Fresh to Order have the best salads and sandwiches ever and I can honestly eat there every single day. Good quality fresh food and affordable price. My daughter loves their kids meal. Especially their Mac and cheese is amazing.

I am so very glad we stumbled upon this place! F2O (which I find very clever) is perfect for anyone health conscious or with dietary restrictions. The fancy atmosphere is great, but still has great prices! Very tasty, unique food choices and a very friendly staff! Such a great find!

I'm a frequent grubber at this location because of how much time I spend on the road in the Dalton/Chattanooga area for work. I have been to nearly every F2O location in the Metro Atlanta area and NONE come close to the level of service, courtesy, and attention to detail that this location does. I have about as complicated an order as you'll ever find (at least 6-7 modifications from the menu) and they accommodate me without issue every time. Every time I've visited a different location and given the same order, they've always had a hard time placing the order in the system and have sometimes try to charge extra for substitutions. The portions are very generous. Huge 1/2 salads compared to Panera - and better quality ingredients. I always get the 1/2 salad, 1/2 soup and always leave feeling full. Plus, they got tofu! Mad respect.

What a surprise!! Could barely see the sign, but I will not miss it next time. The environment is exciting, clean, and unique. The Bison burger was the best burger I have ever had...just don't expect the typical burger for the masses! I will return! They had alcohol and a great selection of interesting sodas and teas.

I tried this place for a late lunch. I had the roast pork panini and I thought it was good but not great. Generous portions and freshly made it is similar to Panera bread in price and quality. Honestly I prefer Panera but this place isn't bad either but nothing that really stands out. Staff was polite and helpful.

We tried this place for dinner on a Sunday evening and it was delicious! It's a fast casual (sort of) type restaurant, but it's a little more gourmet than your typical fast casual. You order your food at the counter and the kitchen area is open to the nicely decorated dining room. Then, the staff brings your food to your table. There were several items on the menu we wanted to try, so we will definitely go back. Also, kids eat free all of the time and you receive a loyalty punch card. After 10, I think it's 10, entrees, you get the next one free. We also noticed the banner promoting a buy one/get one half off on Thursdays. A unique place with delicious, fresh food choices and affordable prices. You can't beat that!

I eat here more than I care to admit. The main reason we come back is because it's a consistent positive experience. The food tastes fresh, the staff is friendly, and the food is served quickly.

When F2O first opened, it was actually one of my go-to spots for a quick, healthy-ish bite to eat. I say healthy-ish because some of their offerings are healthy in disguise. The Hubbs and I were out gallivanting on this side of town and decided to stop for lunch because we hadn't been in a while. After this experience, I doubt we'll ever go back. Let me start at the beginning. Our cashier was obviously put out that we even stepped through the door and had the audacity to order food. After our order was placed and our table number and cups tossed at us, we made our way to the drink station. Around the corner was a cup and its contents spilled on the floor. This puddle and cup stayed there the entire time we were in the restaurant. No caution board or attempt to clean it up. Two tables inside were vacant with dirty dishes still on them. I visited two other tables before finding a third without food residue on it. There was a table outside that still had plates, cups, and flatware which was being picked at by a small flock of birds. Now I don't mind the birds, but I do mind if dishes have been sitting there long enough to attract them. I started looking around and noticed that in general, the place is in serious need of a scrubbing. There were splatters on the walls, partitions, and the seats. I guess its why they keep the place so dark, so you can't see the lack of care. I began to feel very uneasy eating from their plates given the condition of filth I was surrounded by and watching the birds hop all over the dirty dishes outside. Sure enough, I was right! When our items came, the plates we were served from were absolutely disgusting. There was crusty food and smears from a previous order and the little knobs around the plate were crusted in BLACK filth. Mold? Grease? Old icky food? Who knows! I literally ran my nails around the knobs just to prove a point. Then I shivered at this new knowledge. The flatware had crusty funk in between the tines, too. It's been a long time since I was this grossed-out. We grabbed new flatware to eat, but I still wasn't comfortable given the condition of the plates. After a few bites, the Hubbs and I both caved and left for Lenny's. What few bites we had weren't bad, but my mind was racing by then, so I can't offer you more than that. By the way, when we finished-up at Lenny's the outside dinning area still had not be attended, so I imagine the inside hadn't either!

