Pretty good! Had the sushi dinner and the California roll was easily in the top two of the best I've ever had. And I've had sushi everywhere from Tennessee to Charlotte and all over the place in my home state of South Carolina. Prices are reasonable and service was good as well. Large menu with your basic Chinese means as well as hibachi. Surely something for everyone in your dining party. I'm new to the area and still exploring to find good spots but sooner or later I'll definitely be back here again.

This place was my favorite for chinese. As of recently it has gone downhill. The food isn't as good anymore, it's just off. They must have hired new cooks. Service is pretty good and the prices are ok. Mediocre atmosphere. I miss the old Rice Boxx!!!

Some of the best sushi. Their Maki dinner is great to get a taste of several rolls. Great food at a really good price. Service is also very good.

Really enjoy the sushi. The food is always fresh! I like the Maki Lunch or Dinner deal. Get soup and salad and either 2 or 3 sushi rolls. I like for the California roll, shrimp tempora roll and the futa Maki roll.i hwy the wonton soup. A little salty but I like to think of it as flavor crystals. Service is always good, we like Shelly. She will usually add to your dining. Good or bad you ask? My answer is yes. One thing I'm sure of with Shelly is you will always get attentive service. We come back again and again for the fresh food, great atmosphere, and reasonable prices. The sushi is always great and I never feel like a get a"raw" deal.

Always excellent customer service. The sushi is amazing and the Thai infusions are our favorite. This is definitely my date night go to place. Quiet, quaint and romantic. A definite if you want some one on one time with your significant other. It is also good for families as well.

My favorite Asian Fusion restaurant in Chattanooga! Sushi is world class there & the Sesame Chicken is a must try. It is small but never had any issues getting seated quickly.

Ok, trust me, disregard the negative reviews, those people don't have taste for this type of food...this place is my favorite restaurant. The food and service is amazing, really anything on the menu is good, I recommend habachi noodles, Orange chicken, honey chicken, any sushi roll that sounds appealing to you, and for sure the hot and sour soup. Everything is fresh, the fish is very fresh they get shipments right off the boat every day or 2, as the workers have told my family since we are very close and regular customers. If you're reading this, just go and believe me, if you're uncertain and don't know what to get, order something I said above ^^^^

I've eaten there twice and have not been impressed by the food. While the food is edible, no clear flavors or dishes that wowed me. I have not tried the sushi. The price is cheap, but sometimes you pay for what you get.

The spicy tuna roll was almost difficult to eat. This is a bad "asian" catchall restaurant running around pretending to be a good place for a decent dinner

Well as it goes, I have a favorite place in my little hometown that is the bomb. So I base all my other experiences on that place. So here goes. This place is much more than what it looks like on the outside. They are sort of small but very nice and clean. Atmosphere, I'll give it a 6. They have a a extensive sushi menu. As far as the rest of it well I haven't got there yet but I will. So I hope you as least try it out, I don't think you wil be disappointed. I haven't been so far.

I've been to Rice Boxx twice now and I think this place is a pretty good Chinese restaurant. The menu includes Thai, sushi, and Japanese dishes, but Chinese is the 'main attraction'. A lunch entree includes soup (go for the wonton soup) and a spring roll or egg roll. I recently had the sesame chicken and the sauce actually tasted like sesame. It was served with fresh stir fried veggies and the rice was good (not too dry like many other Chinese joints). The yellow Thai curry deserves an honorable mention, though its not quite as 'robust' as other Thai curries I've had. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are friendly. The dining area is clean and musters much more ambience than one would expect in a Bi Lo shopping center. This place is fast, fresh, and reasonably priced.

First time at this restaurant. Enjoyed my Hibachi tofu dish. Friend wasn't happy with the Pad Thai. It was bland and colorless.

We ordered from here once. We weren't expecting much and yet it still managed to let is down. The first warning should have been that it only took fifteen minutes for two full meals. My wife had steamed chicken and broccoli with a white Chinese and a spicy ginger sauce. Everything was steamed to the point of absolutely no taste. The sauces tasted very metallic. I had the Hunan beef. It tasted like they just coated out in red pepper sauce. Once again very bland. We also ordered the sweet and sour soup. Like everything else, it was pretty awful. We ended up not eating most of it and throwing it out (which we never do). That was $20 wasted. Oh well.

First visit. It was nicely decorated. The front of the house was exceptionally clean. Waitress was friendly and knew the menu. We ordered the Mongolian beef and the sweet and sour chicken. Both came with pork egg roll (or spring roll) and rice (steamed, brown, or fried). The wait for food was medium. Food was presented attractively on large plates. The egg rolls were flavorful but not greasy. They were served with packaged hot mustard and plum sauce. The Mongolian beef was mildly spicy and very tasty. The beef was a little cooler than the veggies. The sweet and sour chicken was firm lightly battered white meat chicken with a bowl of S&S sauce. Chicken was slightly greasy but good. I will go back for another visit. The sushi at the next table looked very good.

This is our go-to Chinese place. It's clean and updated, there are always tables (the place is bigger than it looks), and the food is dependable. We eat sushi and a good bit of their Thai dishes. I have a gluten allergy and they are always understanding about special orders and lots of questions.

The food is ok, if not memorable. It's convenient for me to eat here since it's close to home and the staff is friendly. But the sketchy part for me is that they charged my credit card twice last week when I ate there. My credit card company erased the duplicate charge, but I wont be back unless I make sure to have cash.
