids. It is also a great night spot for a fun date or girls night out. They have an excellent wine selection. I can't resist the Idaho Nachos. I also love the cheeseburger. Delicious!!!!!

Great place. Great craft beer selection. Octoberfest is awesome. I love the take home growler availability. Their happy hour specials are some of the best in town, great location. And, a great place to catch football games on Saturdays and Sundays. We are regulars.

The wait was very long to sit down, get order in, and get the food. At the end of the day, the food was just okay. We went there out of convenience from the hotel but next time we stay there we will go out and find a restaurant.

Great first visit. The service was attentive from the hostess to the server and additional chech-ins. Happy hour selection, very nice. They feature all of their beers. Wine & booze on the menu too. We tried the bruschetta and the Asian shrimp. Yum-o-la! Super fancy mac n cheese. Will go back for more happy hour specials. PROM worthy.

Sunday afternoon for lunch. Ambiance was nice, dark wood, bar area open and airy with large windows and big-screen TVs for sports fans, etc. The main dining area is your typical grid lay-out with a large buffet area deep in the area, serving Sunday brunch. Appeared very clean and well-organized and decorated. Hostess: Typical 20-something with long hair and an unnatural habit of saying "like" entirely too much and a nervous tic of stroking her hair while she talks without making eye contact. Quickly delegated our seating accommodations to some poor co-worker who happened to walk up to the front counter at the time we were ready to be seated. Server: Nice enough. Really (I mean really) pushed the brunch buffet. ( I wonder why? I guess it's the most common/popular Sunday afternoon choice?) Took a while to obtain actual menus but not an intolerable amount of time. Interesting that, even though this was our first trip here, he never emphasized any other popular menu items aside from the brunch buffet. He did give valuable feedback when I asked about items. Ordered: The Overlake sandwich and the BLT-avocado sandwich. (I had the Overlake. Partner had the BLT-A, he wound up wearing most of the A. Messy sandwich.) My order had a good presentation, tasted great. No complaints really. (I mean who can complain with something when it's smothered in bacon?) I'd probably order it again. I would like to go again to order from the dinner menu and check that out. It's a fairly new establishment in this chain, so it's decor is current and appealing. The hostess was okay. The server was good, not great. The food was good. No deal-breakers here, but no real reasons for me to activate the culinary phone-tree and recommend it to everyone. It's a good option to occasionally break up the monotony of eateries in the Cool Springs area.

Hubby and I have been noticing the overlfowing parking lot at Granite City since it's opened, and figured it was finally time we'd check it out. Saturday night of St. Patrick's Day weekend at 6:30 pm and only a 30 minute wait... nice start. One other plus I'll give them is unlike many other such establishments, they have a lot of banquette-style seating in the lobbies so you could actually find somewhere to sit if you were so inclined. We opten for one of two large stone benches outside, the weather was beautiful and folks were amply enjoying the open air bar out there. Another plus, a server came out offering samples of the tomato and basil flatbread while you were waiting, how thoughtful. It was tasty, nothing I'd write home about, but not overly acidic and not overly anything really. Appreciated the gesture, for sure. We were seated at a comfy half booth half table where we opted to be facing the huge glass window to the kitchen for a bird's eye view. LOTS of TVs all over the place, it is March Madness after all, and we could see through to the brewery on site. Our first reaction thinking ahead to this review (hubby enjoys pestering me and doing that from time to time making fun of my yelpy habits), was it's loud. It's really loud. If you are looking for an upscale bar to go meet up with your friends and drink beer while watching a game, this is your place. I don't begrudge them that at all, just as a warning that's what this place is. We were feeling celebratory and adventurous and ordered their nachos, instead of chips they use waffle fries ($10.94). This was a generous portion and tasty, just like with any nachos some waffle sections were covered in cheesey, good stuff and others almost naked. The server had recommended the Granite City dip to go with and it was good - basically a ranch with a tiny bit of chipotle or something. Hubby had a margarita that was very good (we're not beer people, even in a brewery), and I had ordered iced tea and a water. (St. Patrick's Day weekend people, must be safe!). The tea had that slightly flowery taste when it's either a weird blend or a bit old, and I asked to substitute for a Diet Coke. The water set up I know if for the beer tasters, but she brought us two empty old fashioned glasses and a room temperature carafe of water. For the beer gourmets, sure, but not a plus for us. I enjoyed the Salmon Oscar ($19.95) fairly well, and hubby really liked the ribs ($16.95 for half rack). I wish my entree had been served a tad bit warmer, the broccoli on the side was slightly cool and nothing on my plate (salmon, crab, rice, asparagus, hollandaise) was what I'd describe as hot. Hubby's ribs were perfect, but if one has to wait on the other... the fish had to sit? We saw other entrees going by that looked tasty, and the desserts looked really good - but calorically I just couldn't do a dessert on top of the nachos that were definitely out of the ordinary. Service overall was probably a tad bit slow... and we both ran out of beverages at one point for a few minutes before our server ran by and noticed. For a new restaurant only open a few weeks, nothing about our experience was bad - just nothing great, either. I fnd myself thinking of our dining experiences more critically now when I know I'm going to yelp about them, and little things like the room temperature water when I had asked for ice water with lemon, and a less-than-piping-hot entree probably would have been completely disregarded before. But I did notice another yelper was also served a not-hot salmon entree - so begs me to wonder if it is a trend and they've got some work to do. We will go back, but probably as a part of larger group for an intentionally rowdy evening. A pre-tip $65 dinner with only one cocktail I should enjoy a little more than our experience here - and Cool Springs offers lots of options where that can happen easily.