The food here is awesome its comparable with panera but menu more upscale its one of the few healthier or gourmet options in town so i love it . My faves the bourbon filet steak panini , blackened tilapia and the margarita pizza with shrimp the portions are perfect too not too big not to small as its meant to be and the kids menu is great my daughter enjoys the filet with greens and she gets mac n cheese with it they have flavorful teas and offer wine and beer as well . We love coming here and even though we havent brought our pet with us they are pet friendly too so thats a plus too. Just give it a try you wont be disappointed unless you expect to pig out and stuff yourself then just go to golden corral

We just returned from my first time eating there, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the turkey club panini. The paninis aren't huge, but just the right size and extremely filling without feeling stuffed. I had apple crisps instead of fries. There are other options, too. They serve beer and wine, but alas, no Corona Lights so far. We went around 2 p.m., so we missed the lunch crowd. The restaurant was quiet, but that was nice. There's an outside patio with enough room for 20 or so people. Our order came out quickly and didn't disappoint. The portion size was perfect. My fiance ordered the pork panini. I didn't have a bite, but he raved about the sandwich. One thing we did share was Roasted Corn Peanut Salad. It's amazing. I'd drive all the way to Gunbarrel just for that alone. Speaking of which, there needs to be a downtown Chattanooga location. I'm not sure why there isn't, but it seems they're doing themselves a disservice. I'd think the price point is more of a downtown price patrons are accustomed to, and Fresh 2 Order would fit in with the business crowd. Hopefully there will be one soon, since we live down here. I highly recommend this. You can order healthy items while breaking up the monotony of salad. Now go check it out!

I love this place when I first started going here, great food, and great atmosphere. However, last 2 times I have been there for lunch the service has been terrible and the food is not the same quality that it was. The last time I was there for lunch they got my order wrong and the other individuals beside me. On the bright side they did fix it very quickly. The tea labeled un sweet tea, was most definitely NOT unsweetened (a huge peeve of mine). And the young people that take your order and prepare your food seem more interested In flirting with each other than doing their jobs. This place used to be AMAZING, however the attention to detail and customer service just isn't there anymore.

Party of 6 today. 4 adults 2 kids. 2 of the adults & one kid got their food at the same time. 30 minutes later 1 adult 1 child had not gotten their meal. They were busy today, but how they can loose 2 meals in their process. Poor customer service when we inquired about the meals with no sense of urgency. I typically like the food here but today was a bust.

I like f2o a lot, thought the prices can be a little high on certain things. The food is always great and the portions are generous. My favorite thing to order is the Asian salad with the seared Ahi tuna. Dining inside the restaurant is always a pleasant experience, and the staff is wonderful and will get you whatever you need. I do wish they'd bring back some of their specials, like the buy one get one free entree. Overall though, I'm always happy to come back to f2o.

My wife and I enjoy F2O quite often. The food and service is always fantastic. Every menu item we've tried is tasty. Our favorites are the almond chicken skewers, coconut curry chicken, tomato mozzarella panini, and the creamy chicken vegetable soup. The sides and salads are great too.

This is our go-to place to eat in Chattanooga. It's quality food and good prices. We haven't branched out a ton on the menu because the Asian chicken skewers are a must get and their salads are legit too. Solid place to eat.

If you have ever travelled for work, the hard part is finding healthy food choice items. Sometimes a salad can get boring, but they make their salads tasty. The server was friendly and gave me some recommendations. I went for a Greek salad. It was a huge salad, with a good amount of chicken. A lot of places skimp out and give you morsels of chicken. I could actually see a whole chicken breast! They had a mint lemonade, mango lemonade, pomegrant tea, and some other tea. I was a fan of sampling all of them. I ordered a second time and went for their trout. It was tasty, a little bit on the saltier side but not too bad. I think I'll go back but go for their Asian salad which is supposed to be one of their more popular ones. They also have a punch card. I'm a fan of punch cards, but I won't be here enough to get 10 punches.

Tonight, I ordered the Bison Burger along with a side of macaroni and cheese. Once again, absolutely fantastic. The burger was cooked perfectly (medium rare) and the mac and cheese was very tasty. Once again though, I have to say the portion size is small. The mac and cheese came in a container but was only about half full. Burger was 11 dollars, mac and cheese was 4. The bread was a bit soggy when it got to me but that was my fault, I had my fiance pick it up and she was running a bit late. The only thing I can say is increase the portion size a bit on sides and I may just eat here every day. (Update) 8/11/15. I had the steak medallions, medium rare. Incredible taste once again. The menu states that garlic mashed potatoes should come with it and I was given a piece of cornbread with corn relish atop it. The corn-bread was very good, but, I wanted the garlic mashed potatoes. I don't feel like driving back to have it switched out, need to remember to make sure to check before I leave next time. Spoke to Allison who advised me that they will comp my mashed potatoes next time I go in. Excellent customer service as usual.

