Decent beer, good wings, staple restaurant. I'm not normally big on chain restaurants but needed a known quantity for the day after hiking Cummins falls. Our server Hannah was exceptional! I enjoyed learning about the area and some Tennessee destinations. Pleasant conversation, prompt service she did great.

This is the best service I have ever had a bww! Jeff was really personable and fun. The food came out crazy fast. Their wings were the biggest ones I've ever had. Totally coming back.

I had an email alerting me of a fundraiser and that 10% of the proceeds would go to the Cookeville HS tennis team. That was an excuse to come out on a Monday night and have some wings. I'm thankful that Lisa (server) was quite personable, gave great recommendations, and delivered the order correctly. I hesitate going to BWW because it's just hard to pay $1 per wing. For 10 wings, I could go next door and have an entree with 2 sides (Logans) or across the street to the Golden Corral and have a full buffet for the price of the small wings. Money doesn't go a long way here. This is a special occasion stop for me.

Very friendly. Good food, drink and service. Every server with whom I dealt was excellent. The captain, Jonathan, was very helpful. Want to watch a particular game? They will put it on the TV for you. Charlie and Christina are super bartenders. The wings were cooked to perfection (Desert Heat seasoning). Good selection of brews to choose from. What more can you ask from a sports bar? This is my #1 place to eat (and drink). Try it. You'll like it!

During our latest dining experience here, the traditional wings were large, juicy, and the flavoring was excellent. The service was great, and the location was very well maintained in the dining areas and the restroom area. My friend ordered a BLT wrap, and he reports that it was good quality. Some would say that BWW charges a lot for their wings-but I say you're not just getting wings, you're being served and you are being entertained with all these big screen tvs and projectors. In that situation, I think the value is justified.

Not much to review it was what you could expect from a buffalo wild wings only thing was took way to long for food to come out since we went during a very slow time of the day.

Best service we've ever gotten at a BWW's anywhere in the country. Their wings are my fave but usually slow to almost nonexistent service is what I get. But not here we were waited on nicely and promptly. Food was great as usual! Thanks
