I love these donuts!!! 1. Because they are always in the coupon book 2. Because they arent just sugar packed as a hole 3. They have a drive thru!!!!! 4. They have almost any variety of donuts Overall just good donuts and they have been consistent since I was a baby :)

The staff was friendly and patient. The donuts are like nothing I've tasted back home. So addictive.

These are the worst donuts I have ever tasted. We ordered 2 crullers (1 chocolate frosted), 1 maple bacon and 1 apple fritter to split between my husband, myself and our son. The crullers were soggy. You could tell they used the wrong kind of sugar for the glaze because it was crunchy and didn't taste right. The chocolate frosting didn't have much flavor and just tasted like cheap chocolate topping. The maple bacon part was decent but the donut itself ruined it. It was again soggy and bland. The fritter had so much glaze on it that it was nauseating. There was no apple taste or even apple bits to be found.

I wouldn't eat there!! I went there yesterday evening. The girls was mopping the floor, left the mop and came to the counter without washing her hands. Then she move the fly swatter that was laying on the display case. Just turned me off about eating there. I just walked out!!! I'm not going back there!!

One of the best donuts I've had in a long time. Fresh and sweet. You can't beat the prices either. Military discount if you buy a dozen too!

They have a great assortment of donuts and they all taste good. They are conveniently located off of Germantown Parkway, easy pull in and option of drive-thru window. So picking up is a breeze if you are on the go. The staff are always friendly and service is prompt. No complaints. Good solid donuts!

Great donuts! Great service!! My husband and I got the maple bacon, blueberry, and red velvet donuts. The blueberry was delicious!! So glad we stopped here while I was visiting Memphis.

Twice my friend has gotten charged $16 for 4 donuts. She went in and explained what happened and was told there was nothing they could do and refused to give her money back.

I have been a fan of Howards since moving here in 2010. The last two weeks we have gone in the morning on Saturday to pick up 1/2 doz on way to the farmer's market. The quality seems to have declined. The service is still great but like today had to repeat our order several times and when we opened the box the donuts were smashed together as if they had just been thrown in the box. Our favorite the maple bacon seemed a bit stale. I think we might wait a while before we visit again.

Great donuts, amazing prices, and nice people. I love this place. I love their ice cream too, it's cheap but so god and so big 3 people can eat out of it. I recommend this place completely.

Great selection of donuts and the staff always manages to be courteous AND fast. I'm not sure if any other establishment in the area can make that claim! Their donuts are tasty, coffee is good and hot with plenty of creamers to choose from, and you can get a dozen day old donuts for two bucks with tax.

Recently went into Howard's Cordova on 8/30. My fiancé and I had a terrible experience as soon as we entered the door. There was black lady there around 40+ with a scarf on her head and as rude as can be while another guy (maybe her son) watched. My fiancé told her he wanted three cinnamon rolls however she went to grab all of the smaller donuts so he told her which ones he wanted. She responded by becoming upset and cussing under her breath while stating "we don't' do that here." "What you mean that's the one you want; they all look the same don't they?" I jumped in and told her that normally when we come to Howard's they never have an issue pleasing the customer and that he's telling her the specific donuts he wants because he's paying his hard earned money, right? This then got her quiet so I told my fiancé "Since they don't do that here then let's go elsewhere." She then told us to "Have a good one" Nothing was done to try and keep us as a customer. Something as petty as just picking the donuts he told her would have resolved this issue. Customer service is hard to come by and to be an older individual; you would assume she knew the theory of pleasing he customer first. I didn't tell her to work at a donut place all her life so why take the frustrations out on anyone else but your poor decision? This is why I will not eat at Howard's any longer! Terrible customer service. I would have honestly thought she was the actual Howard the way she became upset.

I would like to thank you for filling my large order of donuts and coffee today. Your effort to provide this and the quality of your food was greatly appreciated and well received by my company. You were highly recommended by the local residents and I wholly agree and will also be recommending your product and service to my local clients and contacts.

I love their donuts. Especially their maple bacon and cinnamon sugar. Also, their peanut butter cookies are good too.

Stopped by here during a family trip. Donuts were great (esp the red velvet one)...however, the customer service was horrendous. None of the three workers would smile and they were far from courteous. Created an atmosphere of wanting people to get their donuts and get out. Next time we're in town, we will opt for the drive-thru.

Donuts here are really good. Howard's' has a nice variety along with classics like glazed. They even have tiny holes. Service is ho-hum but good prices.

i have to agree w/ criistina H's review. they are always in the coupon books. that is how we stumbled upon this place. love the drive thru for late nights when i'm craving donuts but looking like a bum and don't want to get out of the car. my family gets their boring typical powdered sugar and glazed donuts and they're fans. but i always get the pumpkin and the red velvets. everyone always talks & raves about gibson's red velvets but i think howard's red velvets are just as good.
