Pretty consistent service. Beats out most other fast food restaurants for quality, especially McDonalds. Only thing I would change is their ice cream cones are really icy and a bit bland.

Very solid Chick Fil A. Food is what you expect and the service is A+. My slight complaint, and unfortunately, I don't know if they can address any better due to space...their drive thru is slower than others due to it being a single rather than double.

As with any Chick Fil A the service was amazing, the food was great. Whether your dining in or going through the drive through they get your order right immediately. The best chicken around. I highly recommend their breakfast but be warned, after you have had their spicy chicken biscuit you won't want one from anywhere else. I am a regular here and will continue to be.

Yum! Always friend, friendly and delicious. Chicken biscuits for breakfast. Spicy chicken sandwiches for lunch. Try one of the many milk shakes. They frequently have peach milkshakes during the summer.

Wow! My boyfriend and I came right before closing and they treated us so kindly and patiently. The manager Shannon was so sweet and professional. Thank you to the amazing staff, it was such a nice experience and the food was delicious!

How can you go wrong with CFA? The food is great, staff is wonderful, and the place is always clean. The people who work here truly have a servant spirit and a heart for Jesus. In addition to providing top notch food service, they always go the extra mile to make your experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. I recently saw an employee hold an umbrella over an elderly lady while walking her to her car with a take out order. What a wonderful company and special group of employees. It's always "my pleasure" to dine at a CFA and the South Franklin location is no exception. My favorite period.