This restaurant has all the makings of a fine dining experience. Unfortunately the food falls very much short of being mediocre. We attended with a small birthday party and they seated us in a very secluded and private spot so the beginning of the evening started off great. The server and staff were all extremely courteous and professional. The menu is fantastic with a fine selection of sandwiches, pastas and American fare. They even have a nice adult beverage selection. I got the burger which was great but the entire rest of the family was very dissatisfied with their meal. The chicken marsala is almost laughable. The sauce has zero (that's ZERO) marsala taste and should be called "gravy topped chicken" and the salt is overwhelming. We ordered a side of Kale and it was left untouched after the first taste. All 3 people who ordered the meatloaf found the "special hot sauce" to be complete uncharacteristic and simply bad tasting. For a disclaimer - my family likes to eat and rarely have a complaint about a meal so to hear so many complaints really emphasized how bad the food was. After a complaint the manager came and talked to us and was very understanding and unassuming but could only offer us free desserts. We took them up on it but even the desserts were bad (no I wasn't having a bad day - the restaurant was). The brownie was brick hard and stuck to the pan it was baked in. The cookie was hard and tasteless (they should take some salt out of the marsala and use it in their cookie recipe). Ultimately the desserts showed up on our tickets but rather than cause more of a scene we paid the bill and left. The Good: The scenery, Great Staff, Great Menu Selection The Bad: Speed of service The Ugly: Food

My beau and I stopped here after a movie in Cool Springs. On a Saturday night, pretty much every restaurant in the area is packed. At this place, the wait was 75-90 minutes. Since we'd already tried a couple other places near the theatre, we shrugged our shoulders and decided to wait. Luckily for us, we found a two-top in the bar area and were able to sit about 10 minutes after walking in. In hindsight, I'm glad we got that spot cause if we'd waited 1.5 hours for a table, we would have been disappointed. The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We ordered pretzel bread with cheese for an appetizer. My husband got shrimp tacos and I ordered the Asian chicken salad. For drinks, I had the lager and beau had a Black and Tan. The beer was okay. We've been to several brewery/restaurants and these weren't the best beers. In terms of the food, our mains came out before the app, but when I reminded the waitress, the pretzels came out quickly. Beau said his tacos were pretty good. My chicken salad was decent, but I didn't realize that the salad had a creamy dressing AND a soy-sauce based glaze. It felt like I was eating a giant bowl of cole slaw with soy dressing and fried wontons on top. The pretzels were pretty good, but the cheese sauce left something to be desired. I'm a pretzel connoisseur, so I don't take this lightly ::wink wink::. I prefer cheese sauces that have some beer flavor in them. This sauce was pretty tasteless and just had some salsa veggies on top. Would we go back? Yeah, maybe. For that price range and atmosphere, we would probably go to J. Alexander's or Brick Top's. If we came back, it would be for the service, and to try some different dishes. And I'd get a Cosmo instead if beer.

Food was great and service was great. The beer was not good in my opinion, but some may like it. Tasted kind of like a cheap beer to me with no hops at all. I like many European and Czech beers, but would prefer a Coors over this. I tasted 3 of the beers. But at least it was pretty cheap for draft beer and tasted flat, just a little dull to me.

Every time i have been in here, the food and service was great! I had one misunderstanding with a waitress, but the manager followed up by email and then phone and was very proactive in addressing my concerns. Great cheeseburgers, and flat breads here! The two pour is not too shabby either.

I gave it a 3 star rating for the food It was good but not great. My husband got the hearth pizza and I had the shrimp tacos. Prices were good/fair as was the food. Wine, beer and drink options were also good. They make their own beer. Cant comment as we had wine. The bar area was really nice and open as was the whole restaurant. Loved the openness and dark wood. It was slammed busy tonight (Friday night), but we only had to wait 30 minutes. Really friendly staff both bar and wait staff. Overall, worth trying at least once. Not sure I'd go back, not enough vegetarian options for me.

Pleasant Atmosphere, Long wait. Steak was small and less than impressive. They were out of ingredients to make the nonalcoholic drinks on the menu that we wanted. Just really unimpressed in general. We stayed at the Drury in for 5 days and only went there the first night.. and decided not to go back our entire stay.

I have learned that I love to dine out, exspecially when some one else picks up the check. Several business colleges and I were very excited to try this new location exspecailly since we were being treated. Typically when someone else decided to treat, you don't exspect the food to be all that spectactular. Well were we ever surprised. The food was simply amazing, as were the cocktails and the wine. I had a steak that ranked up on my list as one of the best steaks I've ever had. I was simply blown away, as were my colleges. I will most definatley return.

This was my first visit and it won't be my last! Very nice atmosphere and reasonable lunch menu. I had the BLT with avocado and havarti which was good but not as good as the BLT with avacado and cheddar at M. L. Rose, but then I'm partial. The salad was cold and crisp and the sandwich came with fries. I can't believe it has taken me this long to stumble upon this restaurant.

If you like beer you have lots of options here. I had a good time once I got the bartenders to acknowledge that I was sitting there. Didn't have an entree but the apps were very good. Would have been a 5 but it took too long for me to get service.

