My family loves the food, employees and manager/owner! The restaurant is a very nice, clean place! Plus kids love the atmosphere of feeling like they are at a fire station!! I would recommend firehouse to anyone and my family will always be a customer!

After having a not-so-good meal at Firehouse Subs in Wolfchase area a few years ago I had not been back. The guys at work have tried to get me to go to the Collierville location several times. Today I broke down and went and was pleasantly surprised. They kept telling me to get the Italian but I opted for one of the sandwiches on the less than 500 calorie board. FYI--not the place to go if you are closely counting calories. My sandwich and chips were a total of 630 calories. I only allow myself 1200-1300 a day. The Italian meal the guys had 1500 calories. Calories aside, the sandwich was really good. Will definitely go back. Thanks to my guys at work for talking me into going!

I love love love love looooooove the Italian here. I admit I have tried a few other things before I joined Yelp so I cannot remember what they were but I did not find them to be as appealing. But the Italian is always good. I try to get mine on whole wheat without mustard (and gotta have that pickle!) I literally devour that thing. It tastes wonderful from the moment you start until the moment you finish. I am super impressed with the flavor as well as the drink machine. It literally has a ton of main choices, most of which have alternative options when you select them. I didn't even know they made Raspberry Coke! And this machine lets you even get Diet Caffeine Free Raspberry Coke (an option I saw and was surprised by). It's cool. The Cherry Limeade with extra lime juice squeezed in (they have limes) is my fav. I am still bummed that the subs taste terrible reheated (so leftovers is a nogo) and the subs are rather expensive so I'm disinclined to waste money experimenting. but they've recently come out with some smaller sandwiches. Some are the same as the larger ones while others are new creations altogether. I wouldn't mind trying those... assuming I can pull myself away from the Italian! PS Don't waste your money on the brownies- they aren't a dessert place for a reason! Favorites: - Cherry Limeade - Italian (wheat, no mustard) - Lays Kettle Cooked Jalapeno Cheddar Chips Nah: - Brownies - Steak and Cheese sub (Mom liked)

There isn't much to say about Firehouse Subs, every location I go to is consistently good, this one was no different. Their sandwiches are made fresh to order, so they are warm but your bread is not soggy.

Not bad for Memphis...it is definitely not a sub shop like the ones I am used to in NYC, but it satisfies a craving.

Always delicious, fast and fresh. The staff is outstanding and I love it! Never had a bad experience here. Love the coke machine too! Lots of choices. The kids adore this place too! So happy they are in Collierville.

In the pecking order of subs and deli restaurants, I'm not sure what places beat Firehouse, but I know they are better than Subway and Quiznos, and I would take them over McAlister's Deli, as well. Why my family likes going there: They have the 100s of options Coke Machine. The combo option is chips or cookie or a brownie. The firestation atmosphere & fireman's hat. They like the food. I like it for the New York Steamer. As of this writing, they have Kids Eat Free on Saturday night, and I believe on Sunday night as well. That, of course, is another reason why I'm a fan.

Here's the 411 for a sandwich 911. Hey Collierville, we finally got a Firehouse! First day in business today, June 25. The Mykleboys and I checked it out on training day, yesterday. I had the #1 no 'mater. The boys had a turkey-bacon-ranch and a cheese steak. All reviews thumbs-up. Firehouse is conveniently located on the main drag next to the AT&T store.
