Sleepy staff in the morning..yawning and wiping eyes lol...slow service often...so getting just coffee is the fastest thing to do....a toasted bagel comes quick when manager is behind the counter Lunch is busy and very good variety of healthy options

Panera is solid like Chick-fil-a - you will always get a good product with good service. I have never been displeased with any items and their bagels and breads are delicious! Their cupcakes however not so much, they are not made in-house. So stick to breads. Their salads are a little high for the portion sizes but other than that can't go wrong with their menu.

Panera Bread is always good. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone, although most people eat here already. Choose two options are great for when you can't decide. Salads are some of the best around.

Just like any other Panera across the country the food is pretty good but a little pricey in my opinion. I think a lot of it is the name and the reputation. This location however is on the lower side. They quite often get my order wrong as I usually either add something or change it on the sandwich I want. Also, this is not one of the cleanest Panera's I have ever been in.

Had the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad today and it was AMAZING! Everything that should have been crisp was and cold and wonderful in every way. Was the perfect summer lunch and it took about five minutes AT THE LUNCH HOUR to get my salad to go. I didn't call ahead or order online and still got it so fast! Panera is doing it right! I'll be back!

Meh is usually the feeling I get after eating here. It's not the greatest but it's definitely not the worst either. There are definitely local delis that are much better but if you find yourself stuck in the 'chain restaurant hell' otherwise known as Cordova then this is probably going to be one of the best contenders. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is above average.

This is one of the quicker Panera Breads I've eaten and there has always been more than enough seating here. If you're having rough day, the cheery folks and some soup here will get you going again. I've had more than few errors on carryout orders, so make sure you check the goods before you head home.

This is a tough one, while the bread and desserts are great the sandwiches are less than impressive. Tried the new Thai flat bread, in a word terrible. About 1/5 of a chicken breast worth of chicken, what seemed like a gallon of sauce and not much else for the bargain basement price of $4.99, what a rip off. Of course I did get a bear claw which was awesome as always!!

I think the food is fine but I am mainly here for the coffee. Today I was with a friend and we both ordered sandwich's and coffee for the road. The sandwich was tasty but the coffee was full of grounds! Disgusting. What makes it worse is that my coffee was dark roast, while my friend was light roast - so it appears this is no longer a good spot to buy coffee. Oh and the restroom are in need of a deep cleaning - rather grubby.

Normally I love panera. I am not pleased with this visit. The soup comes prepacked and they just have to pour it out and heat it up, so I'm not sure how my soup was extremely thick and not good. It was also room temperature. This visit was a fail.

I've always like Panera bread. I'm a bigger fan of this location because they have a back room you can reserve for meetings. The food is consistently good and I like that I can do a you pick 2 option when getting my food. I really like that they have a community bulletin board where I can see about things going on in the area. If you like Panera I suggest getting a Panera card and every so often you'll end up getting a free drink or pastry.

Got to try their chicken grill sandwich. I'm of the biggest fan of this place, also love theirs valet cupcakes.

Add always great good and wonderful service. I am not from Memphis but visit regularly. This is my favorite.

The salad was okay, but I don't think it was worth the premium price.

New Fontana Grilled cheese is a pre-made sandwich they toss in the microwave. The bread ends up being soggy. Same thing for the Chipotle chicken sandwich. This place just sucks!

Every single time I eat here at this location, I've always had a horrible experience but it is the closest one to my house. I've been to numerous Panera and this one is the worst one. First, they give you less food than the other locations - the quantity is not worth for the price here. Second, the managers/chefs are not as friendly and when you complain that the food is not the same amount, the female manager says " this is the training store and we do everything properly" so I'm assuming everywhere else I have eaten in all the other states too are doing it wrong. Wow- is that how they train their managers to respond for better customer service. This place needs new management and most importantly needs to check out ALL THE OTHER Panera bread which is so much better than here.

I eat out a lot. I'm frugal with my money, so for the money, this place is a bit steep. I have been here 5 - 7 times and still have not yet found my favorite dish, which I usually have done by now. Everything I have tried is good, just doesn't grab me. I'm sure a cup of soup and bagel on a cold winter's day would be delightful to sit and eat and read a book. So, if you are in need of a decent meal, you won't go wrong here. It is not, however, all my friends made it out to be. By the way, just how many calories are in those bagels? Oh, one more thing, alternate side items, chips or an apple, really, that's all you can come up with as far as alternatives? Hmmmmmmm . . . really?

