Um, so I feel a bit awkward giving this place more than one star, seing how that seems to be the current trend. However, I did not have a bad experience here at all. I've never been to this restaurant specifically. I usually go to the one on 41A by gate 3. Anywho, maybe my service was different because I came during a different shift...graveyard specifically. Although, I don't think 3 a.m. on a Saturday is graveyard for a Waffle House. After a night of semi-successful beer pong this place hit the spot. Service was good. Any place that deals with 6 drunk guys without throwing silverware at them, is doing a good job in my opinion. And that was just my friends and I, not everyone else in the restaurant (who were also presumably there after plenty of alcohol ingestion).

You can't go to a Waffle House and expect much. I merely went so as not to be left alone at the apartment. I ordered the coffee, black, and it tasted like warm mild roast coffee, it wasn't even hot and it certainly wasn't "America's best coffee" as their signage would purport. The food came out very quickly and was cooked as ordered. The air conditioning vents were leaking water and a low spot on the floor was collecting it. The kitchen floor was a mess with egg shells, food debris and dirty rags laying asunder. The service was decidedly 'meh' and the prices were reasonable for the portion size. Altogether I'm certainly not impressed but then again I didn't expect I would be.

Not sure if I even want to get started on this place. I wrote the district manager over how bad the service and food were. He responded with a long letter and a gift card. Obviously the service hasn't gotten any better. One afternoon, it was getting late, we hadnt ate dinner yet so we wanted to grab something quick. We sat down at a table that was nasty but there weren't any other options. I asked the waitress to wipe off the table, she did. With a sour rag. We had already ordered our drinks and when she came back with them, I told her we were moving bc the rag she used was sour and it smelled up the area. She yelled at me and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I brushed it off and still ordered food (which I shouldn't have done). Ordered a patty melt & hashbrowns with cheese. The patty melt, I couldn't eat bc it tasted like dog food & the "cheese" on the hashbrowns was cold, not melted at all. I kindly asked her if I could get the cheese melted. She responded "it'll melt! Let it sit there". At that time, I had enough. I got our ticket & refused to pay for the dog food party melt. I will NEVER be back here!

They totally disrespected me. I visit with my 2 yr daughter and my 2 month baby. I asked for a kids meal for my daughter and my meal. i got my daughter meal first while they prepared mine. my daughter grabs a piece of bacon and reaches for my mouth to share with me. at that time the waiter being totally rude and disrespectful approached me and raising her voice start telling me that I'm eating my children meal that she is going to charge me for a full adult meal. at this point she still hasn't bring me my meal. I refuse and told her to call the manager, but the manager was just worse. and told me that I have to pay full price or was going to call police. the call the police and they told her that they weren't gonna do anything cuz I was paying for my children's meal and the whole thing was a waste of time. the manager told me that I cant come back to that store. and the rude employe told me to stop feeding my daughter and Get The Hell Out Of The Store and never come back. she did this at loud voice In front of a store full of customers staring at me my baby and my 2 year old daughter crying and I had to get out and go through this embarrassment all because my daughter wanted to share a small piece of bacon. I'll really like this not to go unnoticed by higher waffle house head quarters. Is the worse experience I've ever had in a restaurant in my life. These two employees need to be Fired
