Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Great place to eat. Great food at a great price. Wait staff is very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Located right outside Fairfield Glade. Mixed clientele--vacationers and locals. Utilitarian furnishings, pleasant wait staff. Fairly limited menu. Bread served with meal was cold. House salad was very ordinary, served on a dinner plate. Chicken picata was tasty. Stuffed grouper was breaded and appeared to have been prepared elsewhere and then warmed in a microwave. Disappointment! Not many options to eat near Fairfield Glade. In spite of that, I would not return to this establishment.

Our favorite restaurant in Fairfield Glade/Crossville. The fried oysters are outstanding. Who would have expected great oysters in TN? Service is excellent. Both waitresses are very attentive. Recommend reservations in the evening. You can take your own bottle of wine.

Staff was very attentive. All entrees included soup or salad with vegetable of the day. So the price was reasonable for dinner. No garlic bread but the bread they served was decent. I had the lasagna which was just ok. The sauce didn't taste homemade. My husband had the fried grouper w/shrimp which was delicious. There were plenty of regulars, by the time we left the restaurant was packed. Also if you want wine it's byob but they do serve beer. Great staff, great seafood.

Service was very good. My shrimp and grouper was excellent. Fried with a very light coating, delicious. My husband had a ribeye that was good, a good flavor but not exceptional. It seems difficult to find a great medium rare steak.

Food was good, but the service is horrible. Makes it hard to rate it any higher.

Good food at reasonable prices. Service was slow in the side room. Closes very early at 7:00.
