Unfortunately, it looks like I have to revoke stars from my rating again. Needless to say, the service here has become absolutely appalling. It's apparently a huge pain for customers to order just one thing, an on menu item with no changes. They're always out of multiple items in the case, even though it's all frozen. And I'm talking in the morning, not right before close. Just drive a few minutes either way on Germantown Parkway. The Starbucks in front of Target is great, as is the one at Dexter in front of Kroger.

I've been to this Starbucks twice and twice they have made my drink wrong. I like no foam in my lattes and both times I had a half cup of foam and a half cup of coffee. This second (and will be last) visit they charged me $5.90 for a drink that should have totaled $3.95. I even asked if it was correct and then for a receipt. I paid with my phone and was told that the receipt would be on my phone. It was but it wasn't itemized - only the total $5.90. I won't be going back.

I visit this local 1 to 2 times a week. What I like most about SB's is not necessarily the Americano Misto I get with steamed soy / extra steam but that they are consistently fast and always friendly.

Nice Starbucks with a nice outdoor area. However I tried to order a highlighted drink off of the menu and no one could make it. Glad this isn't my regular Starbucks. Stupid snow storm :-(

I'm not a usual coffee shop fanatic. Most times I go to Starbucks I'm usually there for a group meeting of some sort or with my friends who delight in it more than I. To start, there are definitely plenty of choices of drinks. Ranging from cappuccinos, macchiatos, and all sorts of other unpronounceable words, Starbucks has a lot to choose from. And for those of you who aren't big fans of coffee, they have a fairly large selection of non-coffee drinks. From all of the things I've tried, my favorite is probably the green tea frappachino (not sure if I spelled that right). Overall, Starbucks is a pretty good coffee shop. The only issues I have, however, are the price and availability of some of the products. Some drinks can get pretty expensive at times, and that's why I don't like going too often. Other times they're just out of things for some reason, and that kinda puts a bummer on your experience. All in all though, this Starbucks is a fairly good location for some good coffee.

I gave this store three chances. But the service is horrible. This time after the two orders behind me were filled I asked for mine (venti black and blueberry scone) I told them and had to show receipt to get my scone. AND the whole time I was in the store didn't catch anybody smiling. Big ole bummer all the way 'round! And the coffee was bitter, like the brewer is dirty. If it hadn't been my first cup of the day and that I was heading towards I40 to hop on I would have tossed it. Yep, under most circumstances it would have been undrinkable.

Starbucks is one of my happy place. All different kind of coffee from non caffeine drinks to very high caffeine filled with different flavor, very refreshing drinks, freshly grinded coffee beans for the ultimate taste.

Free wifi, expensive coffee, fast service, clean bathroom, large parking lot. Hmmmm, seems like a good place to me!

This particular Starbucks location has a great outdoor area and is pretty spacious inside. The space makes it the best location if you want to study or have larger meetings. Unfortunately, that's my only high part of this location. The service here isn't the best. Not a lot of smiles or attention paid to the customers. Frequently out of food items, slow making of drinks, and not always correct. I've met some very pleasant baristas here, but most of the time I receive poor service. To sum it up- great location for studying and meeting. Not so much for great service.

This used to my favorite place to stop for a cold drink and a snack, but no more. Ever since they had a major staff change, the service is anywhere from bad to terrible! The lunch sandwiches are sold out by 10:00 and many items are out of stock no matter what time of the day. The customer service is the worst as there is no smile or eye contact and I have even heard large audible sighs when I order. There are too many other locations in Cordova, so save yourself the disappointment and go to the one by the Target or the Kroger!

Love the gingerbread. This store is okay, I prefer the one over by Target, to me at least they seem friendlier and a bit more fun.

When i drove up the parking lot was full all around the store. I was expecting a long line to get my order and even longer for my coffee. Remarkably, I was next to be served and my order was quickly prepared. Kudos for the service. Luckily I wasn't going to sit because there wasn't an open table to be had. If this a daily occurrence I think I'll just go through the drive thru. They should open a Starbucks at the public library. Lots if seating plenty of parking, clean and sizeable rest rooms and free WiFi, books and periodicals to your delight .they even have computers if you didn't bring yours.

This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the Cordova neighborhood. This location is pretty big and the service is always good! I enjoy going here because it has a lot of sofas/ tables/ chairs. However, this location can get pretty busy and is hard to find seatings even tho this is one of the bigger locations. All in all, I would still recommend this location over others.

Nice atmosphere, clean, and the service was quick. On the other hand, the baristas could have a little more personality and I just wasn't very satisfied with having to pay for tepid coffee. My first time trying the new Blonde roast, and I think it would have been better if it had actually been hot!

I worked down the road from this Starbucks location for a couple months and when I found I got to work early, I would always head straight here for my usual Venti Pike's Place BLACK (it is the ONLY way to drink Starbucks) coffee and lemon loaf cake. They have a drive-thru (extra bonus) and because of this fact I always drove through for my orders rather than getting my lazy butt outta the car. There is one particular gal that always made my day. Not sure of her name, never got it- but wish I had. She deserves the employee of the year award and a hefty raise. There were plenty of days I drove up with my crabby pants on, and this girl never failed to put a smile on my face before I left. Always helpful, always willing to start up a convo and make sure you were no less than ecstatic when you left regardless of the increasingly large line of customers looming behind. She always had her body half out the window with a big old smile on her face as you drove up. Can I ask how you couldn't strip off your crabby pants and put on your happy ones when you drive up to that at 8am? I will also add that in the way of food- my order was always correct, always promptly ready, steaming hot and fresh. Love this location and sometimes wish I still worked over there (despite the commute) so I could see her shiny, happy face as part of my morning routine.

I have tried this place over and over and over again to get the Perfect Oatmeal right and they never do. It either has too much water or not enough. The Starbux on houston levee I never have a problem. I will not be going back to that one again. i will drive the extra mile and a half to get my truly perfect oatmeal

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks, and it's really the employees who make it so great. Even after being away for a few weeks, they still recognize me and can ask if I want my usual. They seem to recognize all their regulars, and they work really hard to get crazy custom drinks just right, especially now that the new Frappuccinos give a whole new set of options. Couple the great service with the fact that it is spacious with a variety of indoor & outdoor seating options, and you've got a first-rate Starbucks location.

My Starbucks of choice in town. Of course, it's like every other Starbucks when it comes to drinks and food. I like this one because it's larger than some of the others, it has outdoor seating, and the staff is extremely friendly. After just a few times of going there, the staff knew my favorite drinks. This is a great place to read, relax, meet with friends, or just grab a quick drink.
