Crust pizza would have gotten a better review if it had one thing. Sauce. I ate here twice in two weeks and at both times, the pizza had almost no sauce. In fact, I've seen more sauce on a SLICE of Papa John's pizza than either of my 12" pizza had. This made the pizzas very dry and really just cracker-crust with cheese. Honestly, it's like they forgot it. I did like the atmosphere, it's a neat little joint and the staff was friendly, but the pizza was completely lacking compare to the dozens of other Midwestern-style pizzas I have had.

The pizza was good as always. The service was horrible. I don't expect 5 star service from a pizza place. However I do expect for them to be respectful. They were very rude and hateful. I understand it was a busy Friday night and it was crazy. Still just not sure why they feel the need to be so rude. My 6 year old also noticed how rude they were. So sad they felt the need to act like that and represent crust in that way!

Pizza was good. Not a big fan of the crust but I think a lot of people will really like it. The crust is kinda like a cracker. I would recommend this because its different then other pizza and tastes pretty good. Wait staff was nice.

Great pizza with a good buffet price. Had an all you can eat buffet for lunch with a drink for 8.70 or so. Service was slow but I don't get too butthurt about that kind of stuff, especially when it is a buffet. Was a relaxing experience with good food. Would certainly recommend.

This place is awesome! Food is great and the beer is cheap. $3ish for Fat tire. Highly recommended.

Great place to stop after a hike when you are starving! The thin crust pizza comes in quads and offer something for veggies and carnivores alike! Try the barbecue chicken pizza! Locally owned!

Good quick pizza... they have beer too.. And a decent buffet. Nothing fancy but worth the price. Check them out.

one of the worst places for pizza that I have been to, they claim to be the world best and they are the worst. If your looking to get a deal for your buck its the place but if you like eating good food then its not the place. Frozen base with ragu sauce is what they serve here. Good luck if you still decide to try Tried there pizza at lunch time one of the days. they had a buffet but I hate buffets and ordered of the menu. Had one slice and just hated it since it was soggy told my waitress that and just asked for the check they still ended up charging me about $20 for it and that is the last time ever for us.

We have given this restaurant 3 chances. Each time we go in no one ever notices us. After 10-15 minutes have passed we have to speak up and let them know that we are ready to order our drinks and food. It was no different today. The server finally took our order. One of us ordered the buffet and the other a baked spaghetti. I know the spaghetti takes longer to cook, and I don't mind waiting for it. It normally takes 10-15 minutes to cook the spaghetti and get it to our table. Today, 20 minutes had passed. I kindly asked a different server (because our original server was yet to check on us) if she would mind checking to see if it is about ready. She replied with "the spaghetti takes longer than other items because it takes longer to cook...but I'll check on it for you." I said thank you. She walked by our table a couple of times and I stopped her to ask about the spaghetti again. She said, "Well, they are out of spaghetti cream...let me see what they are going to do for you." The original server comes to our table and said it will be "10 more minutes." We told her what the first girl said and she looked panicked at this point. She said "they said it would be 5 more minutes and it will be ready." By this time we had already waited 30 minutes. We decided to wait 5 more minutes. The person with me only ate about 2 small squares from the buffet because they were waiting on me to get my food before they started eating more. The 5 minutes passed and the spaghetti was still not at the table. We got up and left. Both servers saw us leave. I made eye contact with the original server and she said "but it's so close to being ready." I shook my head and we walked out. Then there was a gentleman by the name of Andrew. He stopped us in the parking lot and told us that we "did not pay for the buffet we ate." He did not know the whole situation. Someone just sent him out there without informing him. (Oh, the original server told us that we would not have to pay because of everything that happened.) We told him that we would pay for the 2 little squares that were eaten and told him the whole story. You could tell he was mad about the whole situation, but was very apologetic to us. Only if all the employees cared as much as him! What can they do better? WORK ON THEIR COMMUNICATION!!!! We would have not minded waiting 30 minutes or more for the spaghetti if they would have told us that they did not have all the ingredients soon after I placed my order. I would have stayed to eat it if they would have communicated better and told me the truth from the start. When we arrived, everyone that was in the restaurant had already been served. After having to wait for the server to see us, then take our order, about 20 or so people walked in. EVERY PERSON WAS SERVED BEFORE ME. I don't think I would have been so upset if they would have just told me what was going on. Andrew asked us to give them a "4th chance", but I'm not sure that we will return at all....and if he would have accepted our payment for the 2 small squares, then we would definitely NOT return. This is unacceptable service.

The waitress was really nice. Pizza is different than other pizza I've had. Good crust. A little pricey but tasty! Get the Sizzler. :)

By far my most favorite pizza place. If you don't like thin crust then this place is not for you. Small but cool place. I love bottle caps in the men's bathroom and the retro advertisements on the table tops. It's nice to have a good local pizza place nearby!

We walked in on a Thursday evening and had our choice of tables. Our server was very nice and extremely friendly. I shared the Sizzler with my son...absolutely delicious. The cut was not the traditional wedges, but no one made fun of me eating with a fork:). My wife enjoyed her baked pasta dish. I'm a big fan of thin crust pizza so this was right in my wheelhouse!!

We got a little worried about the possibility of waiting after reading some of these reviews. They've obviously addressed the issue. The wait staff was working great together. Absolutely fantastic!!! Had a blast with the wife and kids tonight (2/3/2012). Chelsea took care of us and she was great, even though they were slammed. The 24oz Red Stripes @ 2 bucks a piece is pretty awesome as well. They do have draught but don't offer pitchers at this location (only on Broad) they also don't have WiFi at this location (only on Broad). Boo!!! What's up with that?? I do recommend extra cheese. House salad is totally awesome and sharable with 2.

Don't get me wrong. The pizza itself would get at least 4 stars. But take my advice please: only get it for pick-up. The dine-in service has been very lazy both times I've eaten in. In the time it takes for someone to even take my order, I could have called, driven there, picked it up and arrived happily at home (and I live 12 minutes away.) I have to rate on the whole experience, and while the pizza IS delicious and the toppings very fresh, the dine-in service dampens that.

The thin crust really serves as the landing spot for high quality toppings. So with that in mind, this pizza is delicious. I was impressed with the flavor of even the plain old "red sauce" and the italian sausage was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try more flavor combos! They have beer on draft but wine is BYOB.

After a disasterous opening CRUSTS has vaulted to the top of our pizza loving family's list. The secret of this aptly named pizzaria is in the unique thin almost cracker like crust. The wife and I get the Sleestak but occasionally we give in to the kids and get the SIZZLER which has all forms of red meat currently accepted by the USDA. Service is good to better than just good. If your a child of the 70's test your pop culture knowledge on the tabletops.

This pizza is very different, but totally delicious. Eating in can be fun because the atmosphere is really great. The decorations are super eclectic and everything is a funky pop culture reference. Sometime the service can be pretty bad though, so my family usually does takeout. Definitely worth trying. The cracker thin crust is interesting and the pizza sauce is great.

Good made to order cracker thin crust pizza. Service is hit or miss and wait times are usually 45+ minutes because everything is cooked from scratch. They have a small selection of decent salads as well.

Good pizza if you like thin crust. Make sure you get extra cheese for a normal pizza coating.
