Cookeville is a common stop over as I travel to Atlanta. this restaurant is a very pleasant place to eat and relax. Our server, Desmond, was a perfect server. Polite and willing to make our experience a good one. The food was very tasty. the atmosphere was pleasant All staff were polite. I would definitely return again. Of all places to eat in Cookeville, this is one of the better. Thanks Desmond for your efforts!!

Love local places. A little weird when They seated me they then came up and asked me to move because they had a call in and they already put that seat number on the ticket. I guess it was easier for me to move than just change the ticket. It was one booth back and I guess in a different server section - just weird and not customer friendly. I ordered the House stromboli and it was very good. The cost was the issue. They charged me $2.38 for a coke and stuck me for another $.80 for a 3 oz cup of extra sauce. Total bill with a undeserved $2.00 tip was $17.52 - way out of line! Won't return..

We ordered a couple of pizzas. We ordered and were told forty five minutes. They told us they had messed up the order and had to fix it. Got home both pizzas were wrong, still. We called them up to let them know the pizzas were not what we ordered. The lady we talked to would not fix the order and wouldn't let us talk to the manager because they were to busy. I guess they were to busy to get the order correct. We called back again and this time the manager got on the phone and proceeded to cuss us out for complaining. He said, that it was Friday and they were busy. This manger or owner should not be in business if they are going to treat customers the way did. Not customer friendly. You get, what you get and you better not complain. OMG Will never go back. Go to World Foods instead.

We have eaten at Gondolas weekly for the last year and a half. However, something has changed. Since their vacation service has plummeted. We waited a couple weeks and tried it again and it was worse than before. Well have to fine a new favorite restaurant.

I got the Gondolas salad. It was great! My daughter got the kids spaghetti and meat balls- it was ok. Not a lot of flavor. Service was a bit slow but I think our waitress just got distracted. I would definitely eat here again.

Probably the most expensive worst pizza I have ever eaten. I had the house special and had to ask for pizza sauce because there was not any on the pizza! For my pizza, my children's pizza and the salad my wife ordered along with 3 canolies $50.00. We will not return.

4 in party. Started with flaming cheese appetizer and was very pleased. Great traditional pastas dishes you don't normally encounter.

This place is kind of a little hidden gem in Cookeville. The pizza is delicious, but I could see how the crust wouldn't be for everyone. It's also pretty awesome reheated. I also really love their baklava sundae!!! So yummy!!! I just wish they still offered a buffet.

Thin crust pizza, wow! Who knew. And everyone swears by Mama Rosa's in town. Um, if you want a great thin crust, eat here! Service was great too. We'll be back!

I had a salad and pizza here. The pizza was the thin crispy almost cracker like crust. Other than that the pizza and salad were rather non descriptive. I've certainly had much worse though! The service was very good and the people were very friendly. Overall, I'd say the pizza is on par with the big chains, but it felt better because the people were so nice.
