I go here every other month. No issues with them. I do feel they don't give you a full cup of what you order when it comes to their coffee side of drinks. But a cheap ice tea they will give you a full top

Never again after eating the food and dealing with their slow service. I would honestly rather pay the extra buck or two for Starbucks than deal with that headache.

I'm not sure what happened in the last few months but this DD has gone downhill. Not one order has been correct in our last 10 orders. And usually it's just a coffee and a donut/bagel. It seems to be the same boy taking the orders and then complete confusion at the window. We went this morning and had to repeat the order at the window since they didn't receive it correctly and we still didn't receive our ONE item order, a latte, the way we ordered... Face to face. A large Carmel swirl latte (a menu item) with 1 sugar and whipped cream. That's all. That's it. And still, incorrect. Go to Nerdy Birdy!

The service was great, the staff was friendly...BUT, while waiting at the counter I noticed that the donuts were not covered by glass or anything to keep them fresh...and there was a fly crawling all over the muffins...donuts were okay.

This Dunkin Donuts has no variety at all. The customer service is always pretty bad. They usually don't greet you or when the do it's no more than a grunt. My sweet tea tasted like straight sugar water. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and the cheese wasn't even melted, it was like they just slapped on cold ingredients and called it done. Sooo disappointed in this store.

I went there this morning 06/04/14, I asked for a large ice coffee half ice. They wanted to charge me an extra .50 for getting a cup full of half ice. First I'd like to say they have to throw away coffee by a certain time. Day if it's not sold. by me getting only half ice I not only save them water, I also save them electricity. All the other dunks in the surrounding areas is pleasant view, Nashville do not charge you extra for a half cup of ice. They lost my business and about 300 dollars in profit. Hello McDonald.

Fairly unacceptable and unprofessional service the night I visited the drive-thru. I ordered 2 donuts & they only had 1 remaining donut in the store. For a business whose name includes DONUT, you'd think running out wouldn't happen. Then I paid for my lonely 97 cent donut and did not receive complete change back! The boy working said they didn't have any more change in the entire store..... Donut was good though.

I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts in years... and now I remember why. We (group of 3) walked in about 30 minutes after opening. The donuts and bagels were from the day before (dry/stale) and the coffee tasted a bit burned. The staff didn't really convey the friendly happy place that advertisements try to show. After dumping my Bavarian Creme upside down in the paper bad (the chocolate stuck to the bag, of course) the attendant was absolutely remorseless when I brought it to her attention. The manager overheard and was obviously frustrated when she asked "How many times have I told you not do that??" I won't be going back.

Recently, the temperature of the hot drinks is near scalding at this location. Tonight, I still burnt my tongue after my chai sat for almost 30 minutes and the milk tasted burnt. A couple weeks ago, I asked while ordering to have it steamed at a cooler temp, the chick offered to add ice cubes (no thanks, I'll pass on the watered down beverage) or to add cold milk (no thanks, I'll pass on the increased risk of bacteria growth in my drink). This location is in some desperate need of thermometer recalibration and a little food safety training. Until then, despite the convenient location, I think I will have to pass...

Bad service. Bad coffee. Bad location and hard to get in and out of. Better off at Lassiters or Starbucks.

Pretty much the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I live in the subdivision behind this particular Dunkin' and when it first opened it was great, now, not so much. I always stop by here on my morning runs to pick up a coffee and every now and then I may grab a donut or two. On the last two occasions that I have been there the donuts I purchased were old. I'm not talking about an hour or so old, I'm talking about day old. Since this is on my running route in the morning and I already made it back home I didn't bother to go back. Just pretty much done with this place. As a person that lived in New England for many years where Dunkin' first started, this place is beyond a joke.

Its our first trip to Dunkin Donuts in a long time, and the first to this one. Mine was good, however, my wife's coffee cake muffin was hard.. Mixed reviews from us. Oh and the coffee was great, as usual.

Used to make really good coffee here - now with the new owners - something is different. Friendly service - eager to please.
