The Burgers are very tasty and quite a calorie / fat fix. Steak Fries are 80%-90% always awesome (10% old fries). But if you don't like the fries with the first basket, you can get more because they are all you can eat fries! The staff try hard, however they sometimes forget you have a request in with them, and I've had to flag them down more than once to remind them of my request. The price is about $1 or $2 more expensive than an average burger joint, but the taste is worth it.

Good burger and fries place, run by a big corporation. If you love burgers there are a lot of different kinds to choose from. And the fries, rings, shakes...ect. are all up to snuff here. The kids will love it, very family friendly place. The atmosphere is very "TGIFridayChilisApplebeesish" look all all that crazzzy stuff on the walls!!! (in other words you've seen all those things before)

I chose to try RR again. What a mistake. These burgers are just not good and overpriced. Dessert was something I could have made at home with a brownie and carton ice cream. Too much bun for such a thin, perfectly round patty.

This restaurant brings back the ancient saying - "Where's the Beef??" Burger with interesting toppings but lacking in actual burger, patty needs to be about twice as thick. My burger turned out to be a reasonably good bacon and egg sandwich with a hint of beef. Memo to management - shredded lettuce does not make up for lack of beef. Pretty pricey too. $30 for two burgers, a soup, a beer, and an iced tea? Huey's has nothing to fear.

We waited for a while for someone just to approach us then they sat us in the bar area. The waitress Lonni in the bar area did not approach once we sat down but someone else eventually took our order. They said they were busy for Monday around 8:15pm but it didn't look like it to me. The staff was laughing with each other having a good time which is fine but if you are that busy then you should attend to customers. The manager on duty was not polite and not professional. Poor service is a reflection on who is managing. Cold fries but the remaining food was good. Just need to pay attention to customers especially with so much competition in the restaurant business.

We sat in this restaurant for two hours waiting on our food. It was a weeknight (Monday) basically empty & our waiter was absolutely horrible. It was our twins bday so we went for an impromptu celebration dinner & the joke was on us & the people we invited unfortunately. Two stars because the food (6 hours later) was delicious (keeping in mind we'd just about starved).

I really want to give them a higher rating because I like the food. Love the fries when they are hot and every burger I've had is delicious. However, the customer service is consistently horrible. For example, last week my boyfriend, mom, daughter and I went for lunch. It was a weekday and barely anyone there. Our waiter was nice enough initially but he forgot my daughters drink and after reminding him that he forgot it three times he finally got it. We ordered our appetizer and meal. Then we waited a solid 40 minutes and our entrees came out with no appetizer. Ten minutes later he brings the appetizer out with no explanation or apology. After that we had to wait for him to come back our way for refills (20 minutes) and the check and to go boxes. We were there for almost two hours and ate about 30 minutes of that time? It's not just this waiter, it's the kitchen staff and it has been occurrences like this on multiple occasions. I do recommend the food and if they could put a little pep in their step I'd say it's a great lunch spot or casual date spot.

I have been to many red robins across the country . They all seem to be about the same . The whiskey River bbq burger is always awesome in my book . Wait staff is some what mediocre . But we will defiantly be back !

Birthday dinner! Service was great! We ordered an appetizer and it came out with remnants of other food on it... When my burger and fries came out, there was a hair in my fries... The manager and server did their best to make it better, no discount or anything comp'd for the inconvenience, but still handled the issue. We were treated great and had a good time. I just wish they would stress cleanliness a little more.

What can I say it's a chain restaurant. The burgers were cooked nicely I took lots of photos they have good variety but service was a little slow our drinks were late in coming out and we got a double order for appetizers which they made a mistake on. The Decour is clean the bathrooms were dirty I had a chicken marinated chicken with a salad. For being so slow I thought their service should've been calm and on top of it however we were not being served very quickly. I'm not knocking it because it is a chain restaurant I'm knocking it because it simply is really not just great quality food yeah you do get all the french fries you want brawl the seat potato fries you want but that's not really good food. I think they try to be too much to too many people and broadening yourself that much does it make you great at one thing! Three stars is fine it was okay was not great it was fine but I would not go again and I really wasn't into going myself to begin with it was my son's choice.