Brunch: Good Food, but Service was Suspect I called them 30 minutes before arrival to ensure that they knew to expect us, but when we showed up, which was 1 hour after they opened, we were told to wait before being seated because the manager was having a "pre-shift meeting" with the servers. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes in the foyer listening to very loud music while the restaurant was mostly empty - not a good start. Once we got seated, the server had questionable service, being sure to bring us our waters only after touching the rim of each one with her fingers, and there were constant issues getting our empty plates taken away. We also weren't told that the bloody Mary bar was not included in brunch until after we had already gotten them. The food on the buffet itself was in covered chafing dishes, but only one thing was labeled, so it was hard to find the things you wanted. End result is that while I don't think that the service was terrible, it left plenty to be desired, and I'm hoping that with time that they learn from these issues and resolve them. The food itself was mostly good. I did not try the waffle bar, but the eggs Benedict bar was good. The omelet bar was mediocre - they just didn't do it as well as some other places do. Too much like scrabled eggs, and not enough an omelet. The sliced prime rib had issues too: When we got there all they offered was a nub from the previous day's food, and that was too well done. Once fresh meat was brought out, it was very good. There were some strange things on the buffet including mashed potatoes and lasagna, but most of the food was very good. The pastries were all old and dried out - typical among brunch buffets. Don't expect any decent baked goods. The bloody Mary bar was very good, but is not included with brunch, so expect to pay hansomely for that. I would return, but hope that they improve with time.

Granite City has come a long way. They have the best happy hour in town. It lasts 3pm-6pm M-F and 12pm-5pm Sat-Sun PLUS 9pm to close every night. That includes $5 specialty drinks, wine, AND food options for $4, $6, and $8.

First time to Granite City and I am a fan. We went here with my family this past Sunday afternoon to celebrate my husband's birthday. When we arrived, we noticed that they had a huge brunch buffet set up. I am usually not a fan of buffets (usually avoid them at all costs) because 1) its usually just a lot of so-so food and 2) I tend to eat more to try to "get my money's worth". But I made an exception this time because it all looked really good and I could tell that it was good quality. $16 for adults and $6 for kids. My kids immediately noticed the cinnamon rolls which were HUGE and so based on that alone they also insisted on ordering the buffet. They had caesar salad (OK), tomato basil soup (delish), great fruit, sausage, bacon, two types of eggs, hashbrown casserole (really good), biscuits and some sort of creole gravy, prime rib (really good), eggs benedict station (didn't have this but husband said it was good). And of course the huge cinnamon rolls and french toast which had grand marnier in them. My Mother in law ordered the Salmon Oscar which came out without the hollandaise sauce as noted on the menu. She said it was a 3. My father in law ordered the reuben sandwich and he seemed to enjoy it. Overall, it was delicous and I ate more than I should. Needless to say I didn't eat anything for the rest of the day. Would I go back, definitely. If in the Cool Springs area on a Sunday and are wanting a good brunch place, you should check it out.

Went here Sunday for march madness and a few beers with some friends. Good beer, nice atmosphere and one of the best flatbreads around! Price is hard to beat as well, great drink specials. Will check out for a casual meal and more drinks!
Favorite dishes are the Grilled Asian Chicken Salad and the Grilled Chicken & Asparagus Linguini. The Sunday brunch is awesome as well with lots if choices. The Northern beer is a good choice.

First time my husband and I tried this restaurant. We had their Asian salad at the Taste of Williamson County and it was very good so we wanted to try them out. The ambience of the restaurant was very nice although the noise level was very high. Our drinks were very good- I had the blueberry and pomegranate sangria and my husband had the Irish red beer. Service was good and server was helpful. Unfortunately we were disappointed with our food. I had the maple bacon, tomato and basil flatbread. The flatbread had the consistency of cardboard and the runny cheese sauce was not very good. The boneless hot wings my husband had were very dry and nothing really outstanding. The prices were a little high. However, I am not going to give up and we will give them another try as some of their other menu items sounded very interesting and I still want to try their Asian salad. The best take away from this visit was the beautiful ambience and great drinks.

Lackluster food, with poor taste, not worth the price. I was underwhelmed and disappointed with my visit here. The menu sounded fantastic, but the items were not as good as they sounded. One dish we ordered was a mac and cheese dish which turned out to be penne pasta in a generic and very thin-but-slightly-cheesy sauce. Very poor taste, not even close to what I would call "Mac & Cheese" and it cost $12 for a small bowl! All in all I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my one visit.

We have been 3 times and loved it every time. Service was great ask for David. He was very helpful and knew the menu. I had the Asian chicken salad and husband had the burger and we loved it all. Other 2 visits were for the Sunday brunch which is the best in town. Huge variety for $16.95 (drinks extra). Prime rib is awesome as well as the cheesy hash browns!! Other choices are salad, soup, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, waffles, poached eggs, omelets, French toast, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, gravy and more. I recommend this place!

I was in town visiting my home city of Franklin, so my boyfriend and I made a late Valentine's plan to check out Granite City, what a mistake that was. We were staying at the Drury hotel and between these two parking is awful. We sat down and a sweaty server told us he was busy and he'd be back (this was at about 9 pm). The Duke was great as were the Idaho Nachos, but we should have stopped there. We ordered a filet to split cooked medium. It was dropped off, did not wait to check if it was cooked correctly and it was WAY under cooked, MAYBE could pass for medium rare, but more rare. After a few minutes and finally getting our servers attention, he reluctantly took it away. While watching a group of 4 works staring at us a looking over the steak, eventually a manager brought it back out, he explained this one was now overcooked and they put another of the grill for us. Cut into it, still rare. I tell him he can butterfly it if needed. 10-15 minutes later a second one comes out rare. We eat the starter, our sides and decide to give up on the steak. There are not two huge cut open fillets on our table, no one checks back and they STILL charge us for it. Valentine's dinner bust, I'll try again months away when maybe staff knows what their doing.

