Can not stand the coke dispensing system! The line to get a drink is longer than the line to order!!!! Really, who needs that many choices?

So I've heard the hype about five guys for years now, and perhaps that's why I was a little disappointed... Don't get me wrong, it was a good burger. But if I'm gonna spend 12 bucks on a burger and fries I kinda want it to be a great burger. Also the fries were pretty bland for my liking. In fairness, I probably should have opted for the cajun fries that were offered. All in all a satisfying meal, I guess I just expected more.

Five guys burgers makes a consistently amazing burger. I've never had a bad experience here. Although the price for a burger is higher than regular fast food the quality is a lot better than regular fast food.

Here's the thing. The burgers are fine. Fries are fine. Location is convenient. The issue: price point. Today I had a simple cheeseburger. Regular fries. Medium Coke. That's it. $14.36 FOURTEEN DOLLARS!!! And the burger was honestly no better than something you could get at a decent Sonic or Steak & Shake. I could get a drink and entree with 2 sides at Logan's, Chilis, etc. for less than that. I've eaten gourmet Chinese lunch at PF Changs for less. It's the last time I eat there - as a matter of principle. If it were a gourmet burger joint with some unique menu items then maybe; but $14.36 for a burger, fries, and Coke is just absurd.

I'm a big fan of five guys, and after getting out of a long out of town meeting, stumbling upon this five guys was a welcomed sight. It was clean, the staff was friendly. The food was typically good as I've come to expect from this place. For those that have not been here before I would recommend the little burger. It's plenty big for a full sized adult. I like it "all the way" which comes with all toppings. Give it a try.

Five Guys may be a chain, but it's one of the best fast food burgers in the game. I love how the burgers are really meaty, juicy, and fresh. I also love the fries with Cajun seasoning, which they serve in enormous portions. In fact, when we get burgers to go, we only get one order of fries to split between the two of us, because they generously stuff the bag with so many! If we're craving burgers but don't want to go gourmet (Burger Up Cool Springs is a favorite) then Five Guys fits the bill. It's consistently good and the prices are great!

Time for a Chicago dog! They grill them here and they are the real deal! This location is right in the heart of Cool Springs and they are open until 10:00pm.

Can't go wrong with Five Guys. And this location was no different. Great burgers and tons of fries!

When it comes to burgers I have yet to find one better than Five Guys. They've made burger creation an art. I actually watched a few corporate guys train some of their staff when they opened the restaurant. I was very impressed by their wrapping technique. The trainer instructed them not to press down on the burger as it is wrapped in order to maintain the freshness of the bun and the juiciness of the burger. This location stays busy and is especially popular with the kids because they can get a frozen yogurt treat next door following dinner. They have the new freestyle Coca Cola machines as well so you can create your favorite soda mixture. If you're in the mood for a burger, this is the place to go!

Best burgers! I've been to many restaurants that claim they have the best burger. My opinion is this one truly does have the best burger. The fries are great also and they give you a lot of them. They give you so many that you should share an order instead of getting two. We've stopped in for burgers here several times. The service is always fast no matter how many people are here. The staff is friendly. You can watch them cook and prepare your food while you wait on your order.

We always have a great experience at five guys, but today not so much. The music was on very loud and was head banging rock n roll. The bun was soggy. The fries were the best part of the meal. Also one of the coke machines was broken. I will return and give them another chance.

I seriously don't get why people like Five Guys. I've tried it, and tried it, and tried it. I've tried the burgers, the hot dogs, the grilled cheeses... It's made me sick twice, and the other time I just felt like it was a waste of a meal... If you like the fast food, greasy style burger, it may be for you... but if you like a REAL burger, one that tastes like meat, and not like grease, then there are far better places that don't cost more...

Typically most Five Guys offer military a free drink when making a purchase at Five Guys. It was that way at the one here in Franklin until a recent "management" change. They no longer offer the small token of a free drink. I don't think it is too much to offer a small token of gratitude to our brave men and women in uniform. In addition, they have also reduced the amount of fries they put in the bag. I am not to pleased with their "new" management. Time to find other dining establishments.

$20 for fast food burger, fries, and coke for 2. It's alright, but not at that price. It's not BAD, but this In N Out knockoff makes me miss San Diego.
(2)Ryan B.
If you want greasy and beefy. This is your place. Few places better for this combination.

I love Five Guys! Gluten free french fries? Yes please. I order a single patty (I believe it's called a "little cheeseburger") and get lots of toppings to make up for the fact that I cannot eat their hamburger buns. If you just order a cheeseburger you'll receive two patties and about 800 calories! I know, you aren't eating here if you are on a diet, but I'd rather consumer my calories from their french fries instead of the patty. The toppings are free which is great. My only caveat is to ensure they include the toppings before you leave the store. They've forgotten a few of mine before but I didn't notice until I got back to my desk to eat. And you'll love the french fries. Enjoy!

Five Guys has definitely grown on me. Two people can have a deliciously bad- for- you meal in a shorter amount of time than the fancy burger joint across the street, and at a fraction of the cost. Seriously, with burgers, fries and drinks it cost a little over the price of a single burger over there. No, it isn't gourmet or locally sourced, but it is a much higher quality than your regular fast food places. The burgers are juicy and the fries are greasy, salty goodness. Not to mention no extra cost for toppings is a plus. This location can be really busy on the weekends, but is definitely a good food option if you are looking for a quick meal in the Cool Springs area.

Great burgers today. The large fries are a huge amount

One of the best freakin burgers!!!!

This Five Guys is kind of tucked into a corner in Cool Springs, so I was thrilled when I finally noticed where it was. I love to come here when it's been a rough day at work or I need a major food treat. They have the best burgers ever, and the fries are fresh and wonderful. I'll definitely be back!

I am always a fan of Five Guys...Cajun fries are yummy and the little bacon cheeseburger too.

The first time I went to a Five Guys, I didn't see what the big deal was. Then, I found about a month later that I REALLY wanted some Five Guys. It's not a gourmet burger by any means, but darn it if it ain't so good. Sometimes, nothing else will do.
