Maybe it's just that this iHOP is new, but it just misses the mark in both food and service. We've tried it twice now, and won't be back. The first time we chalked it up to the fact that they hadn't been open very long, but three weeks later they still don't have it together. 1. As a breakfast place, how do you mess up eggs "over easy"? They were overcooked to the point where I almost needed a knife to cut them -- the yolks were nearly solid and edges of the whites were fried to a crunchy crisp. By the time the food arrived at our table, everything was barely lukewarm. 2. The pancakes arrived, and while there were several flavored syrups in the little rack, there was no "old fashioned" syrup. I had to hunt down the server and ask for it, which for some unexplained reason they keep in the back until you go looking for it. 3. Utensils were missing, so I had to walk around and grab some from an open table. 4. They must also be rationing coffee. After the server poured the first cups, the carafe was empty, and again we had to hunt down the server for a second cup. I know these franchises are a big investment. You have a lot riding on your ability to consistently put out good food with good service. Don't risk your investment over poor hiring decisions and training in both the front and back of the house.

Well been twice now not impressed. Food was ok eggs ugh for some reason every ihop I have been to they try to cook the eggs to fast. Raw inside burned outside. I hate link sausage that's all they have. Ham. Really no country ham gosh. They take forever to get you a drink refill. Don't recommend this one but you decide!

Terrible !!! The food was over cooked and had so much salt on it that you couldn't bear to eat it. No one at our table finished their food. It was crowded since it was a Sunday but they were sending part of the staff home early . That did not help the already busy servers. Would not go there again if the food was free!

Worst dining experience ever. Their heater was broken, they were offering free coffee- but only filled our coffee pot up half way. I ordered bacon, also ordered hashbrowns with cheese on them- the bacon was served uncooked, which got comp'd, and the hashbrowns came out and the cheese was cold and not melted at all. They melted the cheese after I asked, but for a new restuarant : they should want to flourish and not have customers sending food back after not even being open a month. Our waitress waa Autumn and she was kind and understanding. I felt so bad for her for having to work in a restuarant that obviously has zero teamwork or attention to detail. Not to mention the lady at the counter when we went to pay. She put her hand out and just snatched the ticket from my friends hand, never asked how our meal was, did not make eye contaxt. Nothing. This is the only time I have ever complained about a restuarant - but wow. This axtually almost ruined my day. Paying patrons do not enjoy having to send food back. It makes me very uncomfortable. And it would have been nice to have been treated like a human being during check out. Even if i were given a giftcard for a free meal there- i would never ever go back. My friend ia a server and he will be sure to tell alll his server friends not to eat there. Anyone who is a server knows that word gets around fast in the server world.

So this place is clean, food was good but I did get my cinnamon French toast served cold/kinda warm. I ate the French toast cold or warm, it was ok. I think we came in during shift change. It appears some of the workers just like to stay here even when they are off. They must have a great family of workers here, now that's hard to find these days, maybe it's a Tennessee thing. People here are all kind and seem to be caring. I'm not used to that where I've been. Enough rambling for now. Come eat here. I'll be back.

My last review was too generous. Two stars was wayyyyyy too nice. I wish there was an option for less than one star. Our food comped, yet again, I'm curious how they make money. I ordered the bacon, avocado, cheddar omelette. Please see the picture of the avocado that should never have left the kitchen. As usual, bad service, atmosphere is hectic, building was way too cold, and the wrong order came out the first time... We have given this place so many chances, every experience is worst than the last. I wish Clarksville would maintain a decent place to eat breakfast.

Waited 45mins to be served all I order was a B.L.T and a soup. I didn't know what kind of soup was coming out till it was in front of me. Of I could ask the waiter but she didn't know she said I could try to go find out. Really you did not know what the soup of the day is fine just send it out to me. After the food was served to me the B.L.T. looked like someone went crazy stabbing the shit out of the sandwich. Oh, by the way it was Tomato Soup. The food was good but service was bad. This place really needs help with being handicap friendly. Reason why I bring this up while I was waiting i witnessed a lady in a wheelchair struggle on getting out because they placed her in the back corner far from the entrance and exit. Once I did get my food to me 5mins later the bill was given to me hell I wasn't even done eating yet nor was I close seriously. Any ways hope you guys and girls take the time to read this.

OMG Worst dining experience in a long time, it was so hot in the restaurant! Brand new IHOP with A/c problems? Now let's get to food I ordered 3 eggs, hasbrowns, bacon and substituted crepe for pancakes and sweet tea GRAND TOTAL: $14.52 nothing special about this breakfast except 1.69 for 1 pc of toast and 1.69 for 1 extra egg VALUE/QUALITY/QUANTITY FOR YOUR MONEY IS THE WORST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED EATING OUT! maybe that why they don't ask you how your meal was upon checking out. THERE ARE 2 CHOICES LESS THAT A QUARTER MILE AWAY THAT ARE 1000% BETTER THAN THIS PLACE! This IHOP should be ashamed of yourselfs OH the bacon looked like it was split length wise to make 2 pieces (microwave bacon)

Don't eat here. The plates and silverware are dirty. I ordered the spice ranch chicken sandwich and the chicken was RAW!! I will never come back ever again. The pancakes were tough and nasty. The Rae meat was unacceptable. Even though the cook was there for 3 days but it's still not acceptable. I was so mad

I LOVE this place. They always have GREAT service! The food is good, prices are perfect, and staff is always friendly. A great place to take kids.

We ate there today and had excellent service and good IHOP food. This is a new location so expect a few "on the job" training quirks but the interior is clean, modern, reasonable prices, and friendly servers. The Big Steak Omelette is tasty and huge plus pancakes on the side. They also have sugar free syrup if someone needs it. All and all, we'll be back especially since its easier to get in than the one on Wilma Rudolph.

Being I had to chose a Star I gave this place a 1 even though they don't even deserve that. We got seated by the hostess we waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were even there. Took another 30 for our food. Never got refills on our drinks. Didn't even ask if we wanted anything else. You know a simple apology goes a long way. But didn't even get that. Now I could understand if they were busy but they weren't at all. Many empty tables. I looked around and other people you could tell were getting frustrated. Told the Manger when we were leaving and he looked at me as if to say, What do you expect me to do about it? Called corporate and they could of cared less. We use to love IHOP but this location we will never step foot in again and you can bet we will be spreading the word.

We went this morning trying to have a breakfast, we waited for 30 min! Thinking the wasn't any tables available and we looked inside and alot of spaces were available!! The manager said to someone else that they weren't sitting anyone because the were behind on alot of orders. People who was trying to pay the had problems too at the register! A total mess!! No organization at all!!! So we left!! And other people did the same. We went tu Rudi's small place but better service!!!!!!