So...we visited GC for the first time on a rainy Thursday evening. Hubby and I really like beer, but not all beer (we're not easy), so we were looking forward to trying this place. It was packed, we waited about 30 minutes for our table...not bad. The place is new. Our server was trying really hard; a friendly guy, he was very enthusiastic. He did forget to put in our food order, but he came by and told us of his mistake and offered a free app. I had the Northern Lights Lager. I really like lagers and wheat beers. I'm NOT an ale girl at all so I was pleased to see choices other than ales (I'm looking at you Boscos and Cool Springs Brewery). My husband ordered the American Wheat. They were both OK, nothing special. I had the tomato/basil flatbread, I wouldn't go back for that but I've had worse. Overall we decided that we wouldn't break our necks to get back there but if we were with people who wanted to go...we wouldn't veto the choice either. Not worth the "A" in "A-OK" for 3 stars. It's a solid 2.5 "OK". But since this is a new semester, I can't go around handing out half stars willy nilly. We'll see...

My wife and I stopped by for a quick appetizer and drink. The beer was pretty good and the place is awesome. Great design and great location. My only complaint is the staff.. I ordered a beer... It took like 10 minutes... The tap was three feet from the bar tender... The app we got was Idaho Nachos.. There was enough salt to kill a mule.. But still it was OK... The topper was this.. The patron to my left complained that her Margarita was was watered down.. She asked if they had Margarita glasses.. The Bartender responded.. "This isn't a Mexican restaurant".. I was blown away.. What a terrible way to respond to a customer.. Fire your bar staff.. And I'll come back...

Visited with my wife at happy hour on a Thursday. Had a short wait until we where sat at a bar high-top. There is a big window that lines up with these tables and the afternoon light is blinding! We as most people had to put on sunglasses or sit at an angle to keep the sun from burning out our retinas. A modern casual but chic decor and attentive hostess greeted us. The menu has a decent variety of main menu items. The beer I order was out??? You make your own beer on site... Had to go with a second choice. Other than that, Shrimp Tacos and the burger were good. The manager came to check on us (nice job!). We will give it another try in a week or so.

FYI, apple maps program has the pin in a VERY wrong location. We went on Friday night and I thought I was at a bar downtown. People making out at the bathroom door. People were hammered everywhere. If that's your thing, cool. You'll love it. If you want a quieter dinner, probably not a good option.

If you like really bad beer, this is the place for you. I am not trying to be a beer snob, but it just was not good. The food I cant comment on much. I did have a flatbread pizza which was very avg.

We have been twice and LOVED it the first time. Raved about it to everyone who asked about a restaurant in Cool Springs. This time was a different experience. I ordered a margarita pizza and the tomatoes were terrible. That's one of the three key ingredients on that pizza - it should be good. The waiter didn't know the different between a $5 glass of wine and a $7.50 glass, guessed that the $7.50 was better because it was more expensive. Then he went to get more information and came back to tell me that the more expensive glass was "more palatable" and less oakey because it was more expensive. The $5 glass was described as "less palatable". i did give him the gentle feedback that nothing on the menu should be described as less palatable! My son wanted fruit with his kid's menu pizza, so I asked if we could have a side of fruit instead of the carrots with ranch dressing. We did not get the carrots and got a generous side of fruit, and a $3.95 charge that we weren't expecting. My husband ordered a cheeseburger, which comes with fries, and an additional side. He received the additional side instead of the fries. My second glass of wine took forever to come; I know they are busy, but they have to figure out how to serve both a lively bar area and a packed restaurant at the same time.

Service was pretty good in the bar for a busy Friday, the BLT with avocado was really good and we liked the beer too

My Bride and I realized this restaurant had finally opened and went there on a weekday at 5:00 P.M. The bar area was already full, and we were seated upon entry at a table in the dining area. The interior is very well done, and has a sleek modern look and feel to it. Our waiter was most helpful, and when he realized he was dealing with a customer who likes to think of himself as one who appreciates good beer, he brought me a sample of the stout beer produced on site at the brewery inside the restaurant. It, as was our service and food, was very good and trying the sample prompted me to order a second beer in the mixer category, specifically their version of the Black & Tan. This location is close to our home and we will definitely make it one of our top five choices to review when we get the (frequent) urge to go out to dinner.

I was excited to have another brewery option so close to home and work and was looking forward to opening. Huge disappointment. If you are into quality craft beer, don't bother. This is sub-par even for chain breweries. Food was ok, but uninteresting. Of our party of 5, none of us plan to return.

What bugs me about places is that you have to dig for their specials. So we pop in here on a Friday night after a moving, arriving about 9pm. We see on the table a Happy Hour deal, some of it starting at 9pm but we have to ask for the special menu; it was not offered in the beginning. That 9pm-closing menu is a good deal with $7 flatbreads. The place was quiet, our server good and funny. Menu looked interesting. Since they don't take reservations, am not likely to wait to get into this place.

I try so hard to have a positive experience at this place, I really do. I live a mile away and so I would love for it to be a place I can go regularly especially because they do have good happy hour food and drink specials. I've been here three times now with my most recent time being thurs feb 13. I went w a friend who had also been there one previous time w me and once we paid our bill we decided that would probably be our last shot at this place. Everytime I go the service just is not good, I always wait forever for drinks if I'm at the table and once at the bar I was overlooked for almost 20 mins before finally speaking up. This past Thursday we went in semi late to get one drink and have some of the discounted appetizer menu items as part of their late night happy hour. No one greeted us at the door so we sat ourselves at a hightop booth table in the bar area. The drinks came out nearly two mins before our food did and we ordered them right as we sat down. We both got wings which were decent, I usually get those when I come here. When the check came we were charged full price for the wings which we had to get corrected, the waiter was nice about it, could've been an honest mistake or it could've been him trying to pull a fast one. My friend didn't even notice the $12.95 charge for an order of wings so she probably would've just paid full price and called it a day but since I literally only go there for the deal I had to get it corrected, plus I'm on a budget! Overall the atmosphere is great, the place has so much potential but I just wish they could get it together on the service it's AWFUL. It'll be awhile before I return.