Ordered Margherita Pizza and Fried Calamari. Pizza was undercooked. Calamari wasn't bad but wasn't great. My plate and bowl should have been cleaner. The place feels dark. They shouldn't have the full height black ceiling in a small place like that. The bright green color doesn't work with their weird choice for cabinets. The check it counter seemed weird to me. They don't get one star because they keep the $4 beer ice cold!

This place is great for a quick, casual lunch, but I wouldn't think of eating dinner here. The portions are pretty small and the prices are pretty high. For instance, the panini are served on small, square loaves. Don't expect a full-sized panino. But don't get me wrong, it will be delicious. Same for the long plates--delicious, but on the smaller side. Get one of their lemonades or iced teas--they are homemade and delicious. The lemonades are usually infused with mint or basil or raspberries or something great. And the teas always have great infusions. I sometimes come in just to get lemonade. DO NOT get soda if you come here. You will be severely missing out. Also, their patio is DOG FRIENDLY! I brought my dog with me once and they treated him like a guest! They even brought him a water bowl. So don't be afraid to bring your dog--he will be welcomed!

Good, fresh food. Be careful as it can get very pricey, quick if you substitute sides or make additions to the menu item as it comes. Always consistent though and a good lunch bite. Big fan of the paninis and sandwiches. Salads are okay. I have heard good things about the entrees. They have beer and sangria specials!

Great place and very "intimate" environment. I am impressed. I didn't know what to expect prior to visiting. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of beer and wine. It reminds me of a dressed up version of Panera Bread with alcohol and variety of cooked entrees. I ate grilled chicken penne sandwich with Avocado on top.. it was delish! I ordered a cup of Potato Soup that was good, too. Fairly expensive for the portion sizes (I wasn't full) I didn't like the "open" kitchen behind the register. It's noisy and hot. Plus, I saw the guy making my sandwich scratch his head, which was kind of gross. I'd rather not see someone make my food.

My husband and I eat at this location frequently, as the food is always delicious - when its prepared correctly. The menu is moderately varied, and they have several options for vegetarians like myself. They also have online ordering. Who doesn't love that? The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5: today we ordered online as we always do, and on the Black Bean Burger, I put in the 'special instructions' box "Sauces on side". When my husband went to pick up said order, the cashier asked "did you want the sauces on the side?" To which my husband replied Yes. The cashier speaks briefly with one of the cooks, and returns to my husband as if all is well with the order. My burger had horseradish aioli all over it. Horseradish aioli is a sauce. Don't ask for 'special instructions' if you don't intend on following them. Anywho, my advice is not to use their online ordering if you plan on altering your meal. While the food is delicious, paying $10 for an incorrectly made meal is annoying.

Overall the food was great. After ordering my husband and I received our meal within 10 minutes. The general manger and waiter were very attentive. We ordered the blackened shrimp app, seasonal pork sandwich and tuna burger with a side of peanut corn salad. All of it was well made and as the name suggests fresh. We were given a soup sampler to try which had 6 different soups and all were phenomenal. Just give it a shot. It's definitely worth it.

I love this place. I use them frequently for business lunches, and the staff is awesome! They also happen to have the best brownies on the planet.

(4)Tony H.

I really like this restaurant. My wife and I go here often. That staff is friendly and the food is excellent. I highly recommend it. It's a good balance of of comfortable environment and high quality food.

(3)David H.

(4)Michael P.
(5)Clint M.
This is our go-to place to eat in Chattanooga. It's quality food and good prices. We haven't branched out a ton on the menu because the Asian chicken skewers are a must get and their salads are legit too. Solid place to eat.
(4)Angie K.
(5)Brandon H.
(5)Andre' M.
My family and I all think that this place is great. We've been about five times and have always been very happy with our food and the service. The teas are great too. Every time we go, we say, "we need to eat here more often".
(4)Suavier Y.
(2)Tyler R.
(4)Austin A.
(4)Darren B.
Friendly service and good quality, fresh food. If you want a healthy salad this is a great place to go.

(4)Christy R.
(3)Jeremy M.
Great, kids eat free on Sundays. It's like Panera decided to get classy.... My favorite fast casual restaurant!
(4)Ashley F.

I highly recommend this. You can order healthy items while breaking up the monotony of salad. Now go check it out!

I love this place. I use them frequently for business lunches, and the staff is awesome! They also happen to have the best brownies on the planet.
