Great service to the point of being bothersome. The waitress checked up on me 5 times. Could be because there was very diners during dinner. Bbq was only ok. Definitely not nearly the best I have had elsewhere.

Food is normally good but service is lacking. Ordered stuffed potato today at the drive thru. No barbque sauce added even after they ask if I wanted hot or mild. No butter and sour cream. No fork or napkin. To top it off I waited 30 minutes in my car for them to bring my order to me, I kid you not. I will be giving the competition a try, you should at least make a minimal effort to take care of the customer.

Must have been a "bad" day. Brisket was horrid. Tasted like it was fried up in a skillet . Ribs were cooked in oven. NOOOO smoke ring. Bbq my ass! Best part were the beans right out of the can. Sad. Not all that clean either. Better bbq at Denny's I bet.

Barbecue is a big deal. Everyone has their favorite place to get their fill and everyone has their own tips to share. Being from the South, I have high standards. Living in the North, I rarely come across barbeque that comes close to my standards. The worst I have faced thus far was at the Indiana State Fair. Horrible. Bad Bob's has some of the best barbecue in the region, with awards to prove it. Don't be scared of the place based off the location; despite being oddly located in the middle of a run down shopping center, the inside has been renovated and is very comfortable. I love to visit when I'm back home. Although their sauce can be a bit sweeter than I prefer, I love to buy a bottle or two to bring home with me to show off. The meat is absolutely amazing and I wish I could bring it back with me as well. To pretend like I'm being "healthy" with my food selection, I often get the stuffed baked potato. It makes me very happy, especially since I think barbecue sauce is just as amazing with potatoes as it is with pulled pork. So far my desire to be healthy hasn't led to trying the barbecue salad--I'm not that desperate. The other food options are great as well and I suggest you try the place out.

Good (not great) Memphis-style BBQ, lunch buffet, comfortable, casual setting. Lots of regulars eating here (a good sign), small town feel, friendly service.