Service is friendly, and the flatbreads are great. Not a beer drinker so can't comment on that. Nice atmosphere.

Great Food, Reasonably priced. Noise level above average, but not a negative. TVs everywhere. Service was good as well(Colten had perfect suggestions) Cheddar & ale soup, fantastic. Crunchy Asian shrimp tacos, got the shrimp grilled, if you can handle spicy, these were exceptional, good spice, sauce, and contrast of flavors. BBQ chicken flatbread was also good, but standard.

Not a good experience at all. Service was poor- our server thought it was cute to sit down at the table while taking orders and gave a real "put-out" vibe at the end of the evening when our table of 6 didn't clear out immediately after paying the bill. Strike #1. Everyone agreed that the food, while not inedible, was nothing to write home about. I had Salmon With Lump Crab. portion of salmon was overcooked and the crab was not lump (I'm from MD I know lump crab meat) the hollandaise was greasy and the rice tasted like seasoned Uncle Bens. Also, One,person in our group is on a very rigid diet and requested that the crispy wontons be omitted from her salad. The server was insistent that she include them, and despite SEVERAL polite refusals, the wontons were still sent out on the side! Folks, that was just weird and inconsiderate to our fellow diner.Strike #2. I'm a beer drinker, and enjoy craft offerings from microbreweries. I tried the IPA (okay but not balanced-bitter and over hoppy) and a Lager (beer flavored water is what I thought on my first sip) Strike #3. So, overall I felt Granite City was lame. Wouldn't recommend it and definitely won't return willing.

Terrible service. Food was decent, beer was dissapointing. First week visit so might try again a few months down road but waitress didn't know the menu - at all! She kept having to read off of it. Half way thru meal, we got a new waitress for unknown reason. Silverware was filthy. All servers and workers seemed to be there to hangout vs serve customers. Two had a conversation about tips less than 2 feet away from us. The booth adjacent to us filled up with servers too who were really loud and just messing around. It amazes me ....where is the management training in advance and actually managing their staff? Not reccommended unless these things get sorted out. Dissapointing bc we really wanted to like.

Bar scene is great, very attentive staff and bartenders. Very good happy hour. The flat bread pizzas are very good. However dinner was a little disappointing. Food was just so-so. Husband wasn't impresses with his steak and Ruben sandwich was soggy. Everything seems a little bet low on quality. I'll stick to the bar next time.

My wife and I decided to have lunch the other day at Granite City. We thought the restaurant atmosphere and decorrating was very warm and relaxing. The staff was attentive and quite helpful. We each had one of their regularly featured brews and were pleased with both. The menu has variety but not so much that you would fear non fresh ingrediants. Since it was lunch, we went with a sandwich and a burger. My wife's chicken salad was good but nothing teribbly unusual - which you might expect from chicken salad. I had the Napa Valley burger. The menu description made the burger sound very interesting - angus burger with an avacado spread, cheese, mixed field greens in a balsamic dressing with sliced sun-dried tomatos. The burger was cooked to my liking and was well seasoned - there an number of what would be considered upscale burger places in the Nashville area that don't seem to know how to season ground beef and charge plenty more than Granite City. My only complaint is that,as it turns out, the balsamic dressing in combination with the sun-dried tomatos over powered the delicate flavor of the avacado. Additionally, the the chewy texture of the sun-dried tomatos fought with the tenderness of the ground beef. Next time I will ask them to skip the tomatos. We will return to try other menu items. All in all it was good experience.

Wife and I went to Granite City for the first time on a date night a couple of weeks ago. It was busy on that Friday, but we were able to easily find two seats at the bar. They have a decent selection of their own beers, including a good stout (I'm a fan of stouts). My wife ordered a salad and I ordered the fish tacos. The bar tender was very friendly quite helpful and made specific recommendations for my fish tacos (add fresh grilled jalepenos if you like hot!). Food was excellent, hot and very large portions. I could not finish my tacos and my wife couldn't finish her salad. The beer was excellent as well. My only complaint would be perhaps lower the prices a bit and make the portion sizes smaller. Other than that it was a great experience.

A great dinner spot in Cool Springs! Loved: the pretzel/beer cheese dip app, killer burgers, in-house micro brews, blue cheese stuffed olives for your dirty martini, extensive menu, great bar area and restaurant design! Liked: the flatbread pizzas were okay, boneless buffalo wings were nice and spicy [huge portion for an appetizer], service. Disliked: Overpriced

First things first, they make their own Beers, and albeit I'm not a huge IPA fan, their beers, even their IPA's which I tried as part of the sample platter of their beers. Also, they have an offer of the mug club, which its an extra $10 to sign up, but you get a free beer with your first order after signing up, and the beers are much larger. Food selection is good, have had the Grilled salmon, which was good, the Salmon Oscar(lump crab and hollandaise sauce on top, didn't know that before, and got a little culturing in the process, the shrimp tacos, and a couple seasonal dishes which have all been amazing. Service is great as well, and the bartenders do a great job of taking care of everybody. The look of the place is slightly deceiving, the look and feel gives the impression that its going to be very expensive, but when looking at the menu, finding out that the most expensive individual item is somewhere in the $30 range is great. Overall, is a great location to go and grab a beer and a quick bite to eat, and is great since is attached to the Drury Plaza hotel.

The. good: lots of room; nice bar area; good micro brews; extensive menu; service The ok: Number of TVs; Food qualiry The bad: price for value Had the fish taco trio and muscles. Also a grey goose martini; Double IPA; and German Lager. Mussels were ok but a bit cold and 1/3 unopened. Menu said they were in vodka sauce but was more of a heavy marinara. They brought me shrimp tacos instead of fish tacos, and then corrected. Fish tacos were actually good; fresh and moist. Double IPA was more like a single; not too hoppy. German beer was darker than I expected. Martini came with blue cheese stuffed olives.

