If I could rate this place lower than 1, I would. My family & I went here when they first opened & have not even since. The waitress was tipsy, which of course interfered with our service. Food was cold. Eggs were badly cooked, if they even were cooked. The place was not clean either. You're better off making breakfast at home.

We have previously had a very good experience at this IHOP. However this visit was very different. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive. My husband's pancakes were tough and cold. Our eggs, toast, and hash browns were also cold. I will have to say that the manager brought hot food and discounted our ticket, but other patrons got up and left after waiting unreasonably amounts of time for food or just to give their order. What should have been a quick visit turned into at least 1 1/2 hour. We won't be back. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the manager attempted to make things right.

At best average place to eat. 5 tables sat in whole place we ordered pancakes and an omelet and took 45 mins to receive our food. At least when we got it it was fresh and hot. The strawberry and banana pancakes was good other than only 4 slices of banana. I had the Colorado omelet which was good except the ingredients were not mixed it was just shredded cheese the first few bites then the beef the next few which was just left over pot roast. And the last few bites was the sausage and vegetables. As far as service goes it was average also. If I could give half stars I would give 2 and half so 3 stars is being generous.

My friend decided to go here to eat. Well, when started eating i bit down into something hard. I opened up my sandwich up to see what was. It was a hard piece of plastic. Luckily, my teeth bit into this to find it. My friend called the manager over and she said sorry that it was a piece of plastic that came off the loaf of bread. It was what closes off and opens the bread together to keep it fresh. Anyway, been worried about going back as it might happen again.

Food wasn't hot. Just warm. Cheese wouldn't even melt in hash browns. Used to be a good iHop but it probably one of the last places I would go eat in town.

In the past few weeks I have visited this IHOP location three times. Also visited Huddle House once and Denny's up the street. This place is still by far the best quality food of the bunch. If you go to any of these in the morning rush the service can be stressed due to understaffing. I normally do not go during those times so rarely see poor service. The bacon is better quality, thicker and tastier. Pancakes are great but better with heated syrup. They will do this if you ask. As in the past I will continue visiting this location.

Not very clean, several tables dirty, finally picked best there was lemon wedge at end of table. Service very slow lady seemed to not want to wait on us kept walking by. Food not up to par, just not good. Do not plan to stop at this location again.

Read my reviews... I LOVE IHOP!!! This IHOP needs some corporate help. Service was slow. Food was warm... WARM! Not hot and tasty. They need some quality control put in place. I probably won't be back... Cracker Barrel is not far away.

Used to be alright but now this IHOP is horrible! The service is slow and unreliable, the food portion is very small and doesn't taste great, and the management doesn't seem to care. There is never anyone waiting to seat you and you typically have to wait to be seated even though it is never busy. For being extremely slow (people coming in), the servers are pretty inattentive. On my last visit we waited 20 minutes for our food and other tables were waiting just as long. It was like they had only one cook. Some people got up and walked out. We were also surrounded by dirty tables, none of them were getting cleaned. The waitress was exclaiming how busy it was but not even half the diner was filled, couldn't have been more than 8 tables. Won't be returning EVER! Save yourself the trouble and drive 1 more minute to the Denny's.
