They get my orders right, they are friendly and mostly professional. Hey it's Wendy's, and you know what you're getting. There are plenty other Wendy'Wendy's that would get a 1 star. This location is about as good as they get.

Ok.. the two girls working the drive thru window should be fired. After I place my order I politely asked the lady at the window if I could change my chicken sandwich to a junior cheeseburger she replied with a it's already made. Then the line worker to cook came to the window and said it's already made and I said I know I would like to change it this is before I pay or anything then he slams the drive thru door and then comes back and throws me my food and mumbles bad about me cursing and stuff all over a cheese burger. You guys should hire more young professional workers that will be able to display a good look that makes your business look good those two ladies right there I did not welcome me very well I don't think I will be ever giving your guys business ever again. They were ratchet and very unprofessional I was never asked what drink I want I was giving fruit punch and I did not receive any sauce for my nuggets the lady at the window so I guess was working that headset didn't even know about the promotional on the chicken nuggets product knowledge is key in business and she did not have that at all I'm sorry that you have to leave your store in the hands of those kind of workers

My mom loves this place but it's just ok to me. The spicy chicken nuggets are rather tough and just ok. But the grilled chicken wrap in the kids meal was surprisingly tasty. Loved: - Grilled Chicken Wrap - Frosties - Berry Salad Liked: - Spicy Chicken Nuggets

I believe this has been the worst Wendy's I have been in. The staff needs to be trained in Customer Service. The food tasted old, my fries where over cooked, and the staff was just rude, rude, rude. I went there 3 times with my family to give them the benefit of the doubt, I know travel outside Collierville to other Wendy's.

This Wendy's is a nightmare. The staff is rude, unmotivated, unfriendly, and unorganized. The tables are filthy, the chairs are sticky, the trash is full, and the carpet is full of napkins and dropped food. The staff are completely uninterested in the people in line. The first two customers I saw came back to the counter because their order was wrong. We are greeted with "for here or to go". No hello, no smile, just an unmotivated looking woman who looks impatient and annoyed. 12 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 burgers while the manager is in the back laughing it up with an off shift employee. The sandwiches were swimming in condiments. They were a big disgusting inedible mess. We left with no appetite. The franchise, the owner, and managers should be ashamed.

Very upset, my daughter and I came in and order the Apple-Pecan salad, the chicken was cooked way too hard and burnt, it tasted old. Not very happy! :-(

8/7/2013 POOREST SERVICE EVER 5:40 pm only 4 persons in line/ 1 AT counter 2-3 worker walking around look like a worker strike. No one to setup other register help the load 1 person holding 2 cups for refill 15-20 min. I told him to walk around and get the drink him self. One man working said you really think he get it faster I said hell yes he been waiting 15 min. ALL 3 OF US IN LINE SAID NOT IS THE POOREST SERVICE EVER. I never be back and I love wendys. Slowest Worker ever seen. Can them all an start over. I hate to see them at lunch time just LOCK THE DOORS. This the 2nd wendy in Shelby county tn. this way.