My dad and I went for brunch here Sunday morning around 11:30am. I had heard from a close friend that Granite City in Franklin, Tn had a really good all you can eat brunch buffet. Man, was she not kidding. We really enjoyed ourselves. They had an omelette station alongside a fresh carved prime rib station. Multiple tables of different buffets which included: a very lovely fresh fruit buffet; potato casserole, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, and bacon buffet; finally, a waffle bar and a pan of giant gooey cinnamon rolls. All of this is very a decent price of $17. My dad and I were very impressed and the service was a lot better than my previous dinner experiences there. My only negative was you had guest from the Drury Inn next door showing up in their sweats/pj's, I'm sorry this isn't your hotel lobby's breakfast, get out !

My husband and had a great first visit during happy hour. The service was okay we sat at the bar.The Reuben was great so are the burgers. Our 2nd visit we sat in dinning area the server was great. The food was not my salmon was over cooked and veggies cold. At this point can't remember what he had. The manger had the salmon redone still no go. The entire meal was awful. Manager should have taken care of the situation sooner and bill better. The 3rd visit at the bar for food and drinks was terrible couldn't get service the guy waiting on people was just everywhere running his mouth. I ordered a drink and waited and waited until someone else asked if we had been waited on. I said I don't know. Ordered but bartender had never made our drinks. Again we waited and waited to order food. Finally food the Reuben was good again but the fries were stone cold the waiter took them back and 5 seconds later came back with semi warm hard fries. Lol did they pop them in mircowave do u think? My hubby had the burger again said it was okay. He's in the beer club so the waiter gave him a beer in the wrong size mug. Do u think my man wouldn't notice that the server said oh sorry he didn't notice but would make it up. I then sat with a empty glass for sometime . I said excuse me, excuse me after several attempts I said oh well. Finally I was able to get a glass of wine with my meal.I think they need a dishwasher person for the bar to free the bartenters up. Or need to hire addtional experienced help for the bar to mix and serve drinks. To be continued on the 4th visit or maybe final visit.

(4)Bob R.
Upscale with decent prices. They offer a pretty complete menu. Of course many brews. My wife was unsure of what beer she should order, the manager came over with a couple of samples. The decor is upscale, stonework and natural wood. Televisions all around. Real casual feel, we come again
(4)Eric C.

(3)Greg G.

A few people recommended I check this place out. I stopped by for happy hour one day and found the cocktail list to be quite extensive. So I decided to come back with a friend for dinner. That's where they good experience ended. It took 45 minutes from ordering to receive our entrées which were an entree salad and medium rare filet. I had to proactively ask our server for our dinner. She claimed the kitchen may be behind, and then immediately came out with our plates. My guess is they had been sitting, and there was no expo. My steak was overcooked and tough, my big potato was hard, and my green beans were old, hard and lukewarm. I sent back my steak, and I got a new one which was then cooked correctly and pretty lean. However the second baked potato I got was still hard and felt like it had been sitting in a warming drawer for hours. The green beans were no better either- they were wilted and not easy to cut through. The almonds on top of the green beans weren't even toasted. The whole experience from a food perspective was extremely poor. The service was OK. The server was really nice, but definitely not on the ball. To have us sitting there waiting for 45 minutes with no appetizer or pre-dinner salad and not realize how much time had passed is pretty bad. We ended up being late for our movie and overall I would definitely not recommend this place. I am a bit of a foodie, yes, but I also really appreciate well cooked and simple food. I am not a food snob by any means. My favorite barbecue joint is a gas station in Texas. This is far overpriced for badly prepared food, and I wasn't even offered a refund of any kind after I touched hardly anything on my plate. I probably wouldn't have taken the refund but it's nice to be offered. Our bill was over $100, after all. I hoped for more. But I guess that is what you can expect from a restaurant the bottom of the hotel. I was hoping for better, and I got the equivalent of a cheap hotel buffet bar.

I don't know how this restaurant does not have five stars always. My fiancé and I live nearby, so we frequent this place. Neither of us have every had a dish that we did not LOVE. We bring visitors here and they always ask to come back on their next visit. Some of my favorite dishes are the Bruschetta salad, the Asian Chicken salad, the Spinach and Artichoke chicken sandwich, and the boneless wings. My fiancé is a member of the mug club and gets great deals on the many beer options that they have. The sangria is delicious, and they have a great happy hour. The happy hour deals are on Saturday too, which is always a plus and hard to find! Love this restaurant and their awesome food!

(2)Gina J.
(4)Robert B.

Great dinner and cool place inside. Flat bread pizza appetizer was awesome. Not a huge fan of their beers, but they are OK.
(4)Kinah Lynn W.
(3)Colin G.
(2)Jonathan K.
(5)Lou B.
Also this place is crazy loud and it is really hard to find a table. .

Everything at this place is amazing including the beers we come back often. So should you

(5)Bill I.

(5)Tulané H.
(3)Jeff S.
Great selection of beers, widerange of food choices, reasonable prices and good service!
(5)Myles W.
Hosted a happy hour for work here and the staff took great care of us. They even reprinted my receipt after I lost it so I could file my expenses!
(5)Johnny G.

(5)Kip D.
I like the atmosphere. Love the patio. Food is good not great. I like going here. All my friends love the place but I think it is ok.
(4)Kendrick P.
Love the setup! Granite City has a wide selection of alcoholic beverages as well as their own brewed one. Customer service was a little lacking being that it took us a while to flag down the waitress regarding a dirty cup we had but once we did it took no time correcting the issue! Looking forward to a return visit...
(4)Monica G.
(5)Ashley R.

