Niki did a great job making sure we had what we wanted to eat.

Third strike so I'm writing a review. Ordered food for pickup at 7:20, wasn't ready until 8:12. Food was cold. Already had this happen twice previously. Was an hour and a half last time and I waited for 40 minutes in the store last time. I would've gone elsewhere but it was late and they kept telling me it would be right out. 45 minutes later. What the heck is up with this specific Cracker Barrel? Strongly urge you to go to the Columbia exit location, that one is awesome and the staff is extremely polite. Really confused how a to/go order can be screwed up this badly this consistently. Sigh.

Just as an FYI: I was here as a group of 12 with two babies on a Sunday immediately after church. I would like to apologize for doing that to any restaurant and thank this particular establishment for quickly managing to get us seated and the unbelievable service we received. The waitstaff was patient, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The food was cooked and served quickly and to good taste. Cracker Barrel is good ole fashioned southern food served to the masses. They attempt to replicate Mama's country cookin', a difficult task for any kitchen, and do a solid job consistently. Out front, there are all types of trinkets and items for shooting and to keep your attention while waiting to be seated or find last minute Xmas gifts. A Middle TN tradition!

Came here to eat brunch with my family of 20 and the restaurant not only accommodated us, but also provided excellent service! The food was fresh and service was speedy. Everything tasted amazing. I ordered the special and it was very filling. The waitresses were also kind to the kids.

Limited parking, good food most of the time. Service is iffy. We are local and come here often. It's closer to our home in Lewisburg than any other CB. But we find ourselves driving an extra 20 min north to Spring Hill CB where you hardly ever have a bad experience.

Usually when we travel, we like to explore and try local places for eating out, but The Cracker Barrel restaurant chain seems to be one chain where we have tended to stop and to eat while on the road. This particular location was where we stopped for dinner as it was quite close to our hotel and someone in our group wanted "real mashed potatoes." We were seated fairly quickly, but then the experience went downhill. We waited 10 minutes to have someone take our drink order, then more time passed for our server to return and place our food order. Then it became a 45 minute wait for our food with no explanation as to what was taking so long. Then we noticed that the other tables in our section hadn't received their food orders either. Whether there was a breakdown in communication or some other issue, the food orders were not being delivered in a reasonable amount of time. our food finally arrived and it was a mixed review. Some things were great, while other items were cold and should have been warmer. My refill drink took 20 minutes and I had to remind the server about it. She apologized profusely and then promptly forgot about giving us our checks. This whole meal took close to 2 hours to get through. Paying at the register took a long time too because they only had one cashier for a busy Saturday night. I am curious to read if anyone else has had a similar experience at this particular location or if this was just a "fluke" or standard operation here.

I love cracker barrel in general, but will not be back at this location. I saw an employee drop a rag on the floor and several minutes later another employee picked it up and used it to wipe down the table it was laying under. I'm sorry, but that's beyond disgusting. And in my opinion, if they are doing that out in the open where everyone can see, what is going on in the back where our food is being prepared?!?!

Yeah, I'm a Cracker Barrel kind of person. I know that I can stop in at any Cracker Barrel and find a nice restaurant, friendly staff, clean restrooms, and most importantly, great country cooking. And this one was no exception. I had one of my favorite breakfasts, the Smokehouse Breakfast, with the bacon extra crisp and the eggs over medium, with the whites completely done and the yolk still runny. I like the grits, and my wife really likes the hashbrown cassarole.

Seems like there is one every 20 miles, lucky for us there was one when we were starving at 6 AM. As always good service good food. Not a place to visit if you are on a diet..

I was amazed at how packed this place was considering there's not really a whole lot going on in this area. But, leave it to trusty'ol Cracker Barrel to continue putting a smile on my face and delicious country food in my belly.
