Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

No complaints here! I work within walking distance from this restaurant so I thought I would check out their lunch specials. No taco Tuesday celebration here but they do have a taco lunch special that comes with rice and beans for $4.50 (a taco Ala carte is $1.75). The beef taco was good; good flavor. They packed it so full with meat that the lettuce and cheese would not fit but overall it settled my craving. Salsa here is delicious too although I'd love if they plated their lunches with some Pico, especially since there was no tomato for the taco. For a sweet treat, I had their "fried" ice cream. The portion would be better to share with a date; it's a little big for one person although that didn't stop me. It's made with a good amount of honey and drizzled with chocolate and whipped topping. Can't really go wrong there. The service was great. Granted it was a Tuesday afternoon, but I did sit outside and was not forgotten so that's wonderful. ;) I will enjoy lunch here again, I'm sure!

Food quality was good! We were surprised at how good the food and service was. We were able to eat outside on the patio with our dogs. Four of us at lunch for under for under 30 dollars. Definite recommend

We really enjoy the food, atmosphere and margaritas here. Service can sometimes be slow but they're polite and since we enjoy it and it's close to home, we go back.

Service is horrible!! There's a soccer game on tv so good luck getting someone to come to your table. Food was pretty good. But there are WAY too many other Mexican restaurants in a few mile radius from here that have good food and staff who will come to your table. Gave it a few tries. Will not be back.

Hands down the best Mexican restaurant I've been to in this area. Everyone else knows it too, because the place is always packed. Let me get to the important parts.... -great salsa -white cheese dip has a nice little kick to it. -the margaritas get you completely annihilated after 2. Did I mention they always have drink specials? -Mexican rice is nice and fluffy. Refried beans are awesome as well. -tacos, enchiladas, burritos are all excellent choices. -never had a bad tasting night here. You know how some Mexican joints just have a day where the food tastes like crap? Not this place! -great service, so leave a nice tip. -busy, but I've never had to wait. Only gripe I have is that it is so far out in Clarksville, when I live in hopkinsville! It's worth the drive though.

We enjoy this place, but our last trip, I got fish tacos. What I received was simply three extremely salty pieces of fish on a flour tortilla - no sauce, cabbage, or anything else. I have a hard time believing the management of this otherwise good restaurant knows that's what their staff passes as fish tacos.

Food was pretty good when I dined in, take out was another story. Both times I have ordered takeout they got it completely wrong. Also, their attitude is not one that makes me feel welcomed...it was as if they were doing me the hugest favor on earth to serve me food. May return to eat in, but never will get take out again.