Service was quite good. Had low expectations reading previous reviews, but they were good. Food was very good. Place was busy but the food came out quickly and all fry refills were pretty quick. Had 3 adults and one child. Server, Amber, was super friendly. We came for sons birthday. The first little bit was slow. Probably 3 to 5 minutes for server to come first time, but after that it was good.

The last few times we visited we were all together unhappy with the service provided. Food was lackluster in comparison to that of years past. This location is not well cared for, IMO, and the staff did not seem to care much about providing good service. Red Robin was the place we would visit for every family birthday and any time we were craving a burger but you will not find me here for either anymore.

Below standards on customer service in the Red Robins chain. You'd think someone bringing your entree would know the name of each item. Apparently, my standards for servers must be too high for this place. After trying to give me a burger he misnamed and he insisted he had it right, he gave me an attitude. My other comment is "How can you run out of high chairs?" For a family restaurant, isn't this a staple item, considering that the restaurant wasn't even packed? They set us up with a booster seat at first, and provided a high chair when one was finally available. The food was good-ole Red Robins though. The Whisky River BBQ burger is fantastic, weaving together a sweet and savory tapestry to include crispy onion straws. The fries are gigantic and come endless with a burger.

My husband and I were pretty regular about going here because it was the only place to get decent service on Germantown parkway. That has changed. Our sever was clearly in a horrible mood from the second we walked in. Every question or comment was returned with a mhmm or a rolled eye. She started being nicer as the meal went on but, I believe that's thanks to my husband who is hard to be angry around. Food's the same but, the service is lacking. Sad to see it go the way of soo many other restaurant chains.

I don't come here often, mainly because I'm attempting to stay healthy. However, I must say that when I do come to Red Robin, it's always good. I have no complaints. I know they offer healthier options, but what the point of coming to a burger restaurant and not getting a burger. The fries are always fresh and they taste great. The prices are reasonable, the ambiance is good, and so far, the staff has always been courteous. I'll come again.

My mother and I stopped by to get a bite to eat after we left a store. I had two unused gift cards for Red Robin from my former workplace. We were seated immediately. The food came out quick, fresh and hot! I love the bottomless fries. The burgers were good. The place is very clean. And the staff was very friendly. I want to come back again. Heck, I wish that there was a Red Robin near Midtown or East Memphis.

Worst place to order for pick up. 3 out of 4 times they have not gotten the order correct or it was so over cooked it was not edible. 2 of the 3 times I called to complain reminding them there are plenty of places between Bartlett and Cordova to get a good burger but we have a onion ring fan in the family. Both times they said they will send a gift card to make up for thier error. Keeping to their low standards it never came. Very LAST time ever to eat in or out at this location. I give them a 1 star because I have to

This review is not for Red Robin in general, I do like ( a lot) the burgers they offer, their variety (burning love please) and all the side dishes I've had in the past, but this specific location can make a hater out of me. This was my second time here, first time 6 years ago, so I forgot how gross, dirty, slippery as in I almost fell, so as my kids (grease all over the floor) and the service is not good at all, this leading to make one think about how clean can the process of cooking and fixing those burgers can be. Try the Collierville location and the whole experience will be different, plus you'll eat and enjoy your burger without asking one's self how did the cooks and waitresses managed your food before giving it to you

Last Saturday was my first time eating at Red Robin. I was hungry and I had been wanting to try this place out for a while. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was ok, nothing great about it. The fries were not good, I added their red robin spice and it didnt make much of a difference. My daughter had the pizza, it looked good, but also wasn't tasty, she barely ate half of it. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I ordered the Blue Moon Can-Crafted Cocktail and it was so good. I will be back with friends for drinks and give this place a another try.

The food is good old-fashioned American. I had the Burnin' Love Burger*. It has crisply fried jalapeño coins, tangy salsa and spicy Pepper-Jack cheese layered on top of cayenne-seasoning. It's topped with lettuce and fresh tomatoes and is served on a jalapeño-cornmeal kaiser roll with chipotle aioli. It was fantastic. Also, their steak fries, which is Bottomless, are big and good. The atmosphere is similar to Chili's or TGIF's, which is a good thing, because I like those type settings while eating. The waiter was great. Don't miss a good place to eat. (*Also available with grilled chicken.)

