From beginning to end, the service was terrible. The hostess took us to a table that was filthy underneath and all around it. We requested to sit somewhere else. It took our server 10-15 minutes just to bring our drinks. The restaurant was not crowded at all and it was only 4 of us. When I got my salad, there was old stale brown lettuce in it. I told our server and she said she would bring me another one. When i got the second salad it still had brown lettuce in it. My grandmother got the new orleans pasta and there was a piece of plastic in it. It resembled the kind of plastic a straw comes in. They took it off our ticket and she ordered a steak with a loaded baked potato. The cheese in the baked potato was not melted at all. It looked llike they just took it out of the refrigerator. Then when we finally got our tickets...the server didnt split it right. She had to get the manager to accurately split it. Horrible experiece from beginning to end. I will not be coming back.

The service was great and the food was better than I am used to at an O'Charleys.

We have just left this restaurant after waiting 10 minutes for a table, then 10 minutes for a server, and they were out of the prime rib (which is a special right now). Won't be back.

Coffee was cold and old, had to ask for more (which was cheerfully done). Food is excellent, service varies. Staff is pleasant and courteous, normally. Gluten free menu available. Not my favorite, but ok.

Convienent location and easy to access from Germantown pkwy, but that is where the compliments end. I have frequented this restaurant several times because of the location and each time greeting was horrible services was bad which combined with average food makes the dinning experience an D- . Today we ordered a salad with no chicken and a kids burger. It took 20mins to get everything right, by which time I just wanted to leave with my uneaten salad.

The menu has change over the last 6 months but the service is still great. I had the chicken Italian, it was a little over the top with to much garlic and lemon sauce. The waiter immediately got the manager and she made everything right! I ended up with the teriyaki sesame chicken which was wonderful, it had several flavorers that burst in your mouth. Thanks for the good customer service.

Since they have redone the interior they have removed the ability to seat more than 2 large parties and moving tables isn't an option. Staff and manager were very friendly and our waitress was great. She worked our party of 13 with speed and ease and kept happy with their amazing rolls till lunch arrived. Great prices and good atmosphere. Will definitely frequent again.

I wasn't sure about really writing a review about O'charley's but I decided that I just had to let everyone know how yummy their roast beef sandwich tasted. It was absolutely out of this world! It was topped with swiss cheese, stringy onion rings, and some type of horsey sauce. This location always provides fast service too. Great place to grab a bite to eat before or after the movies!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I ordered the cedar planked salmon and the fish tasted REALLY old. So I sent it back for a salad. while waiting for the salad the experience went from bad to HORRIBLE when a roach almost crawled on my husband's arm while he was sitting across from me. He threw up in the parking lot and I tried to, but I hadn't eaten yet. I left the place feeling dirty and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER EAT THERE!!!!!

You get what you come for in terms of chain food. Nothing special, but the food quality is consistent. Since most people are already familiar with chain restaurants, I'm only reviewing this because of the service. I ate here twice, and received excellent, personable, and quick service both times.

Took 10 minutes to get acknowledged. Server was slower then grandma. Great food. Reasonable price. More table checks and faster service would be nice.

This place is spotty but is going downhill. One big complaint for me? There's no sort of a diet menu or anything, except for the salads I guess. So many other chain restaurants are jumping on the bandwagon of at least identifying their dishes already on the menu that are low calorie/fat. As for the menu, I've tried the honey drizzled southern-fried chicken and it's really good, as long as the chicken isn't too greasy. If it's not drained properly, the excess oil mixes with the honey which is just gross. Perhaps the biggest issue though is the service. I always have a huge problem even just getting a refill. If something comes out wrong I end up waiting ages to even be able to find a server to tell them. It's not a case of them being busy, I never go when they're slammed. It's a shame because their food is pretty good, their potato soup is great and free rolls? Yes please.

This has got to be the worst O'Charley's I have ever dined. I come here often because of its proximity to where I live and I only come back for the loaded potato soup. Service is very important to me and that is what this place is lacking the most. They need good customer service training. The wait times are horrible and the service I have had for the past 6 months is just poor. The reason I say the past 6 months is because my 1st time there when I moved here we had a GREAT server. I have yet to see her since and I have returned about eight times. They have amazing rolls for the most part, but I have had to return them a couple times due to them being too old (they were hard). Work on the service (speed, frequency servers check on the table, cleanliness) and this place could be a lot better. Good Customer service is easy. Why do so many fail at this?