Breakfast- Love the hazelnut coffee (in a mug or to-go cup), an assortment of delicious muffins (I prefer the pumpkin), and I recently discovered the sausage, egg and cheese Cafe breakfast sandwich that's been calling my name for days. Lunch/dinner- I always get the soup & 1/2 sandwich. Chicken noodle is healthy and delicious and the Smokehouse turkey is smokin'!!

Consistently good food and good service. They update portions of their menu seasonally, which is nice. Would like to see their chicken in salads a little less "processed" tasting. Overall, good and solid.

There has never been a time that I have been angered enough to post a negative review but this establishment has been afforded that honor. the French onion soup was nothin but beef bullion dissolved in hot water with caramelized onions thrown into the liquid. when complained to Asst. mgr. she said "Maybe I didn't know how the soup I knew there was no reason to discuss the meal of my family. I spent $73 there this evening and will never spend another dime even though the pastries are outstanding.

Love the bagels and the paninis. Mac n cheese is my favorite but a little too expensive for a small bowl.

Cris W.
Unwowed. Also, you think service is generally bad these days? Try this place at 5 min til close. Didn't do 1 star because my espresso was better than average.

Marissa F.
The food is ok. Pretty expensive for what you get. There are not very many non starchy vegetarian options. The general quality is what you would expect of a high brow corporate fast food chain. Also, why they don't keep more spinach artichoke soufle on hand is beyond me. This is probably the best item on the menu and is almost always sold out!

I was so excited when Panera opened. I visit St Louis often and always eat at the St. Louis Bread Company (it's the same restaurant just a different name in different markets). I love fresh baked breads, salads and soup. I could eat that every day and be happy, happy. So, that's why I love Panera, that is their specialty. The bagels are so good and they have a variety of flavors. I like the bagel sandwiches for breakfast and the pick two for lunch. You can pick a sandwich, soup or salad (any two). The strawberry poppy seed chicken and Fuji apple chicken are my favorite salads and they have a good chicken salad sandwich. I meet clients here for coffee mid morning (it's not as crowded). They have free wi-fi, a small outdoor patio area and a small meeting

This place is good and fast service too. They have salads, sandwiches, soups, paninis, yummy bread and desserts. You order and get your food. It's always busy in here, but you get your food fast.

I love two things at Panera. They are the only two things I will order from this place- they are that good. The cinnamon crunch bagels and their version of the tomato, basil, mozzarella salad. Both are equally delicious in their own right. That bagel is the best thing in the way of bagels I have ever put into my mouth. The crunchy stuff residing on top is freaking amazing. Who invented you cinnamon crunch Panera bagel? Can I hug them? The tomato, basil, mozzarella salad is one of my favorites in the world. Fresh mozzarella is a gift from the gods. Love it! This salad is perfection. I've only experienced better at Italian restaurants, and on occasion this version has been better than theirs.

Panera can get a wee bit crowded, depending on when you go. I try to go at an off time, in-between regular mealtimes, to avoid the crowd. I've always enjoyed Panera, and I've been going there for the past ten years. They have a good selection of sandwiches and salads on freshly-made breads. And the bread really is fresh -- bakers come in around 10 pm (I think) at night to bake until about 6 am. They also bake all of the yummy baked goods. I used to eat the Cobblestones like they were going out of style -- you must try one if you like monkey or 'pull apart' bread -- they're basically that in muffin form.

Never been disappointed in anything I have had. Always fresh. The veggie sandwich is really good. The cheese danish is deeeeelightful. Prices just seem a little high for what you get.

This is a high quality place with great coffee and food. They offer free wi-fi to compliment their great service. This place is also known as The St. Louis Bread Company. So, if you are here from St. Louis and want a touch of home, eat here! Panera is a full service bakery with a wide assortment of bagels and other deserts. The employees are always nice and they create a comfy, relaxed atmosphere. They also offer a full line of espresso which is good but not great. However, their chai is pretty good. Recommend: A Pick-Two w/ Cheddar Broccoli Soup and a Chopped Barbecue Salad.
