My friend and I had breakfast there Sunday morning. Not a long wait, servers were wonderful, the food was fabulous (I had the steak omelet...divine!!!). I hadn't eaten at an Ihop in years, and while it's not close enough to be a regular 'go to', when we're in Clarksville it will be!!

The food was pretty decent. I got Bacon cheeseburger with fries. Kinda skimpy with the fries but I didn't really mind. Burger was OK Bacon could have been cook a little longer since outer edges was still pretty fatty. Edges of my lettuce was a little shrivelled up but I don't ever eat it any ways. Customer service was good. Had us in and out. Only thing I didn't like was a fly kept bothering me.

Since my last posting, the food has improved and the steak tips were very good. However, I'm leaving the one star for terrible service and cold food. In a party of seven, half the meals were cold (hot sandwich, two omelettes, and a pancake special). We requested hot syrup for the pancakes while ordering. One of the hot meals got cold while waiting for the hot syrup (had to ask two times to get it). 10 mins after being served we got the hot syrup which was only lukewarm. But that's ok, they got the order wrong on another meal and that person didn't get their food until after ALL six remaining people were completely through eating. Awful.

Every time I come here. They never get the eggs right. Overmed is not supposed to have lace. My friends omelet looked like it was made from the leftovers. Pancakes alway come out cold. Not happy

Came here with my sisters today and it was not as wonderful as I thought it would be. We got seated right away and ordered our food. My sister got a philly cheese steak and my other sister got a chicken florentine crepe. The philly's cheese wasn't even melted and the onions were so sour. We didn't know that the crepe had mushrooms yet there was more mushrooms than chicken! The items were taken off our check but we're never coming back here again.

I just left this place and I can tell you that the service was great, but the food was beyond awful. I got the healthy choice egg white omelette with fresh fruit. When the plate came to my table, the "fresh fruit" was half frozen, half mush and had awful freezer burn. The omelette wasn't an omelette at all. It looked like a pile of scrambled egg whites with wilted vegetables mixed in, sitting in a pool of greasy grey liquid. I asked if I could see the manager, and imagine my suprise that the manager was the same guy that delivered my food to the table. The manager saw this awful food come off the line, and he still delivered it to me. He did offer to remake everything, but I declined. Why would I trust the manager to fix a problem that he was to incompetent to fix in the first place. I will give ihop another chance because the food on the menu looks great, I just won't ever return to this location.

I don't get it. When they first opened, this place used to be good. We moved to another state for a few years. Upon returning, we decided to go out for pancakes and it was just awful! The original staff had such pride. We actually had a regular server that we favorited. Now you can hear the servers yelling at each other, yelling at the cooks and being rude to the patrons. The pancakes fall apart. No joke. How can you be named International House of PANCAKES and fu*k up PANCAKES?! It just doesn't make sense. Denny's is no better so really you're s.o.l if you want good pancakes in Clarksville.

Ok, I have eaten at IHOP & not had too many problems. I've been getting the cinnastack which is awesome. Last time I went I said next time I want to get the fruit creeps. It's a crepe filled with cream cheese sweetened & topped with strawberry glaze, strawberries, bananas & whipped cream. I was so looking forward to it. The waitress brings me 1 crepe, says it's a new cook & she will bring the other in a minute. There was so much strawberry glaze on it that it was dropping on the table, so I had to clean up that mess with no extra napkins. There was no bananas on it at all, but that wasn't that big of a deal. I cut into it & I bet, for the whole crepe there might have been a teaspoon of the sweetened cream cheese. I might be generous by saying a teaspoon. It had strawberries on the inside so it made it look like it was really full & I Had requested lots of filling. I showed this to the waitress who brought me a small saucer of the cream cheese. I had to ask 3 different times for napkins. I was soooo disappointed. I don't live near an IHOP, so I plan on going when I have to go to the doctors. I think I'm going to take a break from IHOP.

The food here is thoroughly disgusting. How can an omelet be both over and under cooked? How can hash browns have no brown? Why are the pancakes so crumbly that the butter burns a hole right through it? Everything I tried to choke down was nasty. Never again.

I mean ... it's IHOP! Nothing amazing but the pancakes are good and its always the same! Sunday morning get really busy, if you can get in before the first group of people getting out of early session church you are golden, otherwise you will wait a while it get in! The staff is always nice!

I just don't understand how the lines are so long here and the food is so bad???? Do people in Clarksville have such low standards for breakfast fare? The food is limp, bad, and gross! I have flat out refused to go back. The food tastes like it was made in a microwave three weeks ago and sat under a heat lamp. The place is dirty and the waitresses are rude.

I give IHOP props for even being open on Christmas in the first place. It was busy when we arrived but we only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was nice, helpful, and patient because my girlfriend couldn't makeup her mind on what she wanted to eat. We got our food about 20 minutes later and my order was good. I had zero complaints but my girl hated her food. Oh welly!!!

Meh.... It's okay. Nothing spectacular. Might as well go to Waffle House. Service almost always sucks and the food is okay. Not terrible but not the best. I like going here on laid back days with the hubby, more than likely we get ignored by our waitress. Like I said, sucky service.

I used to go here a lot when my bf was in the Army still. This Ihop was pretty good. The line to get a seat was usually pretty long. It is in a military town so it was quite busy all the time, and it seemed to be one of the only breakfast places around. But still it was very decent for an Ihop and especially for how busy it was.

This was the worst experience that I've had at an IHOP. The server was great but the food was well below standard. The eggs (not shelled eggs either) were overcooked. Two people in our party didn't get their food until we had already finished our meals. Once they did, part of their meal was cold. Manager did comp the kids meal plus gave us all a 20% discount. However it should not have gotten to that point in the first place.

Very very busy place and Good Food and good prices. The lines are long but my husband and I go every Sunday and people will be waiting outside but we have never waited any longer the 15-20 minutes to be seated. Worth the wait :)
