Holly smokes there is a lot of freaking people here. It sometime is unbelievable how many people are going through the drive thru and in the restaurant. Also where all these damn kids come from, shouldn't they be in school or something during lunch time. LOL I deal with it because the fried chicken sandwiches are extremely good. The grilled, I am not a fan. It also amazes me how fast they move everything along.

There isn't a Chick-Fil-A anywhere close to where I live in East Nashville, so ending up in Cool Springs when I am hungry usually leads me to this one!! Despite the hoards of screaming children that were there the other afternoon, I blissfully enjoyed my chicken sandwich and can find nothing negative to say about the place. They provide ample parking in an area that get severely overcrowded during parts of the day, and their service is quick and friendly, no matter how long the lines are.

I'm constantly amazed when I take my child here at the childless adults who are voluntarily eating here. But I know why. It's good! They have the drive thru running like a machine and are so stinkin friendly! And kids night is a blast.

Ohhhh Chick-fil-A, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE? This journey stared with me, an ignorant New Yorker who thought Chick-fil-A would be a gross fast food joint. With great reluctance, I came to this spot in Franklin because there was a terrible snow storm and basically, nothing else was open. What a lovely and lucky decision I made. I ordered: The spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal - This is a boneless chicken sandwich seasoned with a spicy blend of peppers before it's hand-breaded and pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil. It's also served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips and pepper jack cheese (I pulled the description from their website). To be clear, I couldn't give a shit about the refined nature of my peanut oil. However, I was surprised by the quality, attention to detail and of course, the fantastic taste. This also came with waffle fries and honestly, have you ever had a bad waffle fry? OF COURSE NOT. I also ordered the chicken nuggets and they tasted just like popcorn chicken. Hell, I didn't even need sauce. NO SAUCE, SAY WHAT BRO? Can I call you bro? Lastly, I ordered a chocolate chip cookie because I'm 4-years-old. My only regret was not ordering 40 of these bad boys. This cookie was the perfect combination of hard and yet, chewy. Did that sound sexual? Ultimately, I grew up in a town that hosts a McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and Taco Bell so it's safe to say I know my fast food and Chick-fil-A ranks among the best fast food I've ever had.

One word- Efficient! Don't let the long drive thru lines deter you. This here is a well oiled machine. The two drive thrus move quickly and breakfast goes until 10:30 a.m. Of course they always reply with the usual, "my pleasure!" The cheeriest fast food chain around. I prefer breakfast over lunch. I seldom get a chance to eat their breakfast, but the chicken and biscuit is awesome and so is the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Busy location, but a good one.

When I go to California, I want In-N-Out Burger. When my cousin from LA arrived in Tennessee and wanted a quick bite, he wanted his first-ever Chick-fil-a! (There are only two Chick-fil-a restaurants near him apparently, and neither of them are reputed to be easily accessible.) I took him to "my" local restaurant (where I've been known to frequent the drive-thru for Chick-n-Minis and an Arnold Palmer of the Gods), and we went inside so he could have the "eat in" experience. We stood at the register and he asked for suggestions on what to order. The cashier's jaw dropped, as she couldn't believe he had NEVER tried Chick-fil-a. The manager took notice (it was 3pm on a Friday, the place was almost empty in between meal rushes), stepped up to the register, and gave my cousin his entire meal and lemonade free-of-charge! And they gave him a bunch of sauces to try and explained what they were. They said they wanted his first visit to be special. My cousin's reaction, "I'm not in LA anymore." He was shocked anyone would ever give someone free food. I told him, "Welcome to the South." Politically, I don't see eye-to-eye with the company's leaders (I definitely took some heat from my friends on FB when I posted about this kind gesture), but I do appreciate that my local restaurant makes a great chicken sandwich and always impresses me with their kindness and customer service. The interior is clean, and they try to keep the insane drive-thru line under control; there have been times I've driven away without a meal because it's such a popular place and the wait can be long. Chick-fil-a is my personal guilty pleasure/transgression in fast food for sure. Until another place makes a better fast food chicken sandwich, I will accept my fate as a hypocrite.