I love Red Robin, mostly because I love the BLTA sandwich. The amazing ranch and unlimited fries don't hurt. A lot of people refer to them as over priced hamburgers, but in my opinion, the price is spot on. They're generally $7 and less, and I have yet to try a bad hamburger from them. Drinks are great, too.

My son and I went to Red Robins on Tuesday after Chucky Cheese play time. I tried the Apple Harvsalad and it was delicious. Needless to say, I have found my Summer Salad. The service was great and the server kept my Arnold Palmers coming. My son enjoyed his Mac & cheese, broccoli and French fries. There was no wait and my so received his ballon when we left. It was a great evening.

My husband and I ate here the other day. The service is always really good. Unfortunately there were so many spring breakers this particular time they were packed during lunch and we had to wait forever for our meal. We finally told the waitress we had to go because I was on my lunch break. Thankfully the manager came out, apologized, and promised the food would be right out. I'm new to Memphis so until I'm settled you're going to find me in suburban chains. Having enjoyed Red Robin for years I was happy to hit this place after I was done with Bombay Salon (down the street) It's around 2 when I go in so it's somewhat empty which makes no difference with the noise level because these piece of shit chains love to inflict noise assault on its customers by building these effing restaurants with exposed ceilings and no baffling. I ask the hostess-ette (what! was she twelve?) to set me up with a quiet(ish) spot - booth or table - didn't matter. This twitch seats me in a booth near the grill in front of the kitchen door. When I say that won't work, let's try something quieter she long-sighs looks around to the TEN spots within a few steps that would suit and says, in that tone, *Ma'am*, where would you like to go? I walk past her (1-2-3-4 steps), set my bag & computer down at a similar table and say, "Here! would be fine". Dumb bitch. Here's the deal all you born-and-bred southerners. Using Ma'am like it's either an interjection or punctuation for every sentence is bullshit. It's rude and insincere. If you need to address a woman who even looks 25 +, say Miss. She gets a lift and you don't look like an obsequious asshole. Beyond that, they offer Morning Star soy burgers which are much better than Boca. That alone will keep me coming back - though probably not to that one.

I love red robin,... but this location is just bad all around, bad food, bad service just not like the others i have been to. From being totally ignored when we walked in to getting an order of onion rings that honestly had an more than an eighth inch of grease in the bottom of the basket to burgers that were wrong and cooked until dead dry and flavorless i really cant tell you how disappointed i was. I send an email to the store about our experience and did not receive a response guess they like their restaurant being empty

I get kind of a migraine from the insane interior at Red Robin. I'm weird like that -- I like serene while I eat. So, the colors take it down a star, but I'd imagine that kids lose their head over the fun circus-y feel to the decor. My teenaged brother loves this place. The burgers are good when you need a fix and you want a piled-high type of burger with a big, juicy patty and some fun toppings, and you're Wendy'ed out. Also, if you want to humiliate a friend, bring them there on their birthday -- they sing this crazy song extremely loud. It's fun. It's a chain and not the cheapest burger on the block, but you really do get what you pay for.

Went last night. Waited longer than we should have for the waitress to come to the table and get drink orders. Then when they came out they only brought two, and the the rest after about 5 minutes. I commented on how they must be busy tonight and the server told me they werent that busy. The server was definately lacking in areas. I was brought the wrong size beer which ended up making me in a better mood because they gave it to me for free and brought the correct size out at the same time. Doesn't matter if you get my drink order wrong if I can get one for free, I'm definately ok with that. The food came out and everything was great. Their burgers are always great. I enjoy big, fat, sloppy burgers with toppings sliding out of the bun every bite. It really was a BIG burger and very messy like I like em. Their burgers are pretty darn big and very tasty! The night redemmed itself and all was good. Good place to go. Burgers run upwards of 9 bucks but they are very good and big.
