It's a good thing this place isn't close, or I'd be there every week. The donuts are outstanding. And they run out early on weekends - there's frequently a line out the door. But it's all worth it.

Best place for donuts that's local. The employees are friendly, and the donuts are lower priced. Absolutely the best donuts, biscuits, Apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, and croissants. The line is always out of the door, so that's a downside. And if you get there late morning, it's first come first serve. But it's definitely worth all its downsides. For certain, Dunkin is put to shame!

Two words: Apple. Fritters. Seriously. That's all you need to know. They are excellent fresh, but I like them best when they are a day or two old and they get kind of crunchy. Your mileage may vary. I've always been a little weird. The pink glazed donuts are awesome, too, but these guys don't make a lot of extra anything (no next day bargains) and some donuts that aren't big sellers (like the pink one) they may only put out two or three in a day. You snooze, you lose. Their coffee is mediocre at best.

While I would rank the actual donuts above chain donut shops, our service was not as friendly as I had been expecting. When we were there (early afternoon) they had a very small selection out and much of the display case was empty. If I were to return I would go in the morning.

This place is the best. Was visiting from out of town and got taken there. Line was out the door and I see why. SO cheap and SO good. Best doughnut shop I have ever been to.

Awesome donuts, my only complaint is that they get wiped out pretty fast and choice becomes limited. so be first in line! . . . The apple fritters are crisp and wonderful. not good for my diet tho! LOL

My dad and I were on our way down 40 to Memphis. We wanted a breakfast that wasn't a chain. This gem came up on yelp at four stars. It was a religious experience. The apple fritter, in my opinion, is the best in the world. The donuts were a perfect combination of sweet fried goodness. If you love donuts you'll love Dickson Donuts.

The staff are friendly. I got a Croissant breakfast sandwich. Very soft and excellent. Not a true Croissant (viennoiserie) but nevertheless delicious. Coffee was what would amount to a hotel breakfast bar coffee. Not the best but it will do. If you're picky about your coffee try getting the food her and coffee from dunkin donuts. I'd support local businesses before chains.

I love all their breakfast foods. But their glazed donuts and apple fritters are the best. Everything is fresh. Service is great and friendly.

I am a fritter fan and have tried the fritters at most places in Nashville. Dickson Doughnuts, however, trumps them all in the fritter department. I have driven the 80 mile round trip from Nashville to Dickson for a box of fritters on multiple occasions and have never regretted and ounce of gas.

You will not find better. Beats every other donut shop I've ever been to. Great job, Dickson Donuts.

I've never been there and had something I didnt like! Everything is super fresh! I can buy breakfast for my whole family of 4 for about $12. Can't do that at McDonald's or Dunkin! Our favorite place in Dickson!! :-)
