Amazing selection and amazing staff! Every month they offer different Tuesday specials and they're usually a really good deal. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a good cut of meat. They also offer some tasty, convenient sides and spices and marinades.

I have purchased filet mignon here several times and am pleased with the quality. Also love going to get a slice of old fashioned Bologna!

Top quality meat and superior service! They have this bacon that is to die for: pecan smoked. YUMM!! The prices are high, but it is worth it for the quality. It's all sourced locally and fresh almost daily. They get seasonal stuff in (like lamb) and have some funky stuff, too, like alligator. Give this place a try, and you won't go back to the big grocery stores for bland mass produced stale meat.

Keith Thomas and crew are true fish mongers, true butchers, in the purest sense of the word. The shop carries whatever they can get fresh and at the best level of quality. They ship seafood fresh from Alaska constantly, and when it's gone for the week, it's just gone. They will not refill their freezers with Chinese shrimp, or frozen scallops just to fill them. A local business opened in 2012, Thomas Meat & Seafood is a true GEM of real customer service and quality. They have everything from deli fixings to bacon (even some uncured!), to poultry and even prime aged beef, and grass-fed beef. I advise, since the store is reasonably small, to let what they have define your dinner menu. Need sides? The shop carries fresh farm eggs, Las Delicias chips and salsa, and locally owned St. Clair sides such as loaded baked potato salad. You'll get a smile free with purchase. Gift cards are available, as are special orders.

I've been craving prime rib for a while, now, so this weekend, instead of going out to eat, I decided to cook one. Kroger only sells prime rib (really, "Choice" rib, but it's just as good in my book) at Christmas and Easter, so I knew I'd have to go to a meat market. I had a $5 coupon for Thomas' Meat & Seafood Market from my City Saver Book (which all of you should have - LOTS of great coupons in them!!!) so, off we went. Beautiful store! They had a variety of olive oils, spices, local honey, etc. The seafood was absolutely gorgeous, as was the meat. The most beautiful of all was my 6 lb. rib roast. My kitchen is going to be smelling all kinds of good, and with 385 going all the way out to Collierville now, I see many trips to Thomas' in our future!

Fantastic location, outstanding service. Sick of buying meat from Kroger that is excessively fatty or even rotten? Shop at TMM!

Just had a great experience with Thomas' Meat & Seafood. I am in CA and my boyfriend is there locally in TN. I was able to purchase some femur bones for our puppy's 1st birthday. James was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks James for being a big help. I know the dogs will love their beef femur bones! Thanks again

Just went to check them out. This is how I want my meat market to look. Owner told me that they purchase their beef from a birth to slaughter farm. It is nice to visit a "real" butcher shop.

Seafood Galore need I say more! Thomas' Meat and Seafood Market offer the freshest seafood and Tomahawk steaks! Memphis has lacked seafood since I have lived here. I am so glad someone finally opened a fresh seafood market! The shrimp, seared tuna and tomahawk steaks are my favorite! If you are looking to have company over and need a fancy dinner, get your seafood and steaks here! Also, do not forget to pick up some guacamole for an appetizer! Bon Appetit!

I've been meaning to check this place out for awhile, but I'm in the city, and this place is in West Nashville. It was still worth the trip. I've been considering mail-ordering a Packer-trim Brisket from Creekstone Farms. That's what they serve at Franklin's BBQ in Austin. Best Beef BBQ in existence, in my opinion. Since I can't find any decent Brisket in Memphis (No surprise, really), I guess I need to learn how to Slow-smoke a Brisket myself. I may not reach the level of perfection that they do in Austin, but I picture a Ferrari. A race car driver could do 200mph in it, while I might only manage 180----but it'll still be fast enough. They have meat from Creekstone Farms at Thomas'. I got a good brisket, and will be cooking it this weekend......if I make it back from Collierville by then. All of the meat at Thomas' is quality. Their budget line is Heavy-Select. A perfect choice for Value. The Choice and Prime grades get expensive, but it's better meat than the grocery stores. They sell lump charcoal and briquettes, as well as smoking woods. I also bought some local honey to add to my Sauce. It makes me feel good to support the local beekeepers. The selection of Chicken and Pork also looked pretty good. If you're looking for the ultimate, and just hit a scratch-off for a couple of hundred-----buy one of the Wagyu Briskets for $175 or so. Nobody else in this area even carries this meat. I was impressed. If you are picky about Beef, and know that you NEED quality to produce quality food.....Thomas' is your friend.

I agree with both my fellow Yelper's, this place is definitely a welcomed addition to Collierville and as their business grows, so does their inventory of fresh fish, meat products and deli items. This place is about as close to a real butcher as you'd find in NY. I recently asked about sirloin steaks that they did not have on display and they went in the back and cut me two absolutely beautiful steaks. You'll pay slightly more for their steaks than Kroger's but the quality is well worth the few extra bucks. It's great to go into a place, get your meat or seafood and get out in just a few minutes. Hate the lines and crowds of people when I have to go Kroger's or Costco. Sometimes I just want to get in and out. Another plus is they will "rotissorize" just about anything you want. You can stop by or call them up and let them know what you want and they'll call you when it's ready for pickup. Chicken, ribs, pork, fish or just about anything else you may want. The service is excellent and the place is squeaky clean. If they don't have something and can order it for you, just ask. They soon will be selling crawfish also. I've also tried their scallops which I have to say were just fantastic. Very fresh and tasty. Another item I recently purchased was their sweet potato casserole; went well with my sirloin steaks.

Open a week, this new shop is a welcome addition to Collierville. Gourmet meats and seafood are well displayed in a neat, clean store located in a strip mall beside the Starbuck's store. You can see it from the road. Keith, the owner, told me that new things are arriving everyday. Lot's of great looking meat & seafood & many different kinds of sausage including chorizo, andouille and Italian. Lot's of help so no waiting. We tried the organic beef filet mignons. They were great! Tender and flavorful. Do yourself a favor & support this new, welcome addition to Collierville.

SO happy to have a fabulous new meat market in town!!! This is not next to Schnucks though as mentioned it is behind Starbucks and Baskin Robbins across from Taco Bell.

This place is great. I bought a couple of fillets there, grilled them up with just a bit of salt and pepper - gotta let the meat flavor do the talking. I could literally cut mine with a fork it was so tender. Sure, it's going to cost a bit more, but it's well worth it. Service is great there as well. Very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a drive for me to go out there every week, but when I have a bit of extra time in my Saturday errand running, I head out there.
