Went to the Bar and got a beer. Ordered a ribeye and shrimp. Tasted great but prices are high.

The two people I was with had excellent food, but my steaktips were cold, so why 4 stars? Because I appreciate how they handled it. As soon as I let our waitress know they were cold she offered to have them reheated, order me ones, or I could order something new. As a personal rule I NEVER return food to the kitchen you just never know who has had a bad day and what may happen because you returned it. (Yes have probably watched the movie waiting too many times, but better safe than sorry) we got our check and they did not charge us for them. We were warmly asked to return and they sincerely apologized for the cold food. I am all for giving them another chance as the other two meals were hot and delicious.

We have been to Texas Roadhouse before but in Texas...we decided to go to this one and immediately regretted it. They brought the wrong meal and it took forever to get the waitresses attention after getting her to our table it took another 15 minutes to get the right meal, we didn't have utensils and that took another 5 minutes to get, refills never happened even after asking. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here.

Good food, low prices. Very nice New York strip. Music is sickeningly low brow country, waitresses do weird unenthusiastic dance thing for no apparent reason. Decor is tacky and neon.

Love this place. My Daughter I we went on her Birthday the last Birthday I had with her before her moving to Alaska. We had a blast. Before they did leave as a family we went for supper and had a great time. Since then my husband and I have been twice. Staff is very friendly. The Jamacian CowBoy is a must. I am not a drinker but it is a must try for sure. The food is very good also. One of my favorite places to go to.

Experience not bad for others in my family, but not so good for me for a birthday dinner. I ordered a steak medium rare and rice pilaf. I got a well done steak and a rice pilaf more like Spanish rice with little pieces of green in it. I sent both back and asked for broccoli instead of the rice. They were very busy so I spent the next 15-20 minutes watching my family eat their perfectly cooked steak, ribs, and prime rib. I got another steak, but another couple minutes went by before I got my broccoli because it wasn't done yet. The new steak was medium to medium-well instead of medium-rare, but I wasn't going to be that jerk and send it back again..... Although my food experience wasn't good, both the manager and server, Christina, could not have been nicer! They genuinely cared about my meal experience and I felt like they really wanted us to come back. The manager took care of my birthday meal because of the problems which was nice since I didn't ask for her to. The line dancing every 30 minutes was really cute too! I have tried other Texas Roadhouses in different states and have to say that overall this was a good experience. I will definitely be going back to give them another try!

Decided to finally try this place tonight. We arrived at 7:00pm, and it was pretty busy, but the wait was only 20 min to be seated. However, after being seated it took the kitchen an hour+ to get our food out. Our waitress told us sorry once before the food finally came, however, she said, "If it helps, everyone's order is slow." No, that doesn't help. We have two young children, and they were already ready to go to bed by the time our food showed up to our table a little after 8:30. The staff didn't offer discounts, coupons, or anything more than the above "help". After we got our food, our waitress promptly delivered our check to us while we were still eating, and came by to check if we were ready to pay 3 times in the 15 min it took for us to eat. I know it was probably just awkward for her to have to deal with multiple tables of hungry people waiting an hour to get their order out. But one thing is, you don't punish your customers for kitchen problems. First time we went, last time we'll go. Note: We have never walked out anywhere, but tonight we were 5 seconds from walking out when we saw our server coming with our food. Wendy's would have been better.

Great steaks! Can get busy, real busy, but the staff handles everything with a smile. Eaten here several times, great every time. Staff dances from time to time, fun times. Not into the peanuts on the floor thing, but still want to go back for the meat! I give it a MUST TRY, for sure if ya like steak. Laid back, casual steak house. Cool beans-

Don't bother with the call ahead seating if you have a party bigger than eight. They don't have room and you have to wait for two booths or tables to open up near each other. Which took an hour. One of our tables' food came much later than ours and my own hamburger was well done even after asking for their cooking scale for meat.

We had never been to a Texas Roadhouse before so we decided to stop in while on a trip. We were extremely impressed with the greeters at the door, the short wait for a table, hostess and Sierra our server. We enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and friendliness of every employee we encountered. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to visit another location and hope it compares to this experience!

Had a very rude waitress as well as unfriendly. She laughed when I asked if they had spinach instead of lettuce. Once I received my food, it wasn't even good. The other two people with me also said their food was poor and they didn't eat it. Moderately expensive. Especially for untasty food. I will not return and will not recommend anyone to go here.

My husband and I have been here multiple times and it's always the same thing, long wait with an okay waiter/waitress. Tonight they told us they had a 20-30 minute wait which wasn't bad. It seemed like we came at a good time(7pm on a Friday) There was plenty of seating, which there usually isn't. A couple other parties and couples arrived after us and we had already been waiting for maybe 15 minuets when suddenly people who had came in after us we're being seated first. I'm gonna go ahead and say that those people may have called ahead because that usually doesn't happen there. Any-who the bread was fresh like it always is when get to our table. (The bread and butter is AMAZING) And our waitress got our drink order right away. The sangria margarita is WAY too sweet. And the ribs were a little dry. The green beans are delicious. I would eat them alone for dinner if I could! All in all an okay restaurant experience.

