If .25 star was available, I would give it that and that's only because the waitress was nice and put cardboard under the table leg which was unstable and kept tipping back and forth. Then there is the food. I went during lunch and about half of the slits in the bar where food was supposed to go were empty. I was surprised at this because for $8.00 before tax & before the drink is added on, you'd expect to have more to choose from than 5 different kinds of beans, some turnip greens, some kind of steamed vegetables, and some dried out cornbread. I wanted fried chicken and had to wait 15 minutes for that. Ok, no big deal I told myself. But when they finally brought it out, there were no chicken breasts, just all dark meat, which I dont like. So they finally brought out some mac and cheese and mashed potatoes that were ok. Then the desserts were nothing to brag about. All of the very TINY pieces of pie had only about 1/2 inch of filling and the rest was meringue. Flavor: dull. In the pictures I have seen online of other Farmers locations, the food looked really good; nothing like this pitiful mess. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT EVER. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND emulate the other farmers restaurant standards. This food was horrible!!

Great food and great service. The dessert is on point! We took a big group of baseball players and everyone left full and satisfied. The food choices are great. Real southern food and hospitality!

food food food food super good country buffet eats at a good price . they even have sugar free deserts always busy and always clean somethings are tell tell right out of the can but most are not most are fresh .

Good buffet. This is a great down home friendly restaurant. Everyone here is very nice and the service is great. I come here for lunch sometimes with my coworkers. They have a large buffet with many choices. I'm often in the mood for a lot of vegetables and they serve many different ones so you can eat some of all your favorites. After my run this morning I was starving and didn't want to wait long for food so we decided to stop here on the way to Spring Hill. Their hash browns were the star of the breakfast buffet. I also had sausage links, a piece of chicken, and a waffle. All were pretty good and hit the spot. I now have the energy for my busy day.

Great selection. Very good food. Great salad, entrée, and dessert bar selection. Loved it! Family friendly atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

I grew up in Florida right off the Intercoastal Water Way. Got fresh Shrimp right off the Docks in Mayport. Farmers Restaurant makes me feel right at home. Friday and Saturday night All you can eat Seafood. Big fresh Shrimp, Oysters, Fish, Frog legs and sooo much more. Friday and Saturday at 5:00pm you even hear a Preacher say Grace before opening the Food Bar. Love Eating here! Southern Sweet Tea and Down Home Hospitality.

I'm not normally a fan of buffets because it is usually the same overcooked veggies and dried out meat selections, but this was really good. There were several vegetables that aren't typical fare: fresh collard greens, rutabagas and stewed tomatoes and okra! All of these were great. Meats were good too. Fried catfish (Swai), chicken (baked, fried or barbequed - all good), barbeque ribs and more! Good salad selection and an outstanding dessert bar! I will definately be back!
