Not much of a fan of bone-in wings but the wings here are fairly good. There crispy then sauced. I like there Atomic sauce. It's not as hot as it sounds. I also like there boneless wings with garlic parmesan. Fries are seasoned well and always hot. Never had bad service but only have been a few times. Out of those times service was attentive and friendly.

The customer service at this location has steadily declined over the last few months. Although the food is great, the customer service is a shitty mess. The African American females ALWAYS are the worst with their attitudes. Not to mention, they stand in the kitchen area and cook while wiping their hands on their jeans instead of getting a towel. Today I visited and ordered my usual. The lady charged me for a roll instead of celery. So.... the rude female from the kitchen brings my celery and tells the cashier to ring me up for another roll to make up the difference. I advised her I was not charging my credit card for $.60. She went on to ask, "You don't have any change in your car?" Like it's her damn business what's in my car. And, as it if the cashier hadn't stated that it was her error. She had to audacity to get down w/ me about $.60 when I've eaten there five times in the last six days. Needless to say, I left the celery and today was my last day visiting. I don't care how great the food is, I don't do bad customer service at all. They can keep that.

I love Chicken Wings and this place hands down has some of the best wings around - I have to say that BWW use to be good but not as good as this nice chain resturant. The wings are made to order meaning when you order your wings, the start to cook them. I always get their hot flavored wings which for me isn't too hot but just hot enough. The other sides they have are also good along with their other flavors. If you are just looking for a place to hang out and eat wings - I suggest this place. We also have a Wing Stop where I live and I love it!

The lemon-pepper wings are to die for, but the lack of ambiance created by a plethora of TVs (see Buffalo Wild Wings) and the lack of arcade games makes this place lack-luster for kids. We usually go to Buffalo's for this reason, then catch a to-go order of lemon pepper wings from here on the way home.

this is currently our familys favorite wing joint. my husband loves the garlic parmesan. although in my opinion u cant taste the garlic & it really barely has any flavor. i'm a fan of the original hot, not to hot, just enough kick. i also like the lemon pepper although it can be over seasoned & way too salty most of the time. our favorite is the fries. i would go here just for the fries. love the seasoning on them, salt & sugar i think? i crave these fries all the time! love how they close late...1am if i remember correctly. place is small tho, not enough seats for big groups. only con we can find is the price. thats why i only rated it a 4. other than that, delicious wings.

I have never been much of a fan of wings since there just isn't much chicken. However, we tried them when they first opened in Cordova and we have been big fans ever since. The business is privately and the owner and all his crew are the best in town. They have a secret spice for their fries and their home-made ranch dressing is perfect! Definitely give them a try and you will become a fan!

We placed a large order online at 1pm for 5:30pm pickup. Received a confirmation email that the order was received. When we got to the store they said they did not get an order for us online and said they were busy but if we wanted to place another order it would be a 30 minute wait. Staff said their online booking process doesn't work all the time. Staff were rude and acted very indifferent to our situation. No service recovery attempt at all.

The wingstop on Winchester is better all around! My 1st time at this location I ordered over the phone & the guy seemed slow, new, or high. Then when I go to pick it up I'm pretty sure they were high. I've give them a second chance to redeem themselves & the service was better.

This Wing Stop location in Cordova is excellent. The venue is small (not much seating) and the wait is long but the wings are awesome. They have 10 different flavors you can choose from, along with sliders, and some awesome fries. I have tried the following flavors... 1. Cajun.... Awesome 2. Louisiana Dry Rub... Awesome 3. Garlic Parmesan ... Not much flavor for me and not my favorite 4. Atomic.... Awesome and hot 5. Hawaiian ... Awesome and sweet Also the beer is ice cold! If you like the wings really hot use the atomic sauce to dip!

This place is actually really good. The wait is well worth it for good wings. Definitely a pleasant surprise for Cordova. I usually go to Dbo's but I got a little tired of racist attitudes. On my first visit here, the staff welcomed me with a friendly greeting as I walked through the door. I ordered half boneless and half bone-in wings with original hot. The sauce has a slight sweetness to it because of the tomato base. You 6 wings get fries and a drink for around $8... Not bad. The fries are really good. They are freshly cut with a sweet and salty seasoning. I'll definitely come back here again!

These are the worst wings I've ever had. I also tried the East Memphis Location and the Southaven location each location has failed me everyTime. I can say this, the homemade French fries are outstanding. The name should b Wing shit instead of Wing Stop

The best wings in Memphis! If you're like me and are not a fan of the classic hot wing, this is the place for you. They have lots of other choices for sauces so you won't be stuck with just barbecue. I recommend the Hawaiian since it's like nothing you can get anywhere else. If you're not a fan of wings, they also have boneless wings (more like nuggets) and also boneless strips. Both boneless types and the wings come breaded. The fries are outstanding, they're a little spicy with a touch of sugar. It sounds weird but it totally works! The service is always great, everyone's very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for wings! The atmosphere is a bit lacking compared to some chain places (as in they just have some televisions up and that's it), but honestly I go to places just to eat so it doesn't bother me. But if you have kids or are wanting to take a first date someplace, then you might want to get take out.

Some of the Best Franchise wings in Memphis. The taste is always spot on and fries rock. They have a new "dry" Cajun spice wing that is outstanding and quickly moving up my charts to be my favorite. the only downside to Wing Stop is the wing can sometimes be on the smaller side, but regardless of size , they always taste great.

Been here once for a call in order to go. Great.service. Food was good. The fries are the best. Have tried potato salad but didn't like, it had onions. But everything else is good.

This review is based on the customer service i received. I called in an order for carry out. I was told the order would be ready in 13 minutes. When i arrived at the restaurant, 15 minutes had passed. My order wasn't ready. I waited an additional 25 minutes. I finally received my order. I drove home and opened the bag. My order was wrong. I called in and spoke with the manager and he advised me to come back so the order could be corrected. I drove back and it wasn't ready. I decided to get a full refund. Poor service.

These are the smallest wings I've ever seen. I have never seen a chicken this small. I placed my order online, arrived at the designated time, and still had to wait 25 minutes for my order. The server asked me 3 times what my order was. I will not be returning.

Ordered a 35 piece wings only order and got home and realized there were only 26 wings in my to-go boxes. I know I should've checked before I left but I figured how hard is it to count wings...it's not rocket science.

Reviews were right on target. These were best wings Ive had since Ive been in Memphis!! They have alot of difference choices of sauses. The wings are great but the frieds are just as good! The have a sweet coating that I have never tasted before but they are fantastic. The employees were friendly and helpful and obvious they cared about what they were doing. Highly recommended.
