[] February 2013 on a Saturday evening (5:30pm), went with my wife and three girls (ages 3, 5, 10) plus one of their friends (10 yr old). [] Food (frozen food cooked and served to perfection) Lobster Feast = Winning! [] Customer Service = average [] Recommend it? No but hear me out... Well it's the only Red Lobster in town (Clarksvegas) and it gets 3 stars. If you like RL and want it I'd say go for it... if you're looking for a seafood restaurant to take friends/family I recommend try some place new. Plenty of restaurants in Clarkville, Hopkinsville, and of course Nashville. [] To the Manager: People like the convenience and familiarity of a chain restaurant such as RL or OG. What makes these type of restaurants stand out is by providing customers with excellent service. I judge it not only by the service at my table, but also by observing waitresses/ers serving tables around us. Bottom line, the service provided to me did not make me want to come back, and i probably won't unless my wife and kids REALLY want some Red Lobster. Our waitress was very short, did not smile once (and we were in a great mood and joking at our table). She was very polite though and ensured our appetizer, salads, main course and drinks were delivered right on time. A little too quick almost as if we were getting rushed out. And you know you're getting rushed out when you're not even asked if you would like any dessert or not.

I enjoyed our dining experience on 7/10/15. We had a free appetizer coupon and a $25.00 gift card so off we went for dinner. We were seated in a booth in Devonte's section and he greeted us in a timely manner. He was very personable with all of his tables and he knows customer service. Devonte said that he has worked there for 2 years and I hope for Red Lobster's sake that he sticks around because he is great!! We started with the jumbo shrimp appetizer- you get 6 along w/ cocktail sauce and a wedge of lemon- it was good. The cost is $8.99 but if you go online and print their current coupon, you get a free app or dessert until 7/19- I think... Those biscuits are so tasty but we didn't want to fill up on them so we took the remaining ones to go. I like that the bag has reheating instructions- do not put them in the microwave. My boyfriend ordered the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake $24.99 and ate the whole thing which according to Devonte, this was the first time he saw anyone finish the whole thing- clearly Devonte doesn't know how we roll- wasting food isn't something we do. I ordered the Caribbean Salmon and Shrimp $16.99. It was good but had too much sauce. I'm a healthy eater and I don't understand why people enjoy food slathered/drenched/soaked in butter, oil, sauces- I like to taste the actual food. To each their own. We don't typically go to Red Lobster but if we have another gift card, we'll come back!

Always a great experience. The peach tea is a great way to start dinner. Cheddar Bay biscuits and a caesar salad will tempt you to fill up before your main entree shows up. The crab legs are always a treat. If you have toom, Iove the chocolate cake.

Danielle our server was great. Very professional and friendly. The food on the other hand was a little expensive and for the money is was ok. I had the steak and rock lobster tail. The steak was very good. The lobster tail was small and the meat was very tough. I also got a side of fries and they were very good as well. If you haven't tried red lobster in a while go and check it out. I'd think twice about ordering a rock tail lobster though.

The four course feast was very affordable. Ask for Brandon. He was an awesome server. The only place I will eat seafood in Clarksville Tennessee. While I am not always a fan of lobster, if you want lobster anything, if they seem to have it on the menu. I had the shrimp and scallop linguine and it was superb. The bar is a little-known place to have a top shelf drink in Clarksville.

Really surprised with the quality of food that we had tonight and it wasn't just one dish either. We had the crab legs that weren't cooked all the way, pasta that had grease all in the bottom of the bowl, shrimp that was rubbery and crunchy steamed broccoli. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence but won't go back to find out. What's sad is that nobody came after we received our food to ask if everything was good or ok.

Best experience dining out ever! The service was perfectly polite, cordial, and professional. Biscuits came out with the drinks, but we knew better. We were not gonna fill up on those delicious morsels because we were there for the seafood. We ordered a half dozen oysters, shrimp cocktail, and the calamari with vegetables to start. The oysters were beautifully presented and were the biggest I'd ever seen. Hubby said they were delish. Yuck... I do not like oysters. The calamari dish was also well presented. I had never even heard of frying broccoli, but it was really good. I am not a fan of fried food. The greasy breading makes me cringe. But they were well drained so I just had to try a piece of broccoli. The husband enjoyed the calamari and a few of the veggies. My shrimp cocktail was also lovely upon arrival to the table. The shrimp was not over cooked and not frozen so I was happy. They were also a good size for a shrimp cocktail. My husband's entree came just after the salads. He had the admirals feast which contained fried tilapia, fried shrimp, fried clams, and fried scallops. The scallops were the baby variety, and the clam strips were actually clams instead of hard fried breading. My husband was very impressed with the clam strips. On to my delicious meal....stuffed flounder. I love flounder. Absolute favorite fish of mine. It was broiled nicely and came with green beans for a side. The entree came with 2 flounders, but just the one was enough for me. Our drinks stayed full and after the family beside us left the noise level became perfect. Sometimes people are just loud when they have children. The food and service was so good we didn't even look over in disdain. We will totally be going back to eat at this Red Lobster. Our meal came out to be around $80 including a tip of $10. A bit pricey but we did order three appetizers. Two big Yums for this excellent dining experience.

