I have tried to come here multiple times, and I always leave disappointed. The reason I leave disappointed is because the service is so incomprehensibly slow that I usually have to depart before I even get to order anything. It is typical to spend 7-10 minutes in line and only move up one or two spots. It's pretty mind-boggling. I suppose all the baristas are nice and friendly, but someone needs to light a fire under them. Mind you, this review is coming from someone who spent 2 1/2 years working at Starbucks. In fact, I was a shift supervisor for two years at a store in DC. I also own stock in the company, so I genuinely care about its well-being.

I love this location. I stopped for a coffee on a business trip. Very friendly staff, awesome store set up, fireplace outside, what more could you ask for? The patio out front is really neat, unfortunately the fireplace wasn't working the day that I stopped for a coffee. When I came in the guy behind the counter greeted me before I even stepped up to order. He was very chatty and helpful. I'll definitely stop back here, and hope that the fireplace is on next time!

This is the slowest moving Starbucks I have ever been to. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for a coffee regardless if how short the line is. The staff is friendly enough. They just lack a sense of urgency and some of us are on our way to work.

My most favorite Starbucks in Chattanooga. I visit at least 3x/week and am never disappointed. Oh, and the staff is awesome! Always cheerful and upbeat, which is exactly what I need at 8AM. I've been a "regular" (man, I hate that word) at each Chattanooga location at some point, and this Starbucks has always been the most consistent beverage-wise. Highly recommended!!

We stopped in to this Starbucks location while in town visiting for a long weekend. Stopping in was a real treat since the Hamilton Place traffic was ridiculous due to the holiday shoppers. Nothing like a cup of comfort to calm nerves. This location has a trendy outside patio area where you can lounge and sip. We did not stay long enough to enjoy it- and it was cold for my Florida blood. Service was fast and very friendly. Gotta love Starbucks.

I meet here weekly and love the outdoor porch area. The product is always consistent with a friendly staff. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because during peak times (when both registers should be open) there's only one going, thus causing longer lines than necessary. But in all the years I've been coming here I've NEVER had poor service or a bad drink!

Starbucks is notorious for really slow service, winding lines and sub-par overly sugary, watery coffee concoctions. With all of the incredible cafes there are to choose from in the Chattanooga area, I strongly recommend that you branch out and explore different local cafes over this overly processed chain! I feel like I'm almost quoting Papa Johns here, but "Better ingredients, better coffee, go local!"

After reading everyone else's reviews... It makes me wonder even more when my experience was so awful. I've been to many Starbucks locations over the years... But I have never had an experience like this one- ever. My boyfriend and I stood in line more than 15 minutes (with no one in front of us) and not a single employee even acknowledged us. You would seriously think we were invisible that day. The store wasn't busy (dining room or drive thru) they had plenty of staff members up front, and it was the middle of the day- on a Tuesday! I was very disappointed with the poor customer service. VERY. We ended up leaving without a drink or anything- we will never return.

This is a busy location and very nice. Lots of outdoor seating with a fireplace. Lots of indoor seating as well. Free wifi. It's Starbucks so it has coffee. Lots of it. I like the community tables and see lots of regulars there.

Rarely do I review a Starbucks.. But let me tell ya.. When you pull in there are about 25 cars in the drive thru - Typically you would expect to wait 20 minutes or longer.. They would get you thru the line in 10 minutes and the order was always right.. Usually I don't tip at the drive thru but I always left a tip because they were so efficient

Not sure whats up with the Internet here but its still super slow, even though its practically empty. The staff still rocks, super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the music is way to loud and its hard to concentrate on anything or hold a conversation with the person across my table. Lots of seating and nice outdoor patio area.

It seems we have a Starbucks on every other block in the Pacific NW and I've been to many, but I don't think I've had such friendly service than we did at this location. Not saying I've received unfriendly service at other locations but this guy, I wish I remembered his name, was so enthusiastic and friendly! He really left an impression and made my coffee ordering experience extra pleasant.
