TBH after reading the reviews and seeing the empty parking lot, hubby and I were hesitant about eating here. I was starving though so we decided to take the plunge. Boy are we glad we did!!! Hubby went with a bacon cheeseburger with fries and I went with the french dip sandwich with fries. While we waited, we got a basket of homemade potato chips which were good, but a little burnt. Hubby and I both agreed that his burger (while slightly overcooked) was delicious and clearly not frozen or old. HOWEVER, the french dip sandwich was truly the star!!! The au jus was heavenly (a very nice serving of it for dipping), but the meat from the french dip was amazing! Hubby and I both agreed we have never eaten a better french dip sandwich in our entire lives. We will return strictly to eat more of these delicious sandwiches and maybe order some other stuff off the menu, but not likely. Service was good, food was great, and price was awesome! 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches with fries after tax was about $25. Give this place a try because they clearly have worked out those kinks they appeared to have in the first year.

Step by step.. When entering it has that small town pub feel. 90s country and warm lighting. The waitress was sweet and made sure our glass was never empty. The menu is vast burgers, chicken, fish, steak, BBQ, etc. I ordered the Lightning Dynamite Steak Burger which was really good. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Philly cheese steak looks better then it tastes. Couldn't even finish the sandwich. Overall decent experience minus the terribly tasting Chicken Philly. Will return for sure.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Terrible food and terrible service. I had the ribeye with fried shrimp, my salad was wilted with some terrible store bought thousand island dressing, my ribeye was not cooked at all how I asked, I said medium well and it was still mooing. My husband had a sirloin cooked medium and ribs, the sirloin was so tough he could barely cut it with the knife and the ribs were not done, who serves undercooked pork? The waitress was more worried about holding a conversation with the other waitress more then tending to her tables. It was just an all around bad experience, we will not be returning and we will make sure our friends know not to eat here as well.

Called in a to-go order. 10oz. ribeye medium with loaded potato and teriyaki grilled chicken with loaded potato. I went in to pick it up 20min later. I was the only person there. It was not ready. Actually it wasnt even being prepared. Not sure if the server forgot...or the kitchen didnt see the ticket. I could hear them arguing in the back being very loud. When I got home I checked the containers. Not happy! The steak was very rare. The chicken had no teriyaki or sauce of any kind on it and was dry. Spending almost $30 on poor service and poor food will not happen to me again. I have given this reataurant it's last chance to impress me.

I liked it! As we drove up it looked like it might be a fast food restaurant because it had a drive up window. So happily when coming inside we found it was a full service restaurant. Nicole, the server told us to sit anywhere and seeing as there was only one customer besides us we had some good choices. The tabkes and boothes were clean and the atmosphere was country. My wife had the Philly chease steak and I had a 10 oz ground round smothered in onions and mushrooms. Both were very good mine was broiled to perfection. Nicole recommend the cole slaw which my wife thought was the best she had ever eaten. They offered senior and military discounts so was very affordable. People need to try this place out during lunch since we were the only people left upon finishing our meal. The server, Nicole, was very sweet and excited we were there.

We wanted to find a good BBQ and steak place in Clarksville. We try to avoid chains, and after much searching we decided to give this place a try. We weren't sure what to expect. They give you hot homemade potato chips when you sit down. For an appetizer, we got the buffalo wings. Sauce was great and there was plenty of meat on the bone. I ordered the baby back ribs and my fiance ordered a t-bone steak. Both were phenomenal. The sides were also great. It wasn't busy at all and the waitresses were very friendly. This is the best BBQ food I've had anywhere. We will definitely be coming back.

Well we decided to try out Cowboys steak house. Do not recommended it at all. I give it two stars. One for the sweet waitress who had no control over food quality, and one for seasoning on our steak. The potato skins still had a lot of potato so were soft, and almost grainy. The toast (how do you screw up toast?) Wasn't crisp and tasted like they threw it on a greasy flat top instead of using butter. My husbands potato wasn't done, so too hard to eat. My potato had a disgusting spot the whole way through. Shouldn't have even come to the table like that. So my second potato came when I was done eating and wasn't fully cooked, and one end had even been cut off.... my first potato perhaps? Needless to say we won't return. I'd rather get steaks from Hamptons meat market and my husband grill them. Its cheaper and they are higher quality. I've worked every position in a restaurant. The potatoes we got every time should never have left the kitchen. There was absolutely no quality control. It isn't cisco's fault its the cooks.
