Quick word of warning: the parking lot is a bit of a mess (full of potholes). But I obviously don't count that against them, just an fyi. The service here is phenomenal, as it is at every Firehouse location I've been to. The people are really nice, and they're always great at getting my orders right the first time and checking with me if they have any questions about anything (I get my subs without any sauces or condiments on them which can throw them sometimes). The drinks are great, of course. Their tea is great and they have a Freestyle Coke machine so you have nearly as many choices here as you do at Sonic. The food, as I said, is great. I recommend the turkey bacon ranch, meatball, and the steak and cheese. They're all delicious!

In the event I didn't cook the night before or just don't make a lunch, this is my go to when I'm in a hurry. Plus I work within walking distance, so it's just easy. Typically this place is pretty jam packed during the lunch hours due to it being in the middle of a bunch of different companies. That aside, they normally provide quick/good service even when they're slammed. A perk is that they always have sports center on. My personal preference here is the firehouse club. Good stuff!

They should do some sort of promo with the LifeBood donation center next door. Maybe a coupon or a combo upgrade for same day blood donors. Their brisket sandwich is great after donating blood.

Good subs,a little thin on the meats and cheese, place would rock if they filled up a sub more. Good tasty subs deserve to be thicker... tight wads

Food is very good as it is at all Firehouse locations. Staff here is excellent - very friendly and professional. I've had nothing but good experiences.

Firehouse has really good hot subs and friendly staff behind the counter. I think they're a little expensive for a sandwich (expect to spend about $10) and the restaurant is often in need of a cleaning. That said, the subs are so good it still gets 4 stars from me.

Love the freestyle soda machine. Good subs, place is clean. They do offer a deal for checking in with foursquare.

This place called her eye on the way going to the hotel, so we thought we would give it a try. Excellent, excellent, excellent food. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The sandwiches for huge and you could tell they use quality ingredients. I go to the Bartlett, Cordova area 3 or 4 times a year. I will definitely come back to this place.

I love their subs, but I can't believe the girl was eating at the same time she was making my sandwich. Poor management.

Forget subway, forget jersey mikes, forget lennys. This is the place to go for an awsome sub. Great choices, friendly staff, and a beverage machine that has more choices than the hairs on your head. Not cheap, though. Family of 4 won't get out of there for less than $27.00

Sub Sandwiches with a different flair. Nice surprise if you have not been. Good quick lunch place with heathy choices.

Pretty good sandwiches. Definately the place you go to when you get a tooth for it but not the place when you just want a sandwich. Price comparison to Panera. The best part to me was the amount of sauces they had out on the counter to take to your table... So many styles and temps of hot sauce was awesome. Tried a brand called Bee Sting, flavor was honey-habanero and after this review I'm going to look it up to see if I can find it some where. Only bad part which was really awkward was as we were standing front and center looking at the menu some young guy was carrying a box to restock something and the "manager" who was not a leader in any good sense of the term, totally reamed him and said loud and mean "will you help us!?" ( it was not busy in any way) he looked at his box confused and she said a little louder "put that down and help !". Lol, we were just standing there right in front of them. AWKWARD! Could have had 4 stars but customer service and public appearance are huge in my reviews

Can't ask for much more from a place that sales toasted subs. I have been here before and I will be coming back again real soon.
