Ok, so the rolls featured tuna scrape. I wasn't thrilled about that, but it didn't stop the rolls from being some of the prettiest and most artfully arranged that I've ever seen or eaten. Our meal consisted of an assortment of special rolls and hand rolls. They were each so delicious! My fella also ordered spicy mussels as an appetizer, and he loved them as well. We came in a little late in the evening, but everyone was friendly and sincere. There was no rush to get us out of the restaurant. We'll be back again and again.

In town for work. Upon first entering I was greeted by a friendly hostess. (Bailey) Was immediately sat (lunch) and my first impression is it's super super dark. It took my eyes a while to get adjusted to the light. I asked said friendly hostess where the restroom was and she said 'back there in that tunnel' she wasn't kidding. It was a dark dark tunnel at the back. After my eyes adjusted, I ordered the lunch hibachi with two rolls -I was hungry. The glass of water tasted off. Like there was chemicals or dish washing fluid or something. I don't know if that was the city water or not. I asked for a tea then. The food came out quick and the dude who was the waiter was attentive I will echo what others have said in that the dude did wipe down the table while I was still seated. My sunglasses were still on the table. I mean, come on dude it can wait. Am I wrong?

I don't write many reviews but this one I have to write. I used to love this restaurant. However, I had bad customer service. The food was marginal. Rice was not fresh and the sushi was all grated up. The waiter brought the wrong soup, instead of miso, I got terriaki. He actually forgot my soup and brought the sushi first. I did not get chop sticks or wasabi or soy sauce or saucer. I had to go get it myself. When I got to the sushi bar the manager was sitting down eating. The place was getting slammed and my waiter had 4 tables sat in a row. I could not believe no one, not event the manager, helped out. The table next to me got the wrong food too. When I went to the manager at check out. She offered no apology just excuses. Also, I had a combo meal, sushi and soup or salad. They had charged me for the combo meal and soup. Unbelievable. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

Japanese close to home! I'm very excited about having Japanese closer to us than driving to Nashville so as I enter the restaurant all I can think is "please be good" "please be good". I was thrilled because it was great. Hibachi vegetable lunch was the star of the show today since I wasn't in much of a sushi mood. My husband ordered the sushi rolls and said they were very good. There will be a return visit soon when I'm in a sushi mood. Our waitress was great and our food came out really fast. That was good since I was starving. I sipped on miso soup in the short period of time between ordering and the main entree coming to the table. If you like Japanese food and you are in the area, you should stop in because you will not be disappointed.

So happy to have Japanese food close to home. Love the environment but love that they have take out too. Our favorites: wow roll, Philly roll and California roll for the kiddo. Great place for a date night or special occasions.

Salty salty salty everything had way to much salt on it. This included the miso soup, rice, steak, yum yum sauce and grilled vegetables. Upon finishing the meal our table was wiped down and cleaned while we were sitting at the table. The waiters seemed more interested in talking to each other than refilling water. Which we needed due to all the salt. We have eaten here multiple times and this never happened but we won't be going back for a long time.

A decent Japanese sushi restaurant in the heart of Dixie. Off of Rt 46 in Dickson on the side of a strip mall it's a bit hard to find. The staff is friendly and the place is small with tables close together. If you are unfortunate enough to sit near the front wear your coat if it's cold out. The sushi is decent. The spicy scallops were very good and the spicy mayonnaise was just the way it should be, very spicy. The tuna roll was fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Two of us cost 31 bucks before tip. Overall service was good. Presentation of the food was off. Half the food came before the sushi. And the rolls were small and loose. But what they lacked in presentation they made up in flavor. Good place for a date but it was very loud. Four stars for it bring in the middle of nowhere. Three stars compared to Nashville sushi joints. It's worth it if you want sushi and don't feel like driving to the big city.

Nice little place. The food was good, I had a seaweed salad, spider roll, and asked the staff if they could make miso udon. It was not on the menu, but I was in the mood for it. The young American kid serving me kindly said he would ask, shortly after, an older Asian guy popped his head out of the back kitchen and confirmed with a quick bow, that he could make it. Sweeet! Great service, nice folks. It could be lit a little better and the chairs at the sushi bar are way too low, but they get the important stuff right. Food quality and service. Good job guys!