Great food and great customer service as always. If you ever do have a problem, the manager will fix it asap and is very apologetic and helpful. Great for kids!!!! Please build more chick-fil-a in the area because wowow it sure gets crowed during lunch and the drive-thru lines are unbelievable.

Good food. The chicken and fries are always on point. In a hurry? You won't make quick time here. It's busy at lunch and dinner. During the breakfast hours, confusion ensues when trying to place your order. The folks waiting to place an order stands with the few waiting for food. There is now way to distinguish between those wanting to order and those waiting for their food. Management should consider having dedicated cashiers, drink handlers, and food runners. This way, at least, the customer can tell where to order. As for the tip? It's my pleasure.

I agree with another reviewer that most locations are the same, which is why I will stop at any when traveling. I will mark this one off our path. I happened to be driving through on a Saturday afternoon and stopped around 3pm, thinking it wasn't lunch or dinner time. Terrible time, because a soccer game must have just let out and a portion of the dining room was closed off forcing all dine-in to the area in the back. They were preparing for a mother-son dinner so the front dining space was closed off except there is a door from the outside, which we used to enter. We were admonished for walking in that door and through that dining area to the registers. The tone of voice the lady used was unnecessary given there was no notice on the door that we would be walking into a dining area reserved for an event, that hasn't not started. I heard her continue to behave this way to those walking in after me. The food was fun, but because so many people were crammed into the back space, it was hard to move and the staff never came through to help with refills or removing trays, which seems to be a signature offer at other locations. Friendly customer service was lost on this staff.

1) Waffle Fries 2)Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich These two things go together better than peanut butter and jelly. Needless to say after an unsuccessful attempt to eat at Pei Wei (Ate there but it was disgusting.) We stopped by Chic-Fil-A for a re-fueling for the day! This location however has the most insane race track inspired drive through. You literally round the building 3 times by the time you get in line and the time you drive off. Madness! Its worth it. Get your race car driving fix and some tasty grubbage here!

OK, when I lived Franklin I considered this "MY" Chick Fil A and I don't like fast food one bit! I business travel, I try to avoid fast food in my struggle to NOT gain back 80 pounds lost. I make an exception once in awhile for CFA, dang those sandwiches are good!!! And it's so nice to be treated well...the employees are polite as all get out. The spicy chicken sandwich is my fave, I wish I could say the grilled chicken is...but it's not. And bravo to the traffic controllers at CFA on Mallory. They should hire these guys at ATL and straighten that place out!

I really see no purpose in reviewing a Chick Fil A considering they're typically all the same: Good service and a consistent chicken sandwich.... BUT..... Positive: +"My Pleasure." +Spicy Chicken +++++ Franchisee waives the fucking Marine Corps colors. Semper Fidelis. Negative: Nothing.... okay maybe one thing. Not sure I should put this out there, but dude has his employees trained never to charge a Marine in uniform. When I try to pay, the kids told me that the boss would skin them alive if they allowed me to pay. While I'm all for Marines taking care of Marines, this really puts me in a bind... I dont want to take advantage of his kindness and be a mooch, but I REALLY want a chicken sandwich from time to time.

This particular Chick-FIl-A is run like a well-oiled machine and the attention to detail with customer service is unmatched. You expect the more experienced employees to be stellar, but even the young high-school-age employees they have are great. It's a great experience every time I've been there, which is quite a bit. You know you're going to be treated well if you come here, along with getting delicious food.

I'm really impressed with this location! Despite how busy it can get during the lunch hour, this location operates on a two-lane drive thru with workers taking orders on each lane as they walk up to your driver's-side window with a smile. Chick-Fil-A has the best service in the fast-food chain industry and I always love coming to this or the Brentwood location!

I don't really understand the draw of Chik-fil-A with all of the lines waiting for a chicken sandwich. I love Chick-fil-A. Here are the best items: 1. Chicken Sandwich 2. Chicken breakfast biscuit (not all locations) 3. Chicken Tortilla soup (seasonal) Here is how, in my opinion this Chick-fil-A location could improve: 1. Cleaner restaurant 2. Better make/model of coffee 3. Distinct lines for ordering and picking up (it is always confusing unless you are the only customer)