(4)Steven L.
Great food as always. Service wasn't the best, but that is most likely due to an influx for Valentine's day. It was a good time, will go back! We recommend the salads!
(5)Lisa K.
(5)Kate L.
Just left brunch at Granite City and couldn't be more satisfied. They had an awesome spread- including eggs benedict, an omelet station, prime rib, and any breakfast item you could think of. It was reasonably priced for what you got ($18) and kids under 7 are free. I will definitely be back!
(5)Richard K.

(2)Laura S.
This is our family's favorite place to eat. Great food, great drinks, and always wonderful service!!!
(5)Michael D.
(1)Viva S.
Pretty good food, the salads my co-diners ordered were sort of swimming in dressing, but my salmon and veggies were very good. Interesting decor.

(1)Tracy A.
Great brunch... Tender prime rib, great sides and even Eggs Benedict ... Lunch and dinner just as good..
(4)Linda K.
.I am a mug club member and have been a regular. Tonight when I arrived they told me a 30 minute wait. As I sat and watched two different groups come in that weren't already waiting and were seated before me, I was very upset. Twice I asked for a manager and no one ever came to speak to me. After an hour waiting, them resetting the wait board each time they seated someone who wasn't on the board, and then telling us it would be another 20 to 30 minutes and still no manager, we walked out and won't go back
(1)Kevin M.
(2)Janice T.
(2)Robert U.
(2)Mark W.
I have eaten here many times. The location is very convenient but parking is a challenge because of the restaurant business and/or the hotel business. The beers are good but not great. The happy hour is excellent and the food is really good. The mug club is a great deal.
(4)Jennifer M.
(4)Michael S.
I've only been a few times and each time was the Sunday brunch. It's fantastic. Every time my family and I leave there, we talk about how great it was. Excellent place to eat.
(5)Steven L.
(3)Wm Z.
(2)RA V.
Great service. The food was excellent - this was a great place for a burger or flatbread. Everyone in our party of seven enjoyed their dish. TV's in the bar area to watch sporting events. Sleek modern decor - nice stonework.
(5)Alan B.
Great spot! I am a huge beer fan so I was excited to try their variety of beers. The Beannie was my favorite, but you can try different tastes like the 3 Headed Monster which is a mix of 3 beers. Really cool atmosphere! We will be back soon!
(5)Michelle B.

(5)Rachel M.
(2)Mark T.
(2)Andria C.
(2)Frey F.
(4)Kelly B.
(2)Brian M.
This place is just awful. Great atmosphere, but food is just plain bad. I've given it too many tries. Done.
(1)Otis R.
(2)Ali A.
Went their for their opening night and have been back multiple times. Don't forget to join their Mug Club if you like beer. Food is always fresh and we somehow end up sharing our food every time.
(5)David S.
(3)Gerard J.
(4)Joe M.
Lots of good gluten free food. My food was so good and yes they have a gluten free selection. Our waiter was awesome. He provided great service. Overall i would say give it a try.
(4)Sandra M.
Excellent food and service, atmosphere is great and even better when you join the beer club. The Cajun shrimp is delish. Parking is easy and the tables and seats are comfortable. Worth a visit :))
(5)Stacy B.
(3)Sam L.
Chicken Marsala was flavorful & asparagus is delicious. But the burger was a disaster. When you say fresh ground beef pattie, a piece of meat that looks like a frozen Wal-Mart pattie doesn't cut it. Good beer.
(1)Dedria R.
The food and drinks are good and the patio is nice. I've been twice and each time the service has been unbelievably slow. I'm talking 40 minutes to get a cup of soup long...worse...20 minutes to get a cocktail slow.
(2)Karyn L.
(3)Mandi L.
Excellent food. Excellent drinks. Great for a meal or just catching a few drinks. Attached the the beautiful Drury Plaza Hotel right off Hwy 65 in the Franklin/Cool Springs area. Must try!
(5)Geoff T.
I kept driving past this place over the last couple months, watching first the construction starting, then the giant fermenter tanks roll in, and then the sign confirming that it was indeed a new brewery in town. I'm not sure what I was expecting. It was obviously a chain, since it was attached to the new Drury Plaza Hotel. I figured it would be another mediocre restaurant that had decent-at-best beer and TGI Fridays-style bland food. I underestimated this place big time. The beer was surprisingly good, and well-priced as well. The oatmeal stout was fantastic, as was the Bock. The "Two Pull" Bock/Lager Hybrid was also a pleasure. The menu was standard brewery/restaurant fare - pasta, steaks and burgers, though more J. Alexanders than TGI Fridays. My fiancée and I choose two pasta dishes; the Adult Mac & Cheese and the Chicken Asparagus Linguini. They were both rich and delicious (how could Mac & Cheese not be when it's done the right way?). In fact, the Adult Mac & Cheese was arguably the best I've ever ordered in a restaurant. The service was also much better than I was expecting for an opening weekend. The two attentive servers I interacted with were very well-versed about their beers. Free samples were plentiful, and the generous after-9pm happy hour made it easy to indulge myself. I will definitely be making this a go-to dinner spot when I'm in Cool Springs.
(4)Elliott W.
Revisited yesterday. Had the lunch portion Bedda Chedda Burger which was nicely done with crispy bacon. Service was attentive and helpful. Fireplace was nice and warm after a cold day on the A Game fields.
(4)Meredith R.
I love it here. It's fun during the day with the kids. It is also a great night spot for a fun date or girls night out. They have an excellent wine selection. I can't resist the Idaho Nachos. I also love the cheeseburger. Delicious!!!!!
(5)Gary B.
Great place. Great craft beer selection. Octoberfest is awesome. I love the take home growler availability. Their happy hour specials are some of the best in town, great location. And, a great place to catch football games on Saturdays and Sundays. We are regulars.
(5)Bryan H.
The wait was very long to sit down, get order in, and get the food. At the end of the day, the food was just okay. We went there out of convenience from the hotel but next time we stay there we will go out and find a restaurant.
(2)Marcia T.
(4)Brian W.

