Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This place is great... The selections are huge and they even have a sushi chef preparing it fresh( you dont see that in alot of buffet places) We always go around 11 or 12 o clock so that the stuff keeps coming out fresh.. I will continue to go back to this place as much as possible...

We visit this location once a year and I was there last night and it was AWFUL. I ate a piece of sushi that tasted spoiled, the wonton soup was greasy and the sweet and sour chicken was uneatable. I have no idea what happened to this place but I can tell you I am nursing a sick stomach from what little I did eat. I'm not sure if I will be able to go there in the future. Sadly disappointed.

This place has improved , the food is fresher and hotter...and it has the most choices of any I have been to. Cheap prices! I even filled up on sushi and didn't get sick! If they would invest in some new paint and carpet/tiles floors it would be 5 stars.

It wasn't bad..the food is decent. We took our family there for dinner. Four teenagers plus my husband and myself. We are military. We eat good. But the waitresses made us feel hurried & when the $83 bill arrived (yes just the buffet) my husband gave her his military ID for our discount. The military discount is $1.20 per ID! Lol What a joke. Plus the waitress was rude about all of it. I couldn't believe it.

I stopped by on a weekday night for a quick meal. There were lots of options (multiple buffet bars, including sushi and Mongolian grill) for a very reasonable price. My favorite item by far is the octopus salad, it was refreshingly spicy and vinegar-y. Delicious! Everything else pales in comparison. The entrees are your standard buffet fares: nothing to write home about. Some fried entries were quite hard and crusty; others tasted like they were fried/cooked in the same sauce. The sushi was a little....bizarre. I couldn't put my finger on it. The fish tasted fresh but the rice wasn't right. I didn't bother to try the Mongolian Grill. They had a ton of ice cream flavors to choose from, all sitting in "Baskin-robbins style ice cream buckets inside a freezer. Unfortunately, the labels were off and while it's easy to distinguish strawberry from chocolate, it's much harder to tell which bucket is chocolate vs. coffee, etc. I decided to just not get any in the end as I am picky with my ice cream and really don't want to taste five different kinds before finding what I was looking for. Overall, expect more options than a standard buffet, but with nothing truly great (except for the octopus salad). Definitely tolerable. But go early, before 8 PM.

One of the best Chinese buffets I have had, and believe me, I have eaten at quite a few! The stand outs for me were the sushi (very good quality for a buffet) and the crab. The crab sushi was really good and really crab! Definitely worth a try when you're in Clarksville.

We went here based on the reviews and I'm quite happy with their buffet. Unless we hear of another good Chinese buffet, or am invited to another with friends, we'll continue to go back here. They have a good selection of food (typical Chinese, seafood, sushi, american entrees, deserts, ice cream, fruit, egg drop soup, fish, chicken, etc.) It was all pretty tasty. A lot of standard buffet sushi, but there was a really good spicy roll. Service was really fast getting us seated, drinks ordered, and plates picked up. Very friendly staff. Adult buffet was $11 and $5 for kids on a Sunday dinner time.

I'm not normally a fan of buffets, but they have a lot of selection and a pretty high turnover on food (which means they're usually pretty fresh). They've also got a huge selection of foods. TONS. I usually stick to the sushi and cold shrimp, which both taste pretty fresh. I was impressed, because I wasn't expecting a Chinese buffet in the center of Tennesse to have good sushi.

They have some of the best sushi in Clarksville, and great food. My husband loves the Mongolian grill (which is included in the price). They give a military, and APSU discount, so bring your id.

To me this is the best Chinese buffet in this town. They actually have a nice hot variety of food and didn't spend all their money on decor. Nice staff and decent prices. Mongolian grill and serve your self mayfield ice cream included in price. This is the only Chinese buffet I'll eat at.
