The new (limited) Blackberries and Creme Frappuccino was pretty tasty. I'll definitely have to try it again before it's gone.

I use to go in daily. I'm a regular. Seems like they can never get an order right no more. When I tell them the order is wrong they get an attitude. The price you pay for coffee you expect it to be right. I have to repeat my order at least 3 times. They always have new help. I'll be going else where from now on.

Consistently slow. Running out of items is common at this location. It's still the closest starbucks to me. So I'm sure I'll be back, but it would be nice if this feedback reached someone that could bring positive changes!

The downside to this location, which also probably has to do with what time I come through, would be how busy they are! Lucky for me since I go there every morning they know what I want. I always get a venti nonfat, 4 pump, no whip white mocha. It's delicious! My morning wouldn't be the same without it. This location makes my coffee the best, the location on Wilma Rudolph for some reason always makes my coffee and it tastes burnt. The staff is no where near as friendly at Wilma Rudolph but they are much quicker with their service. I would rather wait, my coffee be perfect and receive excellent customer service than to receive my coffee quickly. My son can't go to daycare in the morning without a cake pop from here, he loves them! I love this location and will be here in the morning, as I always am, for my morning pick me up:)

Man, this place was packed with posers on our Sunday trip. No fault of the 'Bucks, of course. The girl got the Coconut Al Pacino (or something like that) that tasted like a Samoa girl scout cookie, awesome. I really don't know what it was I got; some other kind of Al Pacino, Fran Pacino, Marlon Brando, whatever. I told the clerk I needed something sugar free due to my low-carb diet. He asked if caramel was okay, I said sure. It was pretty good. I could tell it was sugar free, but it wasn't awful. The place was clean, the service was efficient, the product was good and not horribly overprice, just not cheap. Meh, what else do you want from your froo-froo frozen coffee?

This rating is not a reflection of the service at this Starbucks, but the wifi signal. It's practically worthless, as if they have their router locked in a safe, underground, as far away from the common area as possible.

Starbucks is starbucks. I took off a star because the lobby is kind of confusing. People loitering, people in line, people waiting to order its gets a bit chaotic.
