Always hot and fresh. The drive thru is efficient and staff friendly. I typically get no onions on my burgers and this is the one location that seems to get that right every time.

It does not live up to the brand. I have been several times and each time there usually is something wrong with my order. Usually starts with the order taker, having a northern accent people have trouble understanding me. I would like a sweet tea, and 5 Krystal deluxes add extra pickles and extra ketchup. Not too hard of an order but what do I get? 5 plain bugers completely dry no lettuce and tomato. I never have this problem ordering at Burger King on E Brainerd. I know that they even had problems trying to charge me extra for lettuce and tomato, I asked for the manager and manager on duty was not aware of the ads on television or even her menu board. I won't go here unless I have time to resolve my order issues.

We got hot fresh food fast it was during a slow time. Tables were clean and staff was eager to greet us. With that said we realized the regional manager was sitting in the dining room while we were eating and being from the food industry I know the dog and pony shows places put on when upper management visits. Very rarely does a restaurant operate at the same level when these visitors are not present. So we will have to return for a better and more realistic view of day to day operations. Only thing I could be petty about was they did not have ketchup in the dining room but once I asked for some they were quick to make sure the ketchup was put out in the dining room.