I really like the feel this place has, nice bar with big flat screen tvs. I also like that they have call ahead seating, especially because this place gets so packed. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea and it was horrible. It didn't taste anything like the drink, it was super sour and no alcohol what so ever. For $8 I expect a pretty good mixed drink. I HATE returning drinks so I just drank it.. The boneless wings were horrible ($8 for these little nuggets). I ordered the pulled pork for my dinner which was good. The service was alright. Over all the whole experience was mediocre.

On my first date, my date found glass in his water. My food was good, but the service absolutely terrible. The waitress took 45 minutes to bring our salads, we never got any utensils until we asked, we were there for 3 hours and the manager was extremely rude. I will definitely never go back.

The food is slightly better than average, but I've had less than stellar service the two times I've been here. The atmosphere is pretty good aside from the obnoxious shouting and poorly coordinated singing of their wait staff for random reasons. Gets old pretty quick when you're just trying to eat a meal.... Not bad, but there are better options within a quarter mile.

This is one of the few chain restaurants I truly enjoy going to. The staff is very friendly and you are greeted right when you come to the door. You get bread and a honey/cinnamon butter and peanuts to eat while you order and wait for your food. The food comes out fast, and I've always been pleased. I usually order a steak or chicken critters, and the sweet potatoes are amazing. I wish they carried baked beans, but all the other sides I have tried are delicious. Get there before a certain time and you can order food off a lower priced menu which has a great selection. I've always had a pleasant experience here, and again I'm not a fan of chain restaurants.

There are very few chain restaurants I love and this is one of them. Huge portions for the price you pay. I have been going to Texas Roadhouse since I was young when we would visit family in Texas. Now that Clarksville has one it brings back great memories. Make sure to get the rattlesnake bites for an appetizer. You won't go wrong with any of their menu items.

This was our second time at this location. Our first experience was very bad, food inaccurate, late steak was very tough! Sent back to the kitchen everyone in our party was done as well had issues, manager came to the table and took half of my steak entree and nothing for the inconvenience of the others in our party for there incorrect orders as well. Second time was a bit better, my steak was raw, sent it back 15 min later brought out the same steak ???? Wow, it took that long to bring the same steak back? Manager came back and brought it to me with an apology! Really, everyone in my party was almost done eating! I have ate a other Texas Roadhouses in the past and this will be my LAST time!

Sometimes, you just need a steak and don't particularly care where it comes from . . . Long story short, if you've been to a Texas Roadhouse anywhere else, this is the same thing. My wife and I were nearby and thought maybe we'd go for Indian food, but this place recently opened and was literally across the parking lot from where we were. Despite it being fairly early on a Wednesday, as soon as we pulled up we saw people waiting outside for tables. The inside was jam packed, but we quickly found out it was a party of about 20 waiting for a table. Despite the crowd, we were told a 15-20 minute wait, and despite my incredulity at the fact there was even a wait at a chain restaurant on a Wednesday, we meandered over to the waiting area. On the way, we passed the ubiquitous barrel of peanuts . . . with 4 snot faced kids elbow deep in nutty ecstasy. We decided to pass on the influenza buffet for this go around, despite being recently immunized. The wait time was as promised, and we were seated in a comfy booth. Our served materialized almost instantaneously, and I quickly obtained a giant Shiner Bock served ice cold. I swear, this beer is probably the best thing that has ever come out of Texas. The wife ordered the half rack of ribs, I got the 8 oz sirloin which in all honesty is enough meat for any normal human being, but you can of course get 4-5 times as much beef if you choose. The prices are good, but they will definitely try to talk you in to the upgrade, such as mushrooms, onions, shrimp, etc. I decided to go with naked beef. The steak came out a very nice medium, and our server asked me to cut in to it prior to her leaving the table to make sure it was done to my liking. It was very tasty, but a little heavy on the salt, as was the baked potato. Wife's ribs were rapidly consumed, so I assume they were tasty? Her sweet potato smothered in caramel sauce and marshmallows disappeared just as quickly, so that must have been good too. Of note, they don't take reservations and won't seat you until your whole group is there, but they do offer call ahead seating so you can get on the list before you get there. Pros of this place: decent food for a pretty good price, tasty beers you can't find at a lot of other places, and lots and lots of staff working so you're never left wondering where the heck your server is. Cons: extremely predictable chain, pretty noisy (but arguably a good vibe overall) and peanut dust absolutely everywhere. This is the kind of place you go to when you want a steak, but don't want to put a whole lot of thought into in. Overall, good food for ok prices, but a chain is a chain.

Our server was also rather forgetful as we ended up asking someone else to get items instead. An employee told us that management was very laissez faire, and I could tell. It was like they were a bunch of people hanging out. It just wasn't worth the price tag. I won't be going back.