(3)Mike W.
(4)Gary O.
Every time i have been in here, the food and service was great! I had one misunderstanding with a waitress, but the manager followed up by email and then phone and was very proactive in addressing my concerns. Great cheeseburgers, and flat breads here! The two pour is not too shabby either.
(5)Stan D.
I have eaten here several times and it has been good in the past. This time food was cold, not made to order and wasn't offered any else. Check was brought before I was finished.
(2)karen t.
The service was a bit slow but they were friendly. The atmosphere was nice but the waitress didn't make any effort to replace my dish which was over cooked. I would give the restaurant another chance.
(3)Michelle C.

(5)Teresa B.
(4)Alishah N.
Food was ok. Service was terrible. The place as a whole was highly overrated and nothing to merit it. Won't be going back.
(2)John P.
simply one word mediocre uncluding the beers.....
(1)Ed H.

(4)Brien W.
Went here Sunday for march madness and a few beers with some friends. Good beer, nice atmosphere and one of the best flatbreads around! Price is hard to beat as well, great drink specials. Will check out for a casual meal and more drinks!

Hello Dawwwlings! I'm here again to give you a heads up on what to expect should you decide to spend your hard earned cash with Granite City. There are so many restaurants in Franklin and with this new addition, you really have choices when you want to go out for a meal. Not to worry Granite City, everyone in Franklin is BORED and the competition wont hurt your projected sales one bit. In this city, locals are just dying for a new experience. Ambiance: This place is sexy and sophisticated and you guessed it; there's a lot of granite. The lighting is perfect and really compliments the wood, red and brown accents that make up the decor. The one thing I had an issue with was how close the high top tables are that surround the bar. Service: Everything about the service was great on both visits with the exception of a mix up on my husband's drink order. In between our server's regular visits, another server ran our appetizer out to us and asked if we needed another drink. She must have figured someone else took the order because the drink never came. No worries though, our server was there to right the wrong in no time. I'm sure you'd agree that an empty glass is always WRONG! Aside from that, there was no wait on either day and we were greeted and sat right away. The hostess told us the soup of the day (on Saturday, no soup on Sundays) and the server was eager to tell us about their special beer made on sight. Service score: 9 out of 10 Menu Originality: There are so many items on this menu that you won't find anywhere else in Cool Springs. I am not a fan of pork but I haven't seen a Grilled BBQ Bone-In Pork Chop on any other menu. Other unique items include Stuffed Pork Chops and Korean Tacos. If you're into Steak, you'll have plenty of choices here including five different steak toppings. Menu Originality score: 8 out of 10 Food Quality: The overall quality of the food is very good. Dishes I sampled include the Roasted Prime Rib Sandwich (Sliced prime rib, sautéed onions, peppers, garlic aioli, mozzarella cheese on hearth loaf bread. Served with au jus for dipping), The Monterey Chicken Wrap (Wheat tortilla wrapping spring greens, roma tomatoes, Monterey jack cheese, ranch dressing and grilled chicken), The Bedda Chedda Bacon Burger no bacon (Topped with our own BBQ sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and crispy smokehouse bacon), the Asian Grilled Shrimp (Eight crispy jumbo shrimp tossed in our signature spicy Asian glaze), the Pretzels with Northern Light Cheese Sauce (Five soft pretzels topped with kosher salt and served with our own Northern Light cheese sauce) and finally the Spinach Artichoke Chicken Sandwich (Chicken breast topped with our creamy spinach artichoke dip, melted provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato on grilled wheat bread). With the exception of the Pretzels and the Bedda Chedda Burger, everything was good. They did have an issue bringing the food out while it was still hot. It was very strange that several of the items were just cold when they hit the table. The two items that really stood out were the Asian Grilled Shrimp and the Spinach Artichoke Sandwich. These two items were excellent!

(2)Brandon H.
Buffet on Sunday was wonderful- great quality and extensive! Off the menu items took a while to get, but were good
(4)Ryan M.
Cool Springs was missing a nice micro brew place like this. I think I've figured out that they water down their beer to get you to stay longer.
(5)Jonathan W.
(2)Carol W.
(4)Michelle G.
Very loud restaurant. Menu is to big. Food was ok. I stayed at the hotel so that's the only reason I went here.

(2)Chad R.

(3)Jason C.
FYI, apple maps program has the pin in a VERY wrong location. We went on Friday night and I thought I was at a bar downtown. People making out at the bathroom door. People were hammered everywhere. If that's your thing, cool. You'll love it. If you want a quieter dinner, probably not a good option.
(3)Carter T.
If you like really bad beer, this is the place for you. I am not trying to be a beer snob, but it just was not good. The food I cant comment on much. I did have a flatbread pizza which was very avg.
(2)Kimberly P.
(2)Lindsay N.
Service was pretty good in the bar for a busy Friday, the BLT with avocado was really good and we liked the beer too
(4)John M.
(4)Chad B.
I was excited to have another brewery option so close to home and work and was looking forward to opening. Huge disappointment. If you are into quality craft beer, don't bother. This is sub-par even for chain breweries. Food was ok, but uninteresting. Of our party of 5, none of us plan to return.
(2)August T.
(4)Katie S.
(3)Barbara K.
Service is friendly, and the flatbreads are great. Not a beer drinker so can't comment on that. Nice atmosphere.
(5)Walt P.
(5)Bev R.
(1)Will D.