Cold, rainy day.. in search of comfort food.. Well O'Charley's is it.. no big wow in the lobby and the reception was mediocre, at best. Ok..ordered hot tea, since it is rainy and cold out... waiting waiting waiting..tea is warm by the time I get it. Server brings bread..uh cold bread waiting waiting waiting Finally place order. .waiting waiting waiting sooo long FOR A FRIED CHICKEN BREAST AND MASHED POTATOES!!! Waiting waiting waiting again for the free pie. .as it is free pie Wednesday.. no wows there either. Needless to say..no return..as I am again waiting waiting waiting now for the server to take my payment so I can get the heck OUT OF HERE!!! Ugh.. did I say no returns??

Disappointing. Ever since they changed ownership and did a makeover to the chain. It seem that their food quality has also gone downhill... their rolls are not that good, it's hollow inside and a bit hard. Not as tasty. ..not sure if its only bc of this location, but it's not as good as it was before the change.

Cold food. Waiter forgot everything- maybe he was having a bad day. The tables/booths and bathrooms were very dirty. This place has severely gone down hill. HOWEVER, manager was great and took care of our food. Only because of his hospitality, we may end up going back eventually.

Didn't end up being seated at this place. Sat in the front area with 4 other parties for 5 minutes when the hostess came out and literally said "due to things out of our control, it will take 10-15 minutes to tell you actually how long the wait will be." In result, all parties left confused.

Oh, Charlie's! How do I even begin to describe my disappointment. I've eaten at the Germantown location many times (probably about 4 times per year). You recently closed to revamp your restaurant. You fave yourself a facelift and re painted. I'm sure you spent a LOT of money on that but unfortunately you didn't increase the quality of your food, if anything it is worse than it was before. I thought I would try one of your lunch menu items this time. I got the quesadillas and loaded potato soup. For my $7-$8 lunch I received exactly 2 flour tortillas that were roughly 5" in diameter with some fairly tasty chicken/tomatoes and cheddar cheese inside. It was a total of about 6 bites. LITERALLY. You served it with tortilla chips and salsa. I understand that you aren't a Mexican restaurant so I understood it would be canned salsa so I'll not go there. But your chips tasted AWFUL!!!! They tasted like they were old or stale or just cooked in filthy oil. The chips that arrived on my plate were all broken up into really small pieces (like you scraped the bottom of the barrel). They were all greasy looking as if they had been rescued from under the stove. I mentioned the horrible taste to the very kind waitress (if I regret anything about this review it's the fact that this poor girl will need to find a new job because you can't stay in business with food like I'm talking about), and she brought me a basked to fresh-looking chips, piping hot. And disgusting tasting. (How do you mess up tortilla chips?). Now the potato soup. I've had it before. It was always what it was, a nice warm cheesy-potatoey tasty cup of soup. But not any more. I know it's probably a corporate-wide problem with our sagging economy, someone has gone and changed the recipe or something but quite frankly it tastes like Velvita with about 4 chunks of potatoes (tiny at that) with a small clump of cheddar cheese on top. The only reason you get the ONE star is because you chose to use real cheddar cheese in my plate. The rolls are still really good however quickly turn into rocks if you don't eat them right away which can only mean one thing....you must be microwaving them. Never in my life have I left my plate, especially such a tiny lunch plate, unfinished until last Tuesday. Unfortunately that will be the LAST time I'll be visiting your establishment. Lunch was simply disgusting. Now for the bathroom. Seriously! You literally had about 7 tables with people out of about 30 available. This must be the dwindling faithful who either didn't know you were sliding down the slippery slope of bad quality or the faithful few who hope you will be better each time they come, but you had apparently sent all your help home before you had them check the bathroom. Toilet paper all over the floor and it appeared as if the HC stall's TP had been dipped into the toilet and then set back up on that giant TO holder to dry out. The giant TP holder was broken and flapped down (open) which would have totally made it impossible for a handicapped person to even maneuver around inside the stall. Handicap stalls are NOT required as a luxury stall. There are standards because some individuals need the space because of their disabilities. The disgusting condition of your restroom and especially the HC stall should be enough for handicapped individuals to never want to visit your restaurant. (I don't recommend that anyone does unless you clean up the bathrooms and totally revamp your menu.) Some of you will think that I am just being harsh, so I will try to post a photo or two.