We went here for my husband's birthday tonight. The hostess led us thru the dining area which had this nasty STENCH. It smelled like a boy's locker room. Erm, this is supposed to be a nice seafood restaurant. Next we were promptly waited on by our waitress. I had the seafood trio and my husband ordered the feast. We also ordered an appetizer of calamari. FOOD: -My husband's lobster resembled a crawdaddy. -The fettuccine linguine tasted like it was made with Lipton noodles and fake cheese. -The shrimp scampi isn't what it used to be. THE KICKER: Because I had filled up on the cheddar biscuits I had majority of my food leftover. She came and gave us the ticket and put my leftovers in a to go box. The bill was $62, not worth it in my opinion. We paid and left, but I realized when we weren't even out near Books a Million that I forgot my to go box. My husband pulled back around and I gave a nod to the hostess, I forgot my food. I walk back to our table and a host was setting it up. I asked if they had moved the to go box on the table. He told me it probably got thrown away. Are you kidding me??!! I wasn't even gone 3 minutes!! The idiot host just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. They were not busy so there was no need to set the table right away. And if I ever forgot food before, the waitress would hold it for me..because I'd be right back in to get it. Shit happens! Needless to say I walked out furious that I just paid $18 for shrimp scampi and 2 bites of nasty shrimp linguine. The last Red Lobster I ate at gave me food poisoning. This is a sign that I should NEVER eat at a Red Lobster again.

My worst visit ever to a Red Lobster. Arrived at 11 am for lunch. After the door was opened, the sever took my order. She advised the neither the biscuits or the soup was ready. I ordered the 4 course special: chicken tortilla soup, cole slaw, shrimp & scallop linguini and key lime pie. The server brought my slaw and the bowl slipped from her hand and the salad flew all over the table but not me. She was apologetic and immediately cleaned everything up. When she brought the new bowl of slaw, I had to return it because the cabbage was quite bitter. She then brought the pasta which was piping hot and delicious! When the soup arrived, I abandoned the pasta to eat the soup while it was hot. It, too, was delicious. Perfectly seasoned broth and pieces of chicken. I resumed eating the pasta but it had begun to chill. I took the remainder for my dinner. The salad that replaced the slaw was passable - iceberg lettuce with big pieces of the hard, bitter part, cucumber, tomato, red cabbage, red onion and carrot. The basaltic raspberry vinegarette was good. Key lime pie was a nice end to the meal. Everyone and every restaurant has a bad day. In over 35 years of coming to Red Lobster, this was the worst experience. Not really bad at all. It certainly won't stop me from returning.

In the past I had concluded that Red Lobster was basically overpriced medium to low quality seafood and quit coming....but we got some gift cards and gave them another chance. Restaurant was clean, service was good....food was about the same. I do like the garlic cheese biscuits they serve. I would not have come had it not been for the gift cards....probably won't return unless I get another gift card or someone else pays.

Well, I am surprised that no one has reviewed this Red Lobster yet. This isn't a place we go all of the time, but I had received a coupon in my email to welcome me back after they remodeled (Plus with a holiday gift card- we were looking at a thrifty meal) Driving up, it looks like it is way too fancy for Clarksville. They have done a great job updating it. Inside- things still look the same. I think the bathrooms may be new, but other than that- things still look like they always have. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, and when we were taken to our seats- I was taken aback. They put us in this strange half booth/half chairs table. It looked like they were trying to cram another table into the area. Our waiter seemed nice and he brought the food quickly. The baked potatoes weren't cooked long enough (and even after asking for a second one- it was still undercooked). It was so busy that we really didn't get a ton of attention (had to flag down for refills, etc). The 3 stars comes from my end experience. I gave the gift card and said I was giving a cash tip to him. I get my receipt and it says $11.xx left on your gift card with your tip (realizing that it automatically gave him a gratuity). Below it says $14.xx without the gratuity. I circled the $14 and marked out the $11 (since I had already left him a generous cash tip). Upon checking my balance today, it says my balance was $11.xx. This waiter made a $10 tip on a $20 meal. That is just dishonest to me!

Yet again, tried to have a nice evening out eating at a Clarksville restaurant and was terribly disappointed! Upon entering the establishment, we were hit with an awful stench. The floor was dirty, littered with what looked like crumbs and paper. My male friend requested a table in the back but was told it was closed off and not for repair. I'm not too picky about seating but if I request a certain table, I want that table being that I'm about to spend at least a $100 in your restaurant. We were given the table we requested and ordered drinks and food. Despite the lingering stench, we were determined to enjoy the rest of our nite. Our drinks and bread arrived shortly. I proceeded to put bread on my plate and noticed a long, very visible hair on it. To say the least, we spoke to the manager, received a gift card, and left without eating. We ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings!

The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and my husband and I were seated without having to wait, even though dinner was already in full-swing. The interior is lovely and clean; the food delicious... Going IN. I got food poisoning the night we got home and had to throw away my yummy left-overs. I've heard of this happening to other friends of mine, but from the look of the place, didn't believe it until that night. Nothing happened to my husband, however, so obviously some of the menu items are fine. Go if you're feeling lucky, I suppose.
