Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Both the service and food were great. We were in at an off time - 3:00pm. We were greeted when we walked in the door and seated. Our server Whitney came over to the table and greeted us as if she was a friend. We started the cheese rangoons, they were light and crispy. The cream cheese filling was a yummy blend of sweet and tangy. We then enjoyed crispy egg rolls, hot from the fryer, and sesame chicken. The sesame chicken was served hot with a choice of fried or steamed rice. The sauce had a good flavor and was not overly sticky.

Seriously the best Chinese I've ever had! I'm a vegetarian and they have a great selection for me (I usually get the teriyaki vegetables and spring rolls. Their lo mein noodles are delicious and not oily like other places. Fried rice is fluffy and amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this place! Excellent service too! It's totally worth the 30 minute drive from Ft Campbell.

If you Chinese, you will understand my review. The food made you sleepy and thirsty. I order Chicken Broccoli and small Hot and Sour Soup. The bill was close to $15.00

My boyfriend and I have eaten here a few times, and this is one of my favorite places to eat Chinese in Clarksville. The restaurant is so nice, welcoming, and clean; they also deliver! Everything I've ever ordered has tasted wonderful. I absolutely love their cheese rangoon. The only downside I can think of is it's a bit pricey at dinner, but if you want freshly-cooked, good food, this is the place to go!

My favourite Chinese joint in Clarksville. Amazing food, the waiters are nice, and they recently did renovations so it looks even nicer than before. They have a bar now, which has more than beer and wine now. There's a door that leads directly to the bar for people who are just there to chill at the bar or for carry-outs. It IS a bit pricey, but I consider it well worth it. I'm a bit disappointed that more people don't eat here.

I always love HK Wok because of their fresh ingredients, normal portion sizes, and phenomenal service. They truly stand out from other local competitors. We ordered delivery last night for the first time. It took about an hour and a half for the food to arrive - but they told us that up front. This is the first time I have ordered Pad Thai with chicken, and definitely not the last. I am always willing to pay more for food that looks like it was individually prepared rather than prepared in mass quantities. Hong Kong Wok is the best in Clarksville for this type of food.

The delivery service was fast! The garlic broccoli was great! The veggie pad Thai and veggie fried rice were also good. The house salad with sesame garlic dressing was mediocre. The Thai veggies had good flavor. Overall, the food was good. We will certainly order from them again!

Delicious food in a nice atmosphere. It's not your usual buffet-type restaurant. Whether it's dine in or carry out, the quality is superb.

Sadly have to update this review with fewer stars. The quality and taste of the food is fantastic, but it seems like they have a serious order accuracy issue. Twice in one month they did not prepare my order correctly. One time, I ordered a chicken dish, and it didn't have any chicken! If the kitchen can get their act together I would love to update this to five stars again.

Decent for a quick lunch, the flavors of the meals need to be more complex. I liked the cheese wontons. I think with some more thought and effort they have the potential to be a great place to eat.

Reviews on this place led me to it and the reviews were spot on accurate. I love soup. Their Hot & Sour was phenomenal. Food overall was good. Atmosphere was clean, quiet, and definitely had a modern bistro feel. Prices were incredibly reasonable.

My family loves this place! The food is amazing and the staff is super friendly! They will remember your name and what you order and make you feel really welcome. Great prices too! I also love hanging out at their bar for girls nights! (They have awesome happy hour specials!)

I'm from LA and this place is very good. My husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken and he loved it. I ordered the mushroom chicken and it was very good. I did not like the fried rice. Our meals were the lunch bent boxes and the price was great for what we got!

Best Chinese food in Clarksville for sure! Actually, it's really good overall and I've lived and eaten in major metro areas. We have eaten there several times and it's excellent every time. Tonight I had the Mongolian beef. Very tender, perfectly trimmed slices of beef. Sauce was delicious and flavorful and thankfully just onions. I can't stand when places put mushrooms in it. I've had Bento boxes there too. Very fun. Cheese Rangoon and shrimp tempura are also good. Hot and sour soup - best I've ever had. My husband gets the chicken noodle and said it was really good. It seems they really pay attention to the quality of their ingredients. Not your typical sticky, gummy Chinese food with gristle and over fried breading. Seems healthier than a lot of places. The fried rice is even lightly fried. If you like cocktails, they have a nice list. They have happy hour with cheap wine and beer and some cocktail choices. The environment is also very clean and upbeat. I like the music they play. Jeff Buckley was playing in there. Must be a pandora station. Really fun. The service is pretty good. Not excellent, but I'm ok with average service. It certainly wasn't bad. They just usually have young women serving who seem really tentative and shy, but polite. My only suggestion, if the managers see this, is to put honey chicken on the kid's menu. They have sweet and sour, so I don't see what the big deal would be for honey chicken. I asked if it would be ok and my server said no. I don't like being told a flat no for things that seem easy to accommodate. Unless she gets asked that question a lot, I felt she should have checked with the manager. We are regulars that buy cocktails and wine, usually get appetizers and soup. We're not cheap. I'm sure the manager would have accommodated us. Anyways...maybe the next time we go in, honey chicken will be on the kid's menu.

One of my favorite places to eat when I am home visiting my family. I love the bento box!!!

Great tofu dishes :)

I've ordered carry out from this place twice. The first meal (I can't remember exactly - some kind of chicken dish) was decent but overpriced. The one I ordered today was salmon, and by salmon I mean a rubbery and chewy fish stick covered in a sweet glaze - probably previously frozen - but definitely not worth $16. The staff is nice, the ambiance is nice, and the location is convenient for me, but the food is just not that good and really pretty poor for the price. There's a Taco Bell next door and truthfully, eating there would have been a more satisfying experience today. If this is "the best Chinese food in Clarksville," then I recommend spending a few bucks on a Chinese cook book and learning to cook it at home.

HOT AND SOUR SOUP is to die for... I really wish I could bath in the broth... I don't know if they make it from scratch or if they get it from somewhere but this is amazing... I really liked everything I had... There was one girl that was waiting on the whole place but she seemed to be very good at it and it didnt seem that anyone went without... I will be back to this place if not just for the hot and sour soup...

This really is THE best Chinese food in Clarksville. The cheese rangoons they serve are the best I have ever had anywhere in my life ever. Although the rangoons are especially outstanding, everything on the menu is fantastic. They serve bento boxes that are fairly priced. They also have buy one get one free coupons you can print off their website that I definitely take advantage of when we go.

First - I'd like to give myself a huge "WELCOME BACK" because I want to be very loyal to Yelp once again. Moving on... I hate to give this place a 2/5 because the staff was so nice but I know good Chinese food when I taste it and for being called one of the best Chinese places in Clarksville - I'm going to hate my hangover cure of getting Chinese. Anyways, I got the Thai Chicken Coconut Curry and I was really excited because Chicken Coconut Curry is my most favorite meal ever. I was very disappointed. But I'm getting ahead of myself. My boyfriend and me first got there - I was extremely hung over from my inauguration of the nightlife in Clarksville and I was craving some Pan Asian food. I read the reviews on Yelp and thought to myself - "I got to figure out where all the good places are eventually, and if this tastes good now - imagine when I'm sober." So, I was really excited and as soon as I walked in - it was beautiful. It was a small business and was not a chain, you could tell. The staff was so polite and it was only us two and an old couple eating there at lunchtime on a Saturday. I was epically excited to eat here. So the presentation is excellent. It's clean and well decorated and they deliver. Everything was lining up. The lunch specials are great - two appetizers and an entrée for like $6.99. My boyfriend got the hot and sour soup - which was delicious, and he got the lunch special of Chicken Lo Mein and chicken dumplings. The chicken dumplings were mediocre and but tasted good - they were fried which I wasn't too fond of but good nonetheless. I later went to an Asian grocery store and got dumplings and they tasted the same. Then I got my food. Like I said before - disappointment. It didn't even taste like Massaman/Coconut/Curry/Thai ... anything. It just tasted like they had thrown a whole bunch of different sweet and sour spices together to make something completely different from other Asian foods and to the unsuspecting taste buds it would have tasted OK - not to me. It was a very big disappointment. I ate about a quarter of it and then asked for a take home box and then threw it away. Only brightside - friendly staff and good sweet tea. But if that's a sign of Chinese places to come ... I'm in for an intimate relationship with HK Wok delivery and many more reviews. More to follow in the coming months.

Best chinese in Clarksville. Trust me, don't go to the buffets unless you want quanity over quality. This is a small restaurant with a good atmosphere and GREAT food. They also deliver. Prices are great and ask about the family specials. I think it's 2 main courses, 4 cheese rangoons/eggrolls, and a full rice or noodle dish for 27.00.

We absolutely love Hong Kong Wok. We've eaten lettuce wraps at P.F. Chang's in Nashville, and they are no better than the ones at Hong Kong Wok. Everything there is fresh - like it was just cooked. Their bento box is absolutely delicious and their crab rangoons are the best I've ever eaten. If you haven't eaten spring rolls at Hong Kong Wok, you are really missing out. The owner/cook is from China, so I think he knows a thing or two about Chinese food. I could eat here at least once a week. Highly recommend it.
